• Jimmy (9/5): Nice value and great place for multiple guests - Spacious especially for a Tokyo room and comfy beds, provided dishes and silverware with kitchenette. Convenient to JR and Metro subway lines. Good access to shops including Lawson, Family Mart and Donqi nearby. Also lots of restaurants nearby within 10 min walk. Even two vending machines right outside the building for quick drinks. Towels were too thin and didn’t dry well in room, ended up needing to rewash towel set during multiple day stay.

• Veronica (9/5): Apartment with a great location - The apartment is quite small (common in Japan) but sufficient for a family of four. Separate shower and toilet, a small kitchenette, and a washing machine. The location of the apartment is really good, in a quiet residential neighbourhood but close to both Shinjuku and Shin Okubo with lots of restaurants, 7/11, Familymart etc around. Easy communication with the host and good instructions for check in and key pick up. Would be very happy to stay again. There is limited space for storage of clothes and bags.
• Ana (10/5): Perfecta - Zona céntrica, las camas eran muy amplias y cómodas, cocina bien equipada, y además el tener la ducha separada del baño cuando estás en grupo nos ayudó mucho a la organización. Por poner un pero, las almohadas no nos parecieron cómodas pero por lo demás no hay nada que nos disgustara.

• Aiyana (8/5): Great location, easy to find, enter and enjoy Tokyo right away. - I liked the location and the amenities were good. We are a family of 6 and enjoyed it. Not much...of course for us it was a bit small, but that's to be expected.
• Lei (6/5): - The beds were comfy. The kitchenette was well equipped with glasses, plates and cutlery. There's a washer in the room. The room had a damp smell. It's a bit far from the metro/train station (15mins walk) especially if you need to drag your luggage on crowded narrow foot paths. We couldn't work out how the dryer works - there's a wash/dry function but no dry function by itself.

• Barbara (10/5): - The apartment was in a perfect location: near two metro stations, in the middle of busy streets but in a quite street. The apartment has everything you need to cook a quick meal or wash your clothes. Check in and check out instructions are clear and easy. Nothing!

• haffiz (10/5): Family trip - Soacevjs nice, in a quiet area of town. It was easy to get to and close to the train stations. The rooms noce ans spacious but the batbrooms were tiny. Also there are no windows that you can open and they are completely covered. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great for 6 family adults. 2 parents 4 adult male siblings teenagers. Comfortable beds. Not been in Japan before and great place for first timers. We all rated our stay and couldn't fault.
• MICH-L (10/5): - Good space for three people. Newer building and the toilet is separate from the shower. Having a washer in the room is a big plus.
• Alison (10/5): - This little apartment was clean, comfortable, and located nicely within walking distance of three subway lines. It had a washer, mini kitchen, and even a Dyson hairdryer. The shower was great, the AC worked well, and I would stay here again. The only thing I would say is this is a hotel for independent travelers. There isn't a front desk, so no one will help you get around the city. If you can use Google and Japan subway app this is a great affordable place to stay. Located in the center of Tokyo near Korea town and just one subway stop away from the bustling Sinjuku neighborhood.

It’s close to Korea Town and has a lot of dining places within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The area is quiet and clean. There are many convenient stores nearby. It’s a nice cozy place and I would stay here again.

• Alan (10/5): Cozy apartment in a quieter area - The quick summary: We got the 2 full bed studio apartment that sleeps 4. It was well kept, clean, and stocked nicely with all amenities you'd need including a full, albeit small, kitchen, and even a washer/dryer. Best of all, the property management team was very quick to respond to messages. The longer review: Check in was a breeze, with clear instructions in several different languages, we even got early checkin free of charge. In Japan, everything is a little smaller, this apartment was no exception. It was a little tight for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 10, 13), but still met, and even exceeded in some cases, our expectations. If it were 4 full size adults, I would recommend a larger unit. It was in a quieter area, but still close enough to subway and bus stops so that it was still convenient. The subway entrance we used most often was about 3 blocks away, less 10 minute walk. There are several convenience stores within a 5-7 minute walk. There is also a slightly more busier street with more restaurants and bars about a 10-15 min walk away. The best part of this apartment was the in unit washer/dryer. And while the space was small, everything was organized very well, maximizing the space used. The toilet was separate from the shower and sink so you wouldn't have to fight to use the toilet if someone was showering. We were very happy with our stay.

Place is very clean though have to get used to the Japanese garbage system when throwing out our thrash. Location wise a bit of a walk to the train stations (between 300m to 1km) depending on where you are heading. A quiet and safe location. For Muslims it’s also close by to halal restaurants (Indian, Indonesian tho not Japanese). Overall highly recommended for a good long stay in Tokyo.

• Joy (8/5): 3 nights stay - A quiet neighbourhood, comfortable walking distance from the train station with a 7-11 and family mart along the way. Was a comfortable space for my group of 3. Washer and dryer conveniently located in the room. Do request for second floor and above, (not the ground floor) as the ground floor is prone to roaches as my friend had experienced in her room. Check in and out was easy and fuss free. There was an instruction manual for ease of operating the appliances Carpeted floors were comfy. Would be extra thoughtful of bedroom slippers were provided too

• Peter (4/5): - Nothing. The furniture was small, a 2 person room had ONE small table and ONE low chair. The sofa was a joke - suitable for a pet to sleep in. Hard to sit down in and difficult to get out of. The security system would suit Fort Knox.

• Sharon (10/5): - It's like our home away from home. The place is homey and comfortable for our family (2 adults, 2 kids). The room is quite big for a Tokyo standard. Everything that we needed for our 5 days stay was available. The area where it was located is safe and kid friendly.

Very close and easily walkable to convenience stores (don quijote, family mart) Very clean and great condition. AC will be turned off when you get there but cools it down quickly.

• Yeonkyeong (10/5): Good! - 주택가에 있는 스튜디오식의 숙소입니다. 무엇보다 조용했고, 전자레인지와 냉장고가 있어서 편리했습니다. 수건을 매일 가져다주시지는 않지만 충분히 비치되어 있어 불편하지는 않았습니다. 샤워실이 조금 작기는 했지만 지내기에 불편하지 않았고, 버스로 4~5 정거장 정도면 신주쿠로 갈 수 있어 매우 편리합니다. 교통이 편리하고 조용한 가족숙소를 원하시면 추천합니다.
