It has everything you might need for a great stay!
It’s very close to subway station and some grocery stores! It needs a lot of cleaning! When we checked in there was a lot of dirt in the entire house: it seemed like there was not any cleaning done, whatsoever!
This was confirmed by the person that checked us in!
The worst thing was that we had to spend a half of day to try powering on the heating in the house (it was 16-19 Celsius in the entire house). I was close to book a different hotel/house, but finally they fixed it… eventually we got our keys around 20:30!!!

- Yiju (9/5): - It's only a little walk from queen's park station, so it's about 30 mins on the tube to central London. There are also buses around which is handy.
The house is spacious and feel safe as it's in a gated close. Quiet as well. The kitchen has most things but they don't provide tablets, tea towels and table cloths which are not much of an issue but would be nice to have.

- Villares (10/5): My family had a very nice stay at this apartment. - The apartment is gorgeous. Nice decoration and very comfortable. It is complete for 6 people with all appliances needed. Queens park is a nice area and the apartment is close to the tube, nice restaurants and supermarket. I would certainly recommend.

- Michael (9/5): Great Unit, Great Location, Easy Access to London via the Tube - This property is part of what was a new development in the area near Queens Station and part of a row of three level townhomes. Be sure to ask the management company to provide you the Google Maps address as the one they provide initially does not show up on Google Maps as this is a new development on a private road that is not listed in Google Maps. The location is excellent as a M&S is near by, plenty of other markets, restaurants and pubs within a 5-10min walk from the unit. The unit nicely appointed and photos of the owner and family are around the first floor of the unit. There are some really interesting art work on the walls that aren't really my tastes but let's just call it modern-ish art. The kitchen is nicely stocked with all the needed things to make meals and serve them up... you just need to shop for the food and perhaps salt and pepper and little things. The shower on the 3rd floor ensuite drains rather slowly. The cleaning team seemed to have overlooked having dishwasher detergent so I had to go and purchase some and the management company promptly refunded me the cost via Booking.com when I gave them the receipt of what I bought. Other than that, the unit is very very nice and I think would work well for three couples or singles (like us) to have their own bedrooms.
- Zarina (10/5): We had a wonderful stay in this lovely property! Will come back if there's another opportunity. - The home was spacious, bright, and with modern fittings. Functional rooms and furnishings. Easy access to cafes, grocery stores and eateries. Within 2min walk to bus stop and 5min walk to train station. Easy check in and check out process. Welcome party and pack were thoughtful. We loved almost everything. If anything needs to be pointed out, then we'd say that the mattress at the top floor bedroom was not comfortable. Laundry and dishwashing soap could have been provided to make things easier.
- Nusaybah (9/5): Superb stay in London! - The house is very clean, beautiful just like the advertisement The shower could be better improved, since the water cloged caused discomfort while taking the shower. Thankful for the replacement of kettle. It was really an inefficient process of making hot drinks for 5 of us at first until we received the new kettle.

Would definitely book again if we are ever in the area! - The location turned out to be perfect, it is a few minutes walk to the underground and if you are so minded you can walk to several other interesting sites nearby. The facilities were in great working order and the house was actually surprisingly spacious as we are a family of 6 and did not feel cramped at all. I feel that the communication from the host was a bit too much with regards to reminders about disposal of garbage and other things, it felt a bit intrusive. The TV in the sitting room I think is way too small for that size of house. Other than that everything was really perfect!

- Phuong (10/5): exceptional experience and worth the price - It looks exactly like the pictures. It’s a massive house with a large living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Reasonable price. Easy to commute (few minutes walking from the tube station). Friendly and helpful staff. We found it hard to use the coffee machine and lighting/heating system
- Oluwa (1/5): Dreadful - Location The bathroom and sink at the master bedroom was blocked for 6 days. I complained the first night but they didn’t fix it until the 5th night. Showering was a mess as I had to be mopping floors frequently. The sitting room ceiling was also leaking. There is obviously a structural defect in the building that should be addressed while taking the property off market. The accommodation is not built for summer as cross ventilation is not available. Every becomes very hot even in the midnight.
No complimentary water or toiletries were provided.
I was made to pay extra amount for cleaning after departure and a whooping sum of £500 as refundable deposit after reservation. It is a sheer rip off! I hated my stay there .
