• Reem (10/5): It’s was amazing and I really enjoyed it - First of all, I really liked the location and the level of security. It felt very family oriented. Even though the apartment is old, it was in good condition. One of my favorite things about the property was the bathrooms, there was always hot water and having a bidet sprayer was honestly a big plus.

• Wilfried (8/5): A lovely apartment - with some room for further improvements - Very nice apartment (north-south orientation) with high windows on both sides. A comfortable bed and bedroom with lots of storage space. A fully equipped kitchen (including a Miele dishwasher) but low on cutlery and glasses. We arrived on a cold January day and it took quite a while until the inside temperature was comfortable. The shower works but we were unable to get warm water from the bathroom sink.

But for the location I don't think you could ask for anything more.

• Guest (6/5): Terrific location in need of some paint, drapes, kitchen equipment and operating instructions. - Location of this apartment is the major draw. There is ample space for two adults wanting their own bedroom, plus comfortable shared space in living and kitchen, Easy to walk. Variety of shops and restaurants. Not well equipped in kitchen...NO linens, NO basics, e.g. salt and pepper. The apartment had no operating instructions provided for any of the appliances, bathroom shower equipment or television. Would be so helpful if it did. Living room curtains in a shamble. Shredded and unsightly.

Mostly it was very cold. The radiators wouldn’t turn on and the heaters provided by the property co. made no difference. The decor was tired and needed a lot of repairs.

• Asiya (2/5): Disappointing - The property’s location was good, and that’s all. The building is extremely old, not modern at all, with a lift so minuscule 2 people cannot fit in it at one time. Though the hosts confirmed that the place was cleaned before we arrived, we found dust everywhere. There are standing AC units, but their exhaust exits through the window. If you close the window — no AC and no ventilation. If you leave the window open — lots of bugs in the house. The back of the AC units were covered head to toe in lint. I couldn’t breathe in the place, and despite numerous communications I didn’t get a pound of money back. If the apartment was clean it would have been a good stay but instead it turned into a nightmare of an experience and a waste of money. When we complained that we had to clean it ourselves the staff just responded saying “thank you for taking the initiative”, which was just insulting. They offered to arrange a free clean up for us, but we couldn’t even stay in the place long enough for it because it was coming at the cost of our health. We checked out 4 days early and received no resolution or assistance.
• Guilherme (6/5): Perfect location, okay accommodation. - The location is exceptional. The apartment, though old,was adequate for our family of 4. The apartment is a bit run down. The kitchen is spartan and minimally equipped but it does have the basics, like a small dishwasher. There is no washer or dryer in the apartment. The air conditioning works but are those portable units that require the windows to remain open which make it quite noisy at night. The mattresses are of poor quality but overall comfortable. The whole place is in need of renovation.
• Sasha (8/5): Magnificent Area close to Harrods - The property is comfortable and elegantly appointed. The location is absolutely SUPERB with a 5min walk to Harrods and a 7min walk to the Knightsbridge station. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quieter which was a welcome relief after a long day of tourist sites. I would recommend this house. The address drop off pin was incorrect. It came up as #27 instead of #23 (3 buildings apart). Being dropped off at midnight with two children and not knowing how to enter, was a rather disappointing and stressful start to our stay. The floor-standing aircon units in the bedrooms were HORRIFIC! Large pipes hanging out of the windows covered in spider webs (which meant that the windows couldn't be closed properly) that sounded like helicopters hovering in the rooms all night long! VERY disappointing!!!! No black-out blinds or curtains in the master bedroom was also disappointing - especially when the sun comes up at 5am and rises from that side. Having the electronic key pad door entry is genius. However, having the battery almost run flat halfway through the stay is annoying. Placing a grocery order in advance only to arrive and nothing has been delivered is again, very disappointing. This property is in need of an upgrade! There is mould on the ceiling in the bathrooms and the dishwasher looks like it's about to fall out. I feel like they are riding on the massive bonus of the area alone. Some TLC would go a long way to matching the price be charged.

Unfortunately its location was on the corner of 2 streets. It was extremely noisy with traffic & people walking past, who were so close to the apartment there was no privacy. The traffic noise was awful. It was not relaxing at all.

• Amal (5/5): This kind of staying is suitable for those who has small bags and no children or adolescents that you can leave them at - I like the location which is very close the Knightsbridge road and Harrods mainly. The apartment is nice and clean, the beds are comfortable with both soft and normal pillows which is nice to have the option. The apartment provided a WiFi connection and also had the equipment required in the kitchen but I did not utilize them. The big windows gave the apartment a good view of outside area. Upon the arrival I did not have the building number or a photo of the door, and since this is the first time to me staying in an apartment it was difficult for me to recognize which building is the one among others because they are all similar in that district (Hans Place) so I contacted the property management in WhatsApp then they finally gave us the information. The elevator is very old and tiny and I had to left my luggage upstairs to reach the elevator so it was quite difficult to transfer 4 big bags to the upper floor, and since the elevator is small I had to transfer only two then the other two. I wasn’t using the elevator in a daily basis because I was afraid of being stuck inside it and no one would come and help me out. No clear instructions of such safety issues like this founded. Lastly the apartment door was opened with a code only, no insider lock for me to stay safe, so whoever knows the code can easily entered the building and the apartment as well.
