• Viviane (10/5): - Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab ein leichtes erdbeben ich war im 10. Stock und hatte etwas Angst. Ich habe nach einen anderen Zimmer gefragt etwas tiefer und habe es auch bekommen. Der Service ist einfach nur klasse. Nichts alles super.

• mohammed abdou (9/5): - I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and very clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were amazing—friendly. The location was also a big plus, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

• yohan (9/5): Séjour agreable. - Literie parfaite, ni trop souple ni trop dure, insonorisation efficace, pas besoin de boule quies, moi qui ai le sommeil léger. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Service exemplaire, nécessaire pour séjourné, brosse adent a cheveux, coton dentifrice , bouteille d'eau, et j'en passe... chambre pas trop petite pour le Japon. Et très bon rapport qualité prix. Proche métro et gare de shin osaka, très pratique. Le quartier n'est peut être pas le plus actif, ni le plus attrayant surtout le nuit venu, quelque racoller a la sortie dans les rues, mais aucun ne nous a jamais accosté, toujours dans le respect. Problème de ventilation, mais compensé avec la climatisation, tout a bien fini.

• Alan (10/5): Ideal hotel for our Osaka stay - The hotel was ideally located for the Metro and nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The rooms, although a little small, were clean and had good facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly. If needed there was a microwave and laundry. The rooms were a little small but were ok for the few nights we stayed.

• EDAKAWA (7/5): ひとり万博観光後の一泊利用として、便利でした。 - 夜遅くでもチェックインしやすかった どの部屋からも非常口がわかりやすかった アメニティで、シャワーキャップとか、コップ2つとかいらないと思った一方、メイク落としや化粧水、使い捨てボディスポンジがあると嬉しいなと思いました。フロントにセルフサービスで置かれてると必要なアメニティだけ選べて便利なのですが（大量にゴソっと持って帰っちゃうマナーの悪い人もいそう）

• Brian (3/5): Worst and will not recommend - Centralised AC is ridiculously and extremely bad. Extremely hot in the room. Staff mentioned to open the window which is ridiculously unsafe and noisy with the train passing by. Difficult to sleep with the AC condition - not cool at all, just hot air only
