• Euan (5/5): - Much smaller than the pictures. The location was good though. Too small for three people (2 bedrooms). Bed was super uncomfortable. And the decor and appearance was tired.

• wabei (8/5): - The property was beautiful in a very good location. I had no trouble locating it as instructions were clear. I rented the flat on the top floor it was quite hard getting there especially after a long day of touring the attractions in London. Overall the place was nice and wasn’t noisy at all.

• Ashley (4/5): Exhausting. - The location was perfect It was ground floor and not advertised as such and it says the walls were sound proof and they were not. I'm not sure what was going on but there were loud noises until 2-3am and they started again around 7am. We did not sleep for two days. Which was awful because we were in London for medical licensing exams
• Jaslena (9/5): Excellent - Location House keeping services was only for tenants who stays more than 7 days. and if more 7 than days, it's only 1 time a week. Plus tenants walked or talked upstairs, it's very noisy.

Wasted lot of time - The property was clean and was in a great location Check in times - 16:00 hrs too late and not accommodating when arriving on early flight. Hotels are more flexible Check out time : 10:00 am. We went for a walk and when back at 9:45 Cleaner was there clearing everything. Our luggage was there with passports. Not acceptable. We couldn’t have a last cup of tea at the property
• Chris (7/5): Decent place: very difficult to find - Everything needed was there Misleading advertising. The indicative views from the windows that advertise the place, were from a different place.
• Zakaria (1/5): Bad - Apartment was in a parking lot despite the images showing a balcony. Very misleading images. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Location was good.

• Naman (6/5): Good, but be aware - We stayed in Flat 3 for 8 nights. In general, a good apartment and location. However, be aware: -Design: 1) This is a 2 stories apartment with tight helical/spiral stairs connecting them. 2) The 2 bedrooms and bathroom are downstair. 3) Bedrooms are tight and there is barely any space to move/walk around the beds. -Service/Amenities: 1) The bathroom sink was clogged, and I had to buy a drain opener product to treat it. 2) There was no tissue paper in the whole apartment for facial or hand use neither in the living or kitchen. 3) There were only 2 toilet paper rolls (not new but used with only few yards left) in the bathroom. My expectation is that someone should do a thorough inspection on the apartment readiness before the check in of next resident to ensure the apartment is operationally fully ready and there is nothing missing on basics amenities.

• Hrayr (4/5): The photos do not match the actual apartment - Self check-in I was very disappointed with my stay. The photos on the website did not match the actual apartment, and I was informed of this only after making the payment. When I raised this issue and requested a refund, my request was denied. They did offer to move me to another apartment, which was better but still not ideal. I feel misled, as I paid based on the advertised photos, but what I received was entirely different.

• Angela (4/5): - First unit we received had stained sheets, mold on walls of one of the bedrooms and hallway walls were stained, dog print looking stains on carpet. Dryer did not work and couldn't dry clothes. Reached out to management company and said I did not want to stay the rest of the nights we had purchased and wanted a refund. They said I could not have a refund and that I could either be issued a credit (less than what I paid) to be used at another one of their locations in the UK before March 2024 or they could give me a different unit in same building. Since we were not planning on coming back to UK before March we had to opt for relocation to other unit. The unit we were moved to was okay but still not great. The tenants above had a screaming child and made a ton of noise. We gave up and left a day early and found another hotel and ate the cost. I would never stay at this location ever again. On the way out we saw police investigating a crime that had taken place by nearby. I gave the property a chance to make it right but unfortunately was disappointed in the end.
• M-B (8/5): Need of updating regarding safety! - The apartment was first floor at entrance but ground floor facing from bedroom with plenty of green mold outside the window. The front door at entrance had a code but the lock didn't work so anyone would be able to walk into property if they tried the door. The apartment door top lock broken and safety chain would not stand a break in. Water damage in kitchen. Some areas of painted walls and doors had seen its better days. Furniture kind of outdated if you got a view of "Flying butler" idea how it could have been furnished. No kitchen paper and only two toilet rolls for one week and two persons. Good equipment in the kitchen. Good working radiators, WiFi and TV. Clean and tide! Friendly and supportive ladies who maintained the apartment. Good address and easy to reach by underground or bus.

• Kacper (6/5): The stay was acceptable, although I expected a slightly better standard at this price. The offer on booking looked bette - comfortable beds very low water pressure in the bathtub
• Christopher (6/5): Great location but tired apartment needing an uplift. - Great location. Washing machine did not work due to generally low water pressure, so shower also had poor pressure. Access to the apartment was cluttered by large bags of washing always on the first floor landing with narrow staircases, not the best when carrying heavy suitcases up and down stairs. Apartment tired and in need of updating. Permanent stains throughout carpets.

• Qifeng (5/5): Passable - Flat is clean and bed is conformtable 1, Safe box can't be opened from beginning, was fixed later 2, Shower head has problem, it was replaced later after reported to the management team 3, The Best Before Date for instant coffee put inside of kitchen for client is 02 2023 which is 7 months earlier than today. 4, Exterior of building looks not nice 5, Bathtub is repaired by plastering
• Bartlomiej (8/5): Decent place to stay for shorter business or tourist trips - Very nice location, entire city centre at your reach. Nice restaurants and pubs located on the same street. Decent value for money. Ease of access - host provided us with entry codes so no keys were required. Place looks decent but at the same time it has some minor flaws like broken wardrobe doors or loose toilet seat etc. It could also be a little bit cleaner - to our very sad discovery, we found quite big shard of sharp glass right beneath the sofa in the dining area - it's a miracle that no one stepped on it! Since we got an apartment on the top floor it was very hot (we stayed during the hottest days in UK this entire year) but the apartament was equipped in total of 3 fans which helped with the situation.

• Cathrin (7/5): Overall nice time, but would not do it again as price was too high for what we got. - good location, close to transport and pubs, restaurants very tight space and claustrophobic staircase (4th floor walkup). Virtually no place to put anything down, particularly in bathroom.
• Jacqui (6/5): Small but great location - The location was excellent. It was really close to everything. The apartment was clean with all the facilities needed for cooking. Apartment was alot smaller than pictured. We were on the top floor and the stairs were a killer We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids under 3 and it was so hard climbing the stairs with the kids strollers and bags everyday. People staying below us complained the kids made too much noise walking on the floor. 🤔 not sure how else they could get around our apartment.
• Denise (7/5): Sufficient for our needs but would reconsider if the weather was warmer than 26deg’s. - Location (family live nearby) was ideal for our stay and local facilities (pubs/cafes etc) were brilliant. Property was very clean. We went at a time of extended heatwave so the lack of air conditioning was difficult, however it was much appreciated that one of the broken fans was replaced by cleaning staff very quickly the second day. Photograph provided on Booking.com was not consistent with the apartment we were given. Lounge chair in our apartment was a very small two seater that could only comfortably seat one person (relevant given the duration of our stay). Noisy at night for the street facing lounge room, but this wouldn’t be an issue in colder weather with windows closed.
