- Selena (10/5): Accommodation was comfortable. The location was fantastic. We had a great stay. - We had the penthouse and the apartment. Both were clean and had all the facilities we needed. The penthouse was huge! The location of the property was fantastic with access to train stations within a few minutes walk and a supermarket just around the corner. It rained a couple of the days we were there so umbrellas being available to use was a nice touch. We had a wonderful stay. Nothing negative to report.

- Felix (10/5): Safe haven - The property is easy to find, spacious, very neat and clean, the ameneties is complete, comfortable bed and all stuff easy to use even it was written in japan. Its near in many reataurant and convenience store. In the middle of japan heritage places like kyoto nara dotonbori. The staff are very quick to communicate. One very best thing is when accidentally left my wife smart watch and they put more effort in sending it to us while we move in other hotel in tokyo. Ill promise this is the best place for us when we return here ,, very very safe place .. Honestly no such thing that i can say that i didnt like because for me its a perfect stay..

They gave us a partial refund as we stayed only 2 hours. It was not as advertised. Not deluxe. Said 2 bedrooms and lounge. It was one bedroom and a lounge/kitchen filled with beds. They charged 3000 yen to check in early. But on the plus side checking in early gave more time to find something else.

- Sally (8/5): Great location, just a few little disappointments but otherwise great property and location. - Very spacious, stairs were a bit steep. Require a few more cooking, dishwashing products and towels. Otherwise great. Disappointed at the check in and check out times. Can only check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. If you want to check in early or late or even leave your bags, they charge 1000 yen per hour. Which I thought was a bit unfair considering you loose almost a whole day due to check in and check out times.

- Patrick (7/5): - Cooles Appartment, geräumig und für 4 Personen gut geeignet. Fußläufig ist vieles sehr rasch erreichbar. Es hätte mehr auf die Sauberkeit geachtet werden können, zumindest für mittel-europäische Verhältnisse.

- Anne (6/5): Not what we booked for. Would not book for more than one couple. - Large apartment, compared to most in Japan. The description said 2 bedrooms. But it was only one bedroom. The 2 double beds were not in a room, but part of an open plan kitchen and living room. There was no privacy for the people sleeping in these beds. There was 1 bedroom with a double bed. The description clearly says 2 bedrooms. And this is the reason that I booked. Apartment slept 8 people, but only 2 coffee mugs provided. Not enough glasses for drinks. The lights for the combined living and bedroom were not seperate. The garden beds on the balcony full of weeds. The mattresses were saggy and firm. Lounge not particularly comfortable. Toilet paper cheap and rough.

- Miho (8/5): 万博行くには便利 - 堺筋本町駅から近く、ライフというスーパーが近い。堺筋本町駅には飲食店がたくさんあり、食べるのに困らない。部屋は広く、ゆったりしている。古いマンションで、部屋は改装してしばらく経過している感じはありますがシンプルで過ごしやすい。洗濯機あるのは嬉しい！ ２泊しましたがタオル交換はないです。洗濯機で洗って次の日に使ってくださいとのことです。洗うタイミングを逃しました。後、エレベーターの閉まるタイミングが異常に早いです。 出終わるまでボタンは押し続けたほうがよいです。

- Brooke (9/5): Superb - The most comfortable beds on our 3 week trip in Japan!! Fantastic amenities, easy access, close to transport, everything we needed for 8 people!! Heating was difficult to figure out and washing machine/dryer took a really long time. The people in apartment above us, were incredibly loud at ridiculous hrs of the night making it difficult to sleep. We knocked on their door but didn't answer. We did let the property know after we checked out as we didn't want to have any issues in a country/place we've never been in before.

The easy access of the location to all the shops, town and entertainment. The penthouse was wonderful for large families and made it easy to be together as a family. Coming from a country that is used to large accomodation venues these two apartments allowed us to still do family things. The heated floors were especially a treat for the kids. In 6A there was a nasty odour from the washing/ bathroom that would go through the apartment at times. It was coming from the drain. It was off putting at times.

The closest train station was only a short walk and we had reasonable access to eating places. There was a large and well equipped supermarket that was very close. The size of the apartment was excellent. There were 5 of us staying and 3 separate bedrooms as well as a large lounge room and well equipped kitchen. It would have been nice to have easier access to the balcony with some chairs or something so we could sit outside if we chose.
