• Hazel (8/5): Amazing stay at Coto Tokyo Sugamo - Place is just a 15 min walk from the train station. And heaps of restaurants convenient stores nearby. I also love how accommodating and easy to approach the host.

• David (9/5): Vive le Japon ! - Nous avons apprécié d'être dans une maison. C'est une autre façon de voyager en dehors des hôtels. Un logement très propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour, dans un très bon quartier !!! Il manque une petite console pour pouvoir cuisiner.

• Yan Yee (10/5): A accommodation that felt like home. So lovely. So comfortable. - Superb location. One of the lines was the Yamanote Line ( direct to Tokyo / Shinagawa ) plus point if you’re traveling via Shinkansen elsewhere. Also direct to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ueno, Akihabara and Harajuku! If you’re coming from Narita will be Keisei Skyliner > Keisei Nippori > Yamanote line > Sugamo, so convenient! Tucked in a quiet area, no cars passing by. Tons of food places around. Lovely place really! Hair dryer was too weak haha

Molto pulito e ben accessoriato anche per un bebè ( c'era anche un seggiolone a disposizione e il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare un mini futon ). Vicino all' appartamento , che è in una via molto tranquilla senza rumori del traffico, c'è una via con molti negozi. La stazione della linea yamanote è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 10 minuti. Molto consigliato

• Beata (10/5): I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Our stay was very enjoyable. - This is a fantastic apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The Yamanote Line train is about a five-minute walk through the quiet but vibrant streets of the Sugamo district. This train takes you everywhere. It's close to the city center. The apartment is very, very clean, and we felt very safe there. It has everything we need for a multi-day stay. The hosts are very caring and asked several times if they could be of assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend it. If we're ever in Tokyo again, we'll definitely stay there again. We liked everything.
• Bella_Rosa (10/5): 일본에 마련한 내 집 같은 숙소 - 1. 교통 JR스가모역에서 도보로 10분, 토덴아라카와센 신코오신즈카역에서 도보로 6분, 토에이버스 스가모욘초메 정류장에서 걸어서 3분입니다. 어린 아이와 함께한 투숙이었는데 이케부쿠로행 버스도 자주 오고, 야마노테센도 이용가능해서 도심위주의 관광에 최적이었습니다. 2. 위치 아이들이 있는 가족 및 노인들이 많이 거주하는 전형적인 일본 주택지의 한켠에 자리하고 있어 매우 조용하고 안전합니다. 근처에 크고 작은 공원이 많으며 산책하기에도 좋고 아이와 함께 시간을 보낼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 3. 시설 목조 주택의 1층을 통째로 사용하는데, 1LDK 아파트와 같은 구조입니다. 욕실과 세면대 및 세탁기 놓는 공간이 한켠에 있으며 욕실과 세면대+세탁기는 문으로 분리되어 있습니다. 욕실에는 욕조가 있고 그 옆에 앉아서 샤워를 할수 있는 공간이 있습니다. 아이를 씻기기에 너무나 편한 구조였으며, 욕실 천장에는 의류건조용 열풍기 및 환풍기가 있어 투숙기간 동안 세탁 걱정 없이 뽀송하게 옷을 입을 수 있었습니다. 화장실은 건식화장실로, 변좌가 있고 휴지도 넉넉하게 준비되어 있었습니다. 주방은 간이 주방으로 인덕션 1구짜리가 있고, 냉장고는 원룸 자취방용 정도 사이즈로 위는 냉장실, 아래는 냉동실입니다. 전자레인지과 전기주전가가 냉장고 위에 있고, 식기는 3인용으로 준비되어 있었습니다. 플라스틱의 얇은 도마와 칼, 집게, 국자, 뒤집개, 가위 그리고 감자깎는 칼이 준비되어 있습니다. 덕분에 이유식을 해먹일 수 있어서 큰 도움 되었습니다. 침실은 일본식 타타미방이지만 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 먼지도 없고 냄새도 딱히 나지 않았습니다. 침실에는 옷을 걸 수 있는 이동식 행거와 천장에 고정된 행거가 있어, 장기 투숙에도 옷을 걸어두기엔 부족함이 없었습니다. 침실과 다이닝 겸 거실 공간은 미닫이문으로 분류되어 있고 에어컨도 각각 설치되어있어 무더운 날씨였지만 냉방은 부족함 없이 충분히 이용할 수 있었습니다. 식탁은 4인용으로 넉넉한 사이즈이며 티비도 설치되어있어 오랜만에 일본 티비도 마음껏 즐겼습니다. 집안 곳곳에 수납공간이 있고 여분의 침구류 및 매트리스가 구비되어있어서 편안하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 모든 창문에는 암막롤스크린이 설치되어있고 유리창도 반투명유리로 되어있어 프라이버시 및 햇빛 문제는 전혀 없었습니다. 4. 서비스 짐은 12시부터 맡길 수 있고 체크인은 15시부터 시작이었는데, 청소가 일찍 끝나서 얼리체크인이 가능하다고 연락을 주셨습니다. 덕분에 무더운 날씨 속, 아이와 함께 얼리체크인을 하여 편안하게 여행을 시작할 수 있었습니다. 숙소에 도착하면 식탁 옆에 필요한 정보가 담긴 안내가 놓여있어서 굳이 직원에게 연락하지 않아도 되어 편리했습니다. 쓰레기 분리수거는 페트병, 캔과 유리병, 그 외 이렇게 세 가지로만 분류하시면 되고, 장기투숙 시 쓰레기 수거는 직원에게 부킹닷컴 메세지로 요청하면 된다는데, 이 안내를 체크아웃 전날 받아서 저희는 그냥 현관 안쪽에 비닐봉지만 묶어서 두었고, 그렇게 연락드렸습니다. 체크아웃 후 놓고간 물건이 있었는데 바로 연락주셔서 무사히 찾을 수 있었습니다. 비록 부킹닷컴 메시지로만 연락을 주고받았으나 매우 친절하고 빠른 답변에 크게 만족했습니다. 다음번 도쿄여행때도 이 숙소에 머무를 생각입니다. 없습니다

Hemos dormido fenomenal en esos tatamis con futones súper confortables. Zona de ducha y bañera amplia con lavadora y sistema de secado por conducto. El cuarto del inodoro separado, otro plus. Anfitriones atentos a tus necesidades en todo momento pero respetando tu intimidad. La ubicación, con red de transporte a 15/20 minutos de los mejores sitios. En fin, super recomendable y agradecidas por la experiencia!🥰 Todo nos ha encantado! Aunque si cambiaría la luz blanca por luz cálida 😉
• Quintana Prieto (10/5): Perfecta estancia en Tokyo - Las instalaciones en sí fueron tanto cómodas como espaciosas, cosa que no se suele ver mucho en Japón. El tatami y los futones eran muy cómodos. La ubicación era perfecta por la tranquilidad de la zona, con tiendas de conveniencia y metro a menos de 10 minutos andando. Cuando volvamos a Tokyo repetiremos
• Mason (10/5): The perfect middle ground for Tokyo - Very nice property in a very nice location. For people who don’t party as much or would like to have a calm place to go after a long night of partying. Very comfy and super spacious. The only thing I think lacked was the washer, while I’m glad to have a washer in my room unlike most places in Japan, it washed our clothes great but would not dry our clothes at all

• Elaine Wells (10/5): Gem of a place. - Lovely accommodation, really well prepared with all amenities required. Having a freezer and washing machine was super helpful. Check in instructions were very clear, photos were very helpful! The bath and shower option was a luxury along with the air conditioning. The tatami mat flooring and futons were authentic and helped to feel the holiday. Also plenty of usb plug sockets was fantastic. Plenty of space in the house and having separate toilet and shower was useful too. Location was great, easy access to the trains, high street and food places. Also lots to see in the local area. Very quiet, residential area was so peaceful. Hosts were great at communicating information and checking we were ok. Thank you for your hospitality. Great info for washing machine, TV and check in info on dining table - instructions for the hot water system would have been even better. We got it going but pressed a lot of random buttons to start with!

• Erika (10/5): Best stay in Tokyo!!!!! - The apartment is so nice and clean and pretty big for Tokyo standards. We went with a baby and they prepared for us a small futon, a diaper changer and a baby chair. The futon were also incredibly comfortable despite an occidental could think. Nothing. Everything was perfect. If I have to mention something is that is a bit far away from the closest metro (15 minutes walking). But is literally nothing for Tokyo

• Chacha (10/5): Amazing, all clean, people nice, good location! - The old style Japanese house mixed with the new environment made the experience awesome! I have nothing to say but good things! Unfortunately we haven’t had the chance to use the kitchen there but if you can there is all you need to make some dishes! Everything was perfect. Also, we needed more information about or stay and the property was more than helpful giving us some tips and notions. They reply very quick and are so nice! I hope to come back soon.

Good location, it takes you around 10 minutes walking to get to the yamanote line, there’s also a bus stop nearby. Quite area with several places to eat. The host is very friendly and attentive to make sure everything is okay. I definitely recommend this accommodation! -

• Shinji (10/5): Big recommend for family - We traveled with a 5mo baby and found this place very comfortable. Though this place does not have a baby bed, the tatami-floored bedroom is in general safe as there is no worry that baby might fall. There is a laundry machine and the bathroom has a dryer for laundry. The property is located in a very nice neighbourhood. It has easy access to many other places in Tokyo, but still tranquil. The Sugamo area around is interesting itself. From our experience, it is sometimes hard in Tokyo to find an apartment in a convenient and quiet neighbourhood. It would be great to have chopsticks.

• Jade (10/5): We were not able to meet the Host face to face but they were very responsive and always assisted us when we needed help - This property was very big and spacious which made our stay extremely comfortable, This property was also close to the train stations and convenient stores which allowed us to catch the train into Shibuya and Tokyo when we were out for the day, The room was spacious and it fit 3 people comfortably. This property was also located in a local street which was a great experience for us to see how it feels to be staying away from the city in a local house N/A
• Clothilde (10/5): 100 percent recommend - First of all we want to thank again the hosts for this stay, from the booking to the check out everything was perfect. They are very helpful, answer quick, the apartment is incredible. The rooms are big, the japanese bathroom is amazing and very clean (the laundry machine and hoover are so convenient !), separated toilet, fully equipped kitchen ! Location is perfect as well 12 minutes walking for the Yamanote Line which is the main one if you want to go to Shibuya, Harajuku, Ikebukuro etc, 8 minutes from Family Mart, Seven Eleven and 10 minutes for a lot of tiny amazing restaurants ! If we come back to Tokyo, we will definitely stay here again :D
