• Joseph (9/5): it was a convenient address - unfortunate for the construction work next door and the related noise. - Lock box was fine I only received 1 set of keys (set No 2) in the lockbox. the garage remote was left on the dining table near the pot plant - nothing in the drawers - hence no 2nd set of keys. to be honest - I only realized that there should have been a second set of keys when I received my departing instructions. i looked in the drawers where it was suppose to be and I could not find it. I think It would most unfair to penalize for these keys when I did not receive these....
• LIam (8/5): - It was nice and well appointed In 18 days there was no change of bedlinen or towels. When we asked, they attempted to charge for this as an additional service. If this is a valid charge, it should be made clear on the advertisement on Booking.com. It was a hidden charge which we refused to pay that left a very bad taste in our mouths.
• viktor (4/5): Die Wohnung ist umcharmant, und liegt auf einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, und somit sehr laut! - es war nicht die Wohnung die bestätigt wurde. Wir hatten keinen Ausblick, da wir im untersten Geschoß waren, laut Bestätigung wäre die Wohnung weiter oben gewesen. Der Vermieter war sehr uneinsichtig.
• Marija Markovic (1/5): Very underwhelming and nothing impressive, very basic and not clean. - We didn’t like the property at all, not what we expected and there was no wow factor at all, not a clean place to be in and our concerns were not addressed I would never recommend this place to anyone, not clean at all, door handle was broken, shower handle was broken and tv wasn’t working, to get all that mended was frustrating, we called the property almost every day and they would only say we notified the team. Very disappointing after booking the apartment for 5 weeks, everything inside was bare minimum including cutlery glasses plates pots in the kitchen, no drying rack or paper holder because they don’t provide that as well as no one came to clean or change linens within the 5 weeks, they don’t provide that as well. We couldn’t believe how little they cared about their customers. We will never stay here again!

The place was dirty. - It’s quiet enough The instruction to use the stacker car park came at 1 am of the day we’re checking in so I didn’t see the email and the video URL was deleted from the Booking.com messages as it’s Booking.com policy so I couldn’t find the instructions and was worried about my car which is a Tesla Y fitting in or if the lift for the car stacker drops will it damage your car. When I rang nobody answered. I eventually worked it out after an hour. The next day someone was checking in like us and had no idea either and lucky I was able to help that person because they were desperately trying to get information I had to use the stacker. There were water puddles on the living room floor and it smells funny in the bedroom like stale air or something mouldy. They gave us a floor level one unit. Pretty much no natural light in the balcony was unkept with deadleaves all over. When I’m finally got through and spoke to someone they told me the whole block was booked but in reality they were only three units out of probably about six so whoever took your call have either no idea or didn’t want to accommodate a Thai traveller we just wanted to have somewhere nice to enjoy three nights in comfort at close to 400 bucks a night.

• Juzel (2/5): Basic hygiene standards were not met despite multiple complaints - Choose someplace else. Unfortunately, my stay at this accommodation was disappointing due to repeated cleanliness issues. On the very first night, I found a hair in my bed sheets that definitely didn’t belong to me. After reporting it and asking for fresh sheets, the replacement set was stained and delivered in an unsealed plastic bag left on the floor outside my door, directly by the main entrance gate. This was unprofessional and unhygienic, as the sheets could easily have been contaminated before I brought them in, especially since it was raining heavily at the time and bugs could have crawled in. After reporting the problem again, the second set of sheets I received had visible hair strands, a hole, and a large oil-based stain. Conditions far below basic cleanliness standards and made me question the hygiene of other items such as the towels. I don’t typically experience acne, but my face broke out during my stay — and cleared up right after I left — which reinforced my concerns about the bedding’s hygiene. Despite multiple reports, they never provided clean sheets — a basic expectation of any accommodation.

• Didier (9/5): Good - Cleanliness, space, ease of key collection, and also the explanations provided by booking. Your photos represent the apartment well. Very quiet, therefore, it is a clean neighborhood. We had a big car and didn't use the parking lot. But on the street, there was very little space, and many cars were parked almost permanently.
• Mario (4/5): Insoddisfacente - Il parcheggio a disposizione. Il riscaldamento non funzionava (rotto). Ho scritto più volte per farlo riparare, senza esito. Solo in tecnico é arrivato sabato mattina ma non ha risolto il problema. Abbiamo passato 7 notti al freddo.
• Angela (7/5): Parking info!! - The apartment was private, tidy and small but comfortable. The parking is a car stacker and only accommodates smaller vehicles. This isn’t advertised in the booking. For the 2 weeks I stayed here I was unable to find a park on the street, I had to walk at least 10-15mins away to get a park. Really disappointed considering I booked this accommodation for the parking spot!

• Janine (8/5): A nice apartment with good facilities. - The property was a nice size with good facilities, clean and tidy and a good location. Comfortable bed. It was on a busy noisey road. The settee wasn’t comfortable. We were there for 19 nights and if we wanted a mid stay clean, change of sheets and towels, then we had to pay extra!

• Pauline (9/5): Beautiful peaceful place to relax in Bondi away from the crowds - Spacious and full of light, very well equipped, balcony looks out into a giant Morton Bay fig. Walking distance to Bondi and Tamarama beaches, and Bondi Junction shops. Advertised as coming with a carpark, but it’s a car stacker. Though there is all day parking on the street if you are strategic and lucky!

• Ky (4/5): basic and a little un inviting - better as a business stay not leisure - front looked modern / inviting nice garden to look at lacked ambiance - bit basic very much like student accommodation clean but not spotless
• Hugo (8/5): Very good - It was convenient and in a relatively quiet area. WiFi wasn’t great, it kept cutting out which made Zoom meetings almost impossible. I had to buy a few things that were supposed to be included in the property and I planned on staying a month and didn’t get the option for a complementary clean/change of linen.
• Michael (10/5): Amazing Apartment - Fantastic Apartment in great Location. 10-15min walk to Bondi Beach. Many restaurants on walking distance. The appartment was very clean and fully equipped. Car parking in the facility. Great stay!
