- Joseph (10/5): Great Spot for a Solo traveler - Great location close to multiple train stops. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Room was clean and AC worked great.
- Sayuri (9/5): - The location is superb. They provide you a private parking lot, you don't need to look for it. Comparing to others APA Hotel that I have been, this one has the smaller room. The air-conditioning didn't work very well.

- Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful stay, bad breakfast - Very convenient location to train station. Staff was very nice and polite. Rooms were very clean and cute. The breakfast provided (which is a business next store) as their continental breakfast included a chef that could not or rather would not communicate with us. We tried to utilize a translation app on our phone to ask if there was a vegetarian option available…. He scoffed at us, wouldn’t even look at the phone and then snorted grossly and spit the sputum into the sink he was using in front of us. I’m guessing we insulted him, did not mean to offend him in any way. However this was in my opinion disgusting. The hotel itself was great!! I would recommend not paying for the breakfast and go seek other options in the city.

- Juin Ling (9/5): Cozy and convenient stay - The location is very convenient to the station and there are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. Although it’s small but it has everything prepared in the room, hotel information is well indicating on the TV as well. It’ll be good if the room is more spacious. It was a little crowded in the room to keep the amenities shared on the next day although I didn’t use it (eg yukata) on the first day. So I had 2 pcs and not enough space to keep it

- chiharu (8/5): まぁまぁかな - 連泊でした。アメニティの交換が袋に入れてドアにかけておくのが画期的でした。 浴用のタオルが使いやすかったです。 連泊なのでお風呂の足マットはアメニティに追加して欲しかった。部屋が2人で過ごすには少し狭いと思います。

- Gwendolyn (8/5): Enjoyed the hotel due to the location and friendly staff - Location!! The hotel is basically on the Togoshi Ginza Shopping street so it’s very easy to walk to many shops, cafes or restaurants. Rooms felt extremely small but the property was well maintained.

- Yukiko (9/5): 戸越銀座を楽しめました。でも、きっとちょうど良い広さで良かったと思います。 - 主人が外出していて何処かに泊まりたくて。 お風呂のフチが汚かったのと、カーテンのシミが２つあり、なぜ変えないのかなと考えてしまいました。 上から掃除するときに見えるところと、例えばユニットバスの場合、トイレに座ったときに見える汚れ、お風呂につかったときに見える。トイレの下など見えないものが見えてくるので、そういうところもきれいになったら嬉しいと思いました。
