• Petr (8/5): Velmi příjemný pobyt v megapoli Káhira - Byt byl prostorný, v 7.patře. Ocenili, jsme pohodlné postele a balkon, kde jsme trávili čas při jídle a oddechu. V jedné z ložnic nebyla šatní skříň. Postačilo by dodat třeba věšák, ale jinak se nám byt i okolí moc líbilo. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a určitě se vrátíme. Rušící byl štěkot pouličních psů, hlavně v noci, což rušilo klidné spaní.
• Gael (7/5): - I want to give a special mention to Mohra at the reception. She was incredibly nice, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The service from her side was excellent. Unfortunately, the stay was marred by a major inconsistency regarding their house rules. Despite there being no mention of a "no-guest" policy on their Booking.com page, they tried to prevent me from having visitors. The internet was either slow or completely non-functional. I brought the WiFi issue to their attention multiple times. Each time, I was told they would "do something about it," but absolutely nothing changed during my entire stay.

• Nataša (8/5): Great hostess that overweights hotel's shortcomings - The hostess was very kind and accommodating. Whatever was lacking in the accommodation was definitely outweighed by her friendliness and willingness to help. We arrived very late, and it meant a lot to us that we didn’t have to wait long for the keys, as we were traveling with two young children. We booked the apartment because of the kitchen. However, when we arrived, there were no plates, spoons, or towels. When I messaged the hostess about this, she brought everything within about 15 minutes. We also asked her for help organizing a trip to Saqqara, Dahshur, and Memphis. It was quite expensive, but it turned out to be the best excursion of our entire trip to Egypt. The apartment differs from the published photos, but it is spacious and comfortable. And as mentioned above, it does have several shortcomings, which are outweighed by the hostess’s helpfulness and willingness to assist.
• Yi (6/5): - 位置不错，离解放广场、地铁站都很近，附近有好吃的餐厅、咖啡店和银行。 在我到达一个小时前，管理员通知换一间公寓，因为我预订的这间需要装修，我不得不再拖着行李步行走了15分钟到另外一间公寓，很奇怪的是需要装修的公寓仍然在缤客上销售。新换的公寓空间大，但是卫生状况一般，最主要的是我需要用洗衣机，但是洗衣机的甩干功能是坏的，空调的暖气功能也不能使用。这个价格实在不值，公寓需要改善设施和卫生

• Zeljko, Zagreb (10/5): Ljubazan domaćin. Iznenađujuće čisto i dobri kreveti. - Čistoća, veličina. Teško je otkriti zgradu jer nema natpisa. Ulaz u zgradu je neugledan. Kupaonica je mračna. Ne postoji prikladno ogledalo za brijanje.

Сама квартира была чиста, лифт работал, в одной из комнат есть кондей. Удобные кровати. В целом уютно. Сложно было заселиться - контакт перестал отвечать в WhatsApp, но был указан другой номер и хозяйка решила проблему. Не работала стиральная машина. Душ нуждается в обновлении. Wifi крайне плох, для работы использовал симкарту, так что не проблема

Un salone grande senza porta è stato adibito a camera da letto con due letti singoli senza condizionatore . Molto caos di notte essendo in centro. Portineria 24 ore all ingresso .
• Joan (8/5): Very good experience in the heart of Cairo - The location was ideal, close to Talaat Harb street where there are plenty of shops and cafes. The lift was working with no problem. Main entrance door completely lock in the night, I felt extra safe. The kitchen could be a bit more equipped, even though the gas hobbs were working with no complications.

Before check-in, I asked which address is correct; written or map from booking.com or searching result of google maps -three different location. Answer is: Address correct And we couldn't find by taxi, around there we sit in a cafe, they defined but when arrive there we didn't see the name of property and reception/receptiponist. A young man came and call a man from basement floor but the man seemed not having any information about our check-in. Young man insisted and the man call someone, then we entered a room without be sure being correct place. There was no check-in experince, no one for helping/answering your questions. We write some messages but not answered. Wi-fi was off. Third day, a young woman came and ask we need anything, we didn't want to tell all story, just asked wi-fi, she said there is common trouble because of fire occuring recent days. We said that we had wi-fi some restaurants in same area, she said that understand us but... Wi-fi was on our last (forth) night. Wardrobes were dusty. Washing dishes is not easy because the tap is very very high from the lavatory, water splashes on you.

• Kyung (8/5): The location was prime and the apartment met our expectations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - The host was very helpful and responsive. The two ladies who seem to manage multiple units in the building were very nice and deligent. The property is very difficult to find as there are no signs and the street number is not clearly visible from where we were dropped off. Google maps wasn't good enough to locate the property. The locals seem to know where this property was, so by asking folks around the area, we were able to find it. The entry way/"lobby area" appears very nondescript, so it was a surprise that this was indeed the right place. We arrived really late and missed a WhatsApp message from the host, so the host wasn't there to greet us. Otherwise, probably would have been easier to find it.

Nagwa was a very polite girl spoke excellent English and was willing to help with anything even before the trip. She responded promptly to any request. The value for money was very good.

• Tracy (5/5): Acceptable at a low price knowing what you are going to. - The flat is spacious and the rooms are very large. There is a bathroom and a kitchen area. In the day, the rooms are full of daylight. As far as day-to-day cleanliness goes, the flat was generally acceptably clean. Even the sheets although at first we were dubious. We arrived at night and really the whole place looked Dantesque. The stairwell is very rundown and dirty as is the lift and the doors to the properties. The electric lighting in the flat is dismal and highlights all the long-term scruffiness of the flat: the walls with marks on them, the curtains hanging off the rail. I felt like I didn't want to even sleep in the beds but I have to say that the sheets were clean and we did sleep quite well. The photos taken in the day, suggest a more attractive property.

• Omar (3/5): Not worth the money! - The Host, Farah, is very friendly and responsive in case of any question. There was very little Farah could do to resolve the issues. The furniture in the apartment was extremely old and nonfunctional, which made the stay less than ideal. My apartment was located on the 7th floor, and just two days after moving in, the elevator broke down. It remained out of service for four days, and by the time I left the facility, it still hadn't been repaired. I reached out to Farah, who kindly offered me an alternative apartment on the 5th floor. However, this was far from a suitable solution, particularly since I have bad knees. Despite this, I decided to move my belongings to the 5th-floor apartment because climbing five flights of stairs was marginally better than climbing seven. To make matters worse, some floors in the building lacked proper lighting and were cluttered with construction debris, which made navigating the stairs even more uncomfortable and hazardous. Climbing up to the 7th floor—and even the 5th floor—was incredibly challenging and made the experience highly inconvenient and stressful.

• William (7/5): Easy booking and convenient location. - Host was kind and easy to request things from via WhatsApp. The location was great, near the museum and near the famous Koshery restaurant. The elevator was small but cool. The rate was very cheap for a 5 night stay. Spacious room. The bed was a little unstable. Towels were a bit old. Only had one trash can in the bathroom, but not a big deal we could just use plastic bags from our local shops/purchases. We arrived but has to wait for the cleaners to finish. Was not too long of a wait though, and the host gave us free drinks /juice/water and snacks which I assume was due to the wait. The cost of the taxi from the airport was really expensive compared to local taxis and Uber. It was around 24 euro when a ride on Uber was around 5 euro. However the host was easy to communicate with on WhatsApp.

Was a little hard to find on Google Maps though was sent a pin on WhatsApp which made it super easy to find. Appartment was huge too, great value for money. Would book again. Wifi was slow though I didn't use it as I picked up a Vodafone SIM at Cairo airport. If you're planning on doing a lot of work or using your phone/laptop a lot I'd recommend doing the same.

Nagwa really made us feel at home and accommodated us with whatever was lacking and more. She was always very attentive to our needs. I'd definitely recommend this place. It's in the heart of the city so there are many shops around.

She was very responsive to all messages and coordinated our check-in and check-out very well; she also let us stay longer due to a late flight and no place to store luggage. Her colleague also helped us arrange a discounted ride to the airport rather than taking an Uber. The building doesn't look very nice on the outside/hallways, but the apartment is wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and quite modern. The apartment is in a great location, less than a 10-minute walk from Tahrir Square, the Nile, and the Egyptian Museum. N/A
