• Matthias (1/5): Ungeziefer und Lärm - Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer UBahn Station und hat eine Tiefgarage In meinem Bad waren Silberfische. Außerdem war an Schlaf nicht zu denken, da eine 50-köpfige Reisegruppe bis morgens um 4 Uhr die Lobby zu einer Disco verwandelt hat. Personal ist ab 23:00 Uhr nicht mehr anwesend so dass die ganze Nacht durch in einer ohrenbetäubenden Lautstärke gefeiert wurde.

• Thierry (9/5): Bon confort, excellent rapport qualité /prix, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner bien organisé - J'avais demandé une chambre en étage élevé et on a répondu mieux que mon attente en me mettant dans une spacieuse chambre "Business" du dernier étage. Douche spacieuse. Literie confortable, décor simple et agréable (bois clair). Cafetière et capsules à disposition, eau minérale en cadeau d'accueil. Petit déjeuner sans chichi, simple et complet. Espace de restauration propre et bien maintenu entre les clients. Vue dégagée sur un petit espace Herbeux ou bien grands baies vitrées sur la rue. La puissance de l'aspiration ventilation hygiène et sécurité de la salle de bains. Génère un bruit de fond très conséquent, il faut rapidement s'habituer pour pouvoir dormir.

• Sonya (1/5): Niemals wieder! - Ich habe mich noch nie so unsicher als alleinreisende Frau in einem Hotel gefühlt. Die Tür meines Hotelzimmers ließ sich nicht schließen, weil der Schnapper sich verhackte. Als ich versuchte dass einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption mitzuteilen, unterbrach dieser mich bereits nach dem ersten Satz und sagte ich müsse den Griff runterdrücken. Ich versuchte erneut ihm das eigentliche Problem zu erklären, doch statt zuzuhören, lief er weg um hoch zum Zimmer zu fahren. Im versuchte erneut ihm zu erklären was das Problem ist und sagte, ich zeige es ihm einfach gleich. Er fuhr mich an, er wisse wie es geht und würde es mir zeigen. Oben auf meinem Stockwerk angekommen, war ein Mann mit Schlappen, Unterhemd und Jogginghose bekleidet der bereits auf dem Weg zur Rezeption mich im Aufzug ansprach und versuchte Konversation zu führen welche ich nicht unterhielt. Er stieg im 2. Stock aus. Als ich mit dem Mitarbeiter hoch zum Zimmer fuhr, war er jedoch wieder auf meinem Stockwerk und folgte uns bis zur Zimmertür. Als ich ihn fragte, ob ich ihn helfen könne, gab er sich als Mitarbeiter des Hotels zu erkennen. Dies war nicht erkennbar. Erst nachdem ich beiden zeigte was das eigentliche Problem war, wurde gesagt, das ein Handwerker kontaktiert wird. Alternatives Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten. Die Tür wurde nicht repariert. Das Zimmer wurde in dem Zeitraum auch nicht gereinigt. Als ich Nachts kurz ins Hotel zurückkehrte (1:30), sprach mich der Mitarbeiter mit den Schlappen vor dem Hotel beim Verlassen erneut an und erinnerte sich an meine Zimmernummer. Ich sagte ihm lediglich, dass die Türe immer noch nicht repariert wurde und ging. Als ich um 4:30 zurückkehrte, war der Mitarbeiter immer noch vor dem Hotel und lief Richtung Edeka. Ich war gerade dabei die zweite Eingangstüre zu öffnen, als er plötzlich hinter mir stand. Als ich in den Aufzug ging, kam er schnell hinterher und hielt die Tür offen. Im Aufzug sagte er wie betrunken er sei und fragte mich aus.

• Stefan (8/5): Gerne wieder! - Für meinen Zweck war die Lage absolut perfekt! Frühstück war sehr in Ordnung! Ein Rezeptionist hat sich außergewöhnlich lange mit meinem Internetproblem auf meinem Laptop bemüht. Sehr löblich! Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war "nicht ideal."

• René (5/5): Preis/ Leistung schlecht. - außer den Betten war alles dreckig! Haare der Vorgänger überall. Teppiche die letzten 12 Monate definitiv nicht gesaugt, Bad nicht gereinigt. Wände vollgepißt, WC dreckig. Dafür aber noch über 25,-Euro/ Nacht teurer als im Febr. 2026. Eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Kein Supervisor, der auch nur ansatzweise eine Zimmerkontrolle durchgeführt hat. Reinigungspersonal vollkommen ungeeignet - weder Bewußtsein für die Aufgabe noch verstanden, was zu tun wäre, liegt eindeutig an den Nationen, die dort eingesetzt werden (und nein, das ist nicht rassistisch gemeint, sondern aus jahrzehntelanger eigener Erfahrung bedingt). Die können und kennen es leider nicht anders, daher ist auch keine Verbesserung zu erwarten. Im Flur roch es die ganze Woche über widerlich. Ganz klar -- KEINE EMPFEHLUNG.

• Justus (8/5): Für einen Kurzurlaub mit der Bahn zu empfehlen - Die Lage ist super schnelle Anbindung zur U-Bahn und in die City. Personal ist freundlich Mir persönlich war die Lüftung im Bad zu laut so das man sie auch etwas im zimmer gehört hatt und sie musste immer an sein so konnte ich nur schlecht schlafen
• Rosny (10/5): Excelente hospedaje en Múnich - Las instalaciones de nivel, facilidad de check-in, excelente atención del personal, la ubicación era genial a solo 1 cuadra de la estación del metro. Al lado hay un supermercado Lidl y la zona muy segura y muy transitada, super conectada con el centro y con la estación de trenes. En el check-out nos resguardaron el equipaje sin costó alguno y pudimos explorar más la ciudad. Repetiría sin duda. Nada. Todo genial.

I only stayed the night and left early in the morning so I can't comment on everything but the bed was very comfortable. I got a family room since there was nothing else available and the bunk beds seemed fun :D Everything was as advertised. The pillows could be a bit thicker / more comfortable - they were a bit too thin.
