Several interactions with with front office was disappointing lack of professionalism and care for their main patrons which is travellers. Suggest using another hotel or if no other option only short stay here. Shuttle bus driver was rude to my wife and likes to raise his voice when you don't sit where he wants you to.

Petites magasins tout autour de l’hôtel Le personnel à la conciergerie laisse à désirer. J’avais un problème pour réserver une navette privée. Je voyageais avec ma famille de 9 personnes. Personnel à la conciergerie donne à peine des solutions et vous laisse dans le stress avec votre problème. J’étais perdue et tracassée avec mon problème. Ils ont à peine répondu à mes questions et avaient l’air agacé de répéter quand j’ai dit que je n’avais pas compris ce qu’ils m’avaient dit. Le personnel s’enfoutait et me dit que c’est trop tard pour réserver une navette pour le lendemain…. Heureusement j’avais de très bons contacts avec le personnel de mon précédent hôtel et je leur ai demandé de me trouver une voiture. Ils ont réussi en 1h à me trouver deux navettes privées le jour même pour assurer le trajet que je souhaitais. Les femmes de chambres par contre sont tres bien, les chambres étaient impeccables et le garçon qui nous a monté nos valises aussi. C’est clairement un hôtel pour le business. Hôtel haute gamme mais personnel à revoir. Le respect des clients et l’empathie est à revoir.

- Joseph (10/5): 5 star hotel at a great price. - The hotel is about 25 mins walk away from the Tung Chung station, but the free hotel bus service filled this gap well to make easy to get to city. It was frequent and punctual. During peak times, they surprised us with additional runs, and were quick to address patron overflows. We enjoyed the hotel facilities - pool, gym, kids room with Nintendo Switch. Amazing breakfast buffet spread. Very comfy beds. It was truly a 5-star experience.

- Manuel (7/5): Excelente desayuno, buena vista, pero no vale la pena un deposito adicional de 200$. - Un hotel hermoso, lo mejor es el desayuno, la verdad eso cumple con toda la expectativa del viaje. Estaba cerca del Gran Buda Tian Tian de Hong Kong. Tiene un servicio de transporte de la estación al hotel. Realice un pago adicional de 200$ lo mismo que me costaba la habitación en un deposito, al día de hoy no me han devuelto el dinero. Solo me quede por una noche y realmente me parecio costoso pagar 400$ en una habitación por un día. Adicional a ello deberian modificar los tiempo de recepción de pasajeros en la estación de metro, ya que solo van 1 vez cada hora y el hotel no queda tan lejos, a diferencia de otros hoteles que estan mas lejos tienen mejor manejo y disponibilidad con el transporte.

- Mauricio (8/5): Great hotel, somewhat out of the way - Clean, upscale, professional staff Location’s a bit out of the way in Tung Chung — other hotel closer to activities and transport options to the airport. While the stay was perfectly ok, we didn’t feel like the premium was worth it.

The buffet breakfast is good with variety of food options. The curtains in our room couldn't fully close, the telephone was broken and there were some communication issues with staff.

- Reiscta (10/5): Consistent Service - I have stayed at the Sheraton several times and their services are always consistent. From Cafe Lantau with Emily and the team, each and every person always smiling when guests come. The Executive Lounge with Yanli, Oscar, Kim and the rest of the team, you can feel their genuine desire to ensure your time at their facilities is well spent. The other team that needs mentioning is Housekeeping, the people that you normally do not see but work their magic behind the scenes. I am always so grateful for people like Joyce, Shan Shan and Janice who make sure every comfort in your room is met. People within an organization is key and these individual are such gems to have.

We didn't get to use the pool and gym as only stayed one night but they looked good. Expensive! Didn't provide enough towels for 4 people. Small beds! Not full size doubles.

- Lee Ann (8/5): Lovely hotel very close to the airport - Used the hotel for transit time - we had a full day and needed a place for my little kids to rest and shower. Hotel is well kept and staff super helpful. Unfortunately did not sleep over but had to book 2 nights to get use from early in the morning until 9pm. Also really valued the airport and MTR free shuttle buses. Consider offering different day rate since to the hotel is close to the airport and many people with young families need a place to rest after long flights.

- Karla Mae (8/5): Quite luxurious but not really worth the price - We have the ocean view rooms hence, we totally loved it. The beds are huge and they have huge windows with window seat that allows you to really appreciate the view. My niece really loves hanging out in this area. We also availed of the breakfast buffet which was okay. They offer shuttle bus (to and from airport, and the Tung Chung MTR Station) so that was a huge plus. First, no complimentary water but they do have this water filter thing and you just need to fill it up from the tap Second, very high deposit, the total amount to be paid for the 3 rooms was HKD9,000+, but we have to make a deposit so the grand total amount that was initially charged to us was HKD15,000. Since we used a credit card, we were told that they will be returning the deposit within two weeks. Third, maybe it was already late at night when we checked in, but we got confused what hotel we have booked. Four points by Sheraton and the Sheraton Hotel Tung Chung are two different hotels. When I did my research when booking this hotel, I think the four points would also come up in my Google search. Hence, I assumed they were one and the same. They might as well since these two hotels are literally together (merged in one building) and they do share the shuttle bus so when we were dropped off to our hotel, I didn’t bother to check the name outside and got confused when the receptionist said they can’t find our reservations. Turned out I need to check in next door.
