I staying at this hotel before I left for my cruise and the lady that took care of me then was not helpful,friendly, or nice. I was questioning should I stay there when I return. Well thank God I did because Mrs. Marilyn changed my mindset about that hotel.

Kara (8/5): It was okay. - Very hip and up to date. Close to all tourist things Orlando. There was no microwave in the room. For the amount of money it cost, and being a tourist hotel, there should be a way to heat food in the room. I don’t like that the shower was exposed. Not a good thing for privacy while showering. Our room was not serviced daily. I had to call down for towels and for our trash to be taken out. I didn’t like that there were only maybe 5 spaces marked for the paid parking guests. If I am paying to park on a lot, I would like to have primary parking.

Nicole (7/5): We only stayed 1 night, it was perfect for what we needed - It was clean and centrally located to a lot of different things to do and restaurants I did not like that it was 2 different hotels, went into a door by the pool and went to what I thought was our room it was a completely different area. We didn’t notice any signage and we’re really turned around.

Escribí para solicitar que se hicieran cargo de esa multa pero a la fecha no he obtenido respuesta, que espero sea positiva, pues no me parece que por seguir las indicaciones del hotel yo deba ser multado.

Very disappointed with all the reviews highlighting the cleanliness of the rooms and they in fact are not. Showers were dirty and had build up.

A special shoutout to Laura at the front desk, who handled our situation with patience and warmth, and to the hotel manager for making sure everything was seamless. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the overall vibe of the hotel made what could have been a stressful situation feel effortless. We truly appreciated the exceptional service and care—this level of hospitality is rare and memorable. Highly recommend Aloft on International Drive for anyone passing through!

baldonickf (2/5): Worst Aloft Hotel - Have stayed at many Aloft hotels in the US as a Titanium Elite member and this one is the worst. I encountered roaches in the room and reported it and the manager was not concerned since it did not call me back. I have pictures and the breakfast was not available until 10am and had to endure a filthy breakfast area at the sister hotel element. Also, the elevators had a scary noise when traveling up and down. Plain awful hotel..

Mesmo não oferecendo café da manhã, tem a opção na extensão do hotel ao lado com café da manhã a US$11 com iogurtes, muffins, omeletes, waffles e etc. As instalações são novas e bem decoradas. Cobrarem o estacionamento e da camareira falhar em arrumar o quarto e quando fazia esquecia de deixar toalhas novas fazendo-nos ter que solicitar na recepção.

The next morning i had to wait till almost 3pm to get a room with a functioning A/C because they didnt call maitenance till i brought it up to the front desk for a 3rd time.
