- Furqan (4/5): Hotel need to improve the power maintenance. - The location The maintenance I didn’t like. My stay was for business and only for one day. When I prepared to sleep, the power was shut and AC was also not working. To be honest, the hotel have charged for the night that I spent awake/sleep.

Asked three times to get another room. It was not mentioned that this is a smoker room, would have never booked it.

- 125mazenm (2/5): Customer satisfaction and experience - The Hilton Garden Inn brand carries trust, but the frontline staff had no authority to act. They tried to calm me, yet every issue I faced went unresolved because decisions were beyond their control. Items went missing, I was told to change rooms with only two hours’ notice, the TV didn’t work for half my stay, breakfast never changed, and even after informing them about my allergy, the room was only cleaned superficially. Management was absent through all of this — yet the moment they noticed I smoked in the room, without any prior warning, they immediately charged me 500 SAR. Where was this same management when the real problems needed attention? Based on my experience, this hotel does not care about customer satisfaction, and I cannot recommend it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, including a receptionist named Marwa, if I am correct. The restaurant staff includes Rasheed and Riyadh, and special thanks go to Idowu from housekeeping. I definitely plan to stay there again.

- faixak (10/5): Amazing 😍 - The property is Wonderful. Upper floors give a super nice birds eye view of the city we stayed at the 11th floor. The food was great, we booked twin w breakfast n dinner included. From arabic to continental everything taste good. It super value for money. The hotel surrounding is highly walkavle for your post dinner walk. The staff at all levels is super helpful and niceee. The housekeeping is very amazing. Mr Rahat did an exceptional job. Cleanliness was always on point ! 💯 The ambience and atmosphere was vert great as it was a workcation for us. It quiet and peaceful. The hotel really does check all the boxes and hotel staff makes your stay even more comfortable. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Since it was a holiday, we managed to relax for three days, which was our main go - The location and view from our room are also excellent. The staff is also very approachable. The television is outdated, and it would be advisable to upgrade it. Alternatively, you could consider using Google Chromecast. The aroma of the room upon entry is unpleasant, while the outdoor environment offers a significantly more pleasant scent. Additionally, although the pillow is new, it emits a scent reminiscent of used bedding. The food selection is not particularly impressive. Despite being called “BBQ night,” there is no actual grilling of barbecue as anticipated.

- HAMAD (8/5): - They have upgraded us to a suite but in DoubleTree by Hilton which is in the same building so my review will be on that hotel -The room was very spacious and modern. -The reception was very helpful and provided us with everything we needed. -I attended an WWE event which was in KAFD and hotel was near this area and we didn't need a taxi to go there. -The only negative in that hotel that the suite had only 1 king bed and they had sofa bed but it wasn't comfortable.
