- Sascha (7/5): - Nähe zu Alexanderplatz und ÖPNV Stationen Erst im 3. Anlauf beim Check-in ein gereinigtes Zimmer erhalten. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war dabei sehr gelassen und es gab nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung, sondern nur die Erklärung, dass das System die Zimmer als gereinigt anzeigte. Die. Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht und aufgrund der Nähe zur S-Bahn Linie war es auch nicht möglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen.

- Letizia (1/5): AVOID AT ALL COST: ILLEGAL WITHOLDING OF OUR PROPERTY, MOLDY AND DISGUSTING ROOM, AGGRESSIVE STAFF. - The location was good! Everything but the location. I could talk about the mold growing all over the shower, the stained moquette and stained sheets, or the windows which couldn’t be opened and allow ventilation. On top of that, the hotel is located right in front of train tracks, so opening the window is not recommended. The worst part was probably the smell. The bathroom (and often the room) was impossible to access due to the nauseating smell of sewage. But the real kicker? We were told cleaning would be performed once every four days. Said cleaning never took place. We stayed a week for work, so often ordered in and ate in our room. Well, at the end of the week, we left our trash in two bags and set them next to the door. The bathroom bin was also full. THAT IS IT. Well, the rude and aggressive receptionists refused to give us the luggage we had PAID to store at the hotel until we paid them 60 euros to clean the room (60 euros to take out garbage? Yeah, right.) When we told them they never cleaned our room, they told us if nobody came, it was our responsibility to tell them and request cleaning. So they refused to give us our property back, knowing we would lose our flight if we didn’t leave quickly. They said, and I quote, “that’s not my problem.” The personnel was always useless and rude, but this was an absolute scam, and illegal. So I’m about to make it their problem ✌🏻

- Erwin (9/5): Alles gut - Frühstück war sehr gut Preis Leistung war super. Die Lage der Hammer besser kann es nicht sein. Oder doch? Glaube nicht. Es ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Der Zimmerreinigungsservice kam nicht trotz Buchung via QR Code. Das war etwas schade. Daran könnte gearbeitet werden und auch verbessert werden.

- Sabrina (9/5): Uns hat er Aufenthalt gefallen waren für ein Wochenende da und würden die Unterkunft auch definitiv nochmal buchen - Sie liegt super zentral zum Alexanderplatz man war schnell da auch die nächste Bahn Station war nicht weit weg So war das Zimmer auf den ersten Blick gut sauber aber man sollte dem reinigungspersonal sagen wenn man spielgel nass abwischt sollten diese auch trocken gewischt werden 🙂 und bei den Handtüchern drauf achten das keine Make-up Flecke sind

Das an den gardinen rotze hing angetrocknete und wohl schon länger was sehr eklich aussah , das der Schrank im Zimmer so klein war das du fast nix verstauen konntest und das so wenig Handtücher für ein 3er Zimmer da waren.

- Peter (8/5): Zeer aangenaam - Ontbijt prima, locatie mooi centraal. Personeel zeer vriendelijk, accuraat en attent. Lawaai van spoor, erg dichtbij. Met raam dicht merk je daar weinig van, raam open eigenlijk niet te doen. Kussens erg dun en zacht.

- Anja (10/5): Preis Leistung ist perfekt! Frühstück ausreichend. Super nettes Personal an der Rezeption. - Super Zentral, super freundlich! Das einzige was ich etwas kritisieren möchte, dass im Frühstückraum in der Zeit wo wir dort gefrühstückt haben, die Abräumwagen alle voll waren, das Geschirr somit von den Gästen auf den Tischen stehen bleiben musste. In dieser Zeit , war niemand vom Personal zu sehen… kann natürlich auch an Personalmangel liegen. Ich persönlich komme trotzdem sehr gern wieder.

- Antonio (10/5): Localização perfeita - O café da manhã é muito bom. A localização é excelente, perto de shopping mall e da estação alexanderplatz Por estar perto dos trilhos do trem, pode ter um pouco de barulho.
