- Daniela (5/5): Wir waren enttäuscht, schade. - Cooles Konzept der Einrichtung, sowie das Panoramafenster Für Kleider im Zimmer gibt es weder Schrank noch Regal. Einzig eine Garderobe ist vorhanden. Die Betten mögen vielleicht extra lang sein, jedoch sehr schmal, max 80cm. Die Matratzen sind extrem weich und man hängt durch wie in einer Hängematte. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist düster. Eine Lampe war ganz kaputt, was auch nicht behoben wurde während des Aufenthaltes. Der Badezimmer ist dunkel indirekt beleuchtet, was es einem unmöglich macht Make-up aufzulegen. Das Bad sonst ist geräumig, die Türe jedoch sehr dünn und man hört alles aus dem Bad. Scheinbar herrscht Personalmangel, weshalb wir gefragt wurden ob man uns am Abend einen Drink offerieren darf anstatt der täglichen Zimmerreinigung. Für uns war das kein Problem, jedoch wurde man am Abend in der Bar regelrecht ignoriert, obwohl 3 Personen Service waren und nur wenige Gäste vorhanden waren. Die guten Äußerungen des Frühstücks kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Brötchen waren die meiste Zeit aus. Auch Wurstwaren und Gemüse wurden nicht prompt aufgefüllt. Eier und Spiegeleier ließen auch auf sich warten. Alles in allem ein schlecht geführtes Buffet für satte 25,-€ pro Person. Es gibt einen Wellnessbereich, jedoch keine Bademäntel und Schlappen auf dem Zimmer. Dies hat man für einen Wochenendtrip sicher nicht im Handgepäck dabei. Auch das ist schade, da die Hürde das Angebot so zu nutzen zu gross ist. Es gibt im Wellness keine Schränke für Kleider, so dass man auch nicht voll bekleidet nach oben gehen kann. Schade, es könnte ein tolles Hotel sein, aber für 4 Sterne in Europa erwartet man mehr, zumal der Preis kein Schnäppchen ist.

Mai nicht verrechnet da ich rechtzeitig gemeldet habe dass der Flug von Frankfurt aus Schlechtwettergründen nicht fliegen konnte wurde nicht erhört die Wartezeit für Checkin und Checkout ist ungewöhnlich lange Schlangen warten obwohl man heute alles online registriert auf jeden Fall werden wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und auch nicht empfehlen

- Thune (6/5): Super mooi kamer maar service, hygiëne en ontbijt loste onze verwachtingen niet in - Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer was absoluut fantastisch en maakte elk moment extra bijzonder. Vooral wakker worden met zo’n prachtig zicht was echt genieten. De kamer zelf was stijlvol ingericht, ruim en zeer comfortabel. Wat heel fijn was, was het bad en de sauna. Deze waren heerlijk en zorgden voor pure ontspanning. Het was de perfecte plek om volledig tot rust te komen en extra te genieten van ons verblijf. belangrijke minpunten die niet genegeerd kunnen worden. Het grootste probleem was de netheid van de kamer. Tijdens ons volledige verblijf werd de kamer geen enkele keer schoongemaakt. We hebben hier drie keer uitdrukkelijk om moeten vragen, maar hier werd telkens geen gevolg aan gegeven. Er werden ook geen verse handdoeken voorzien, wat echt niet aanvaardbaar is. Zeker omdat we een wellnesskamer hadden geboekt en ongeveer 1000 euro betaalden voor 3 nachten, hadden we minstens verwacht dat de kamer dagelijks proper onderhouden werd. We hebben nog nooit meegemaakt dat we hier zelf achter moesten vragen, laat staan dat het daarna nog steeds niet gebeurde. Ook het ontbijt was een teleurstelling. Eerst moesten we al ongeveer 15 minuten aanschuiven om binnen te geraken, en eenmaal aan het buffet bleek bijna alles telkens op te zijn. Voor koffiekoeken, broodjes, eitjes en andere zaken moest voortdurend gewacht worden tot er opnieuw werd aangevuld. Het leek duidelijk alsof men niet voorzien was op het aantal gasten tijdens het ontbijt, wat zorgde voor veel frustratie en geen ontspannen start van de dag.

In particular, Juliana was so, so kind and helpful; she was a true professional 2. The cleanliness was lacking. They only changed the towels and made the bed, but never swept or mopped the floors. We would leave the room with water on the bathroom floor and return hours later to find it still there.(see photo) 3.For a 4-star hotel (300euro per night), the amenities for two people were laughable: just one sewing kit and a single vanity set with 3 cotton buds (apparently the second person was only expected to clean one ear!). To top it off, they repeatedly told us we weren't entitled to slippers. That was it—nothing else! 4.The beds kept sliding apart all the time. We constantly had to push them back together just to keep them in place

I complained as there were no remote for the television- I never got one. The phone was also not working. We couldn't claim the parking discount, as we only received the information after parking - which forfeited a discount. The single beds were moving about and so narrow, when turning, you almost fell off.

Oh we are trialling a new “we won’t clean your room” and for that you can have a drink in our bar… go to the bar the next night…eeh no you can only have a beer or wine…. And if you only use one of your free drinks you lose the other. You know what, you know what you can do with your initiatives. I’m also told at breakfast by a server to set my own table… but don’t forget this is a 4 star establishment! It’s 2026, get your approach to running a modern hotel up to scratch.

- Louise (9/5): Lovely - Gorgeous room, good view, excellent bath and sauna, loved that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. We were upgraded from a comfort room to a wellness room for the masseuse not being available to us and the room not being ready in time. Staff were lovely. It was a bit far out of the centre, which was good and bad. Lots of road works going on around the hotel, obviously that’s not the hotels fault. Menu could be larger, room service not in action. Masseuse on holiday, so maybe you need another one.

- Lisa (10/5): Dieser Ort läd zum wiederkommen ein. - Sehr angenehm und sehr sauber . Tolle Lage . Zu Fuß 5 Minuten zur Straßenbahn und damit 3 Stationen bis zur Central Station . Besser geht es kaum . Mitten im Geschehen aber trotzdem ist es vor dem Hotel ruhig und entspannt. Die Barkeeper sind der Wahnsinn. Die Cocktails fliegen durch die Luft beim zubereiten und haben himmlisch geschmeckt. Wir sind jetzt wieder in der Heimat und haben noch kein Cocktail serviert bekommen wie dort. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind sehr zu empfehlen, da wir jedes Getränk und jedes Gericht probiert haben.

- z (2/5): Don’t expect service - The jacuzzi was genuinely nice. That is the one thing I can call out positively. Beyond that, hygiene, hotel management, and customer service fell well below what you would expect. Room cleaning was inconsistent, basic items kept disappearing from the room without replacement, and when issues were raised the staff reactions ranged from defensive to dismissive, including being blamed for internal hotel errors more than once. This is the fourth property of this chain I have stayed at, and three of those stays had similar issues. At some point that stops being bad luck and starts looking like a pattern. I would not recommend this location, and I would be cautious with the brand overall until they address what looks like a management and training problem. And they charge transportation fees for anything that most 3 star hotels would include in the price. Service & hygiene

- Ghaz (10/5): Great, except for check out time. - We really like the staff at the front lobby. They were very nice and friendly Magnus and his colleague Nazeah. They were great to work with. Very accommodating and there were there to help up with everything to make our stay pleasant. On the hand, the satff (I believe her name was Sara) at the day of check out, was not very friendly at all in fact she was very rude. Overall service was good. We’d go back for next trip.

Bathroom was good Had a room right next to a lift so was noisy, pillows uncomfortable, 10 min tram into Amsterdam so not in centre, added an extra night onto my booking and they said it was the wrong style room compared to my original booking so had to pay additional fee on arrival. Otherwise I would have to check in to the lower grade room on the first day then check out the following morning to check back in 4 hours later ? You would think they would be able to simply upgrade me for one night considering my total booking cost was €1000 roughly. The panoramic room wasn't even a great view due to the design of the windows and the rooms were medium size at best. they took 150 deposit from me on arrival then when I left said I incurred 65 euro charge ? Because I had changed the dates from December to may the price had changed ? No one made me aware of this when I checked in and the woman checking me in even said everything was fully paid for. Breakfast was mediocre €25 seems steep for a buffet breakfast where you have to ask the staff to refill the food and drinks because it's ran out. Had a chicken BLT sandwich and a coke zero at the restaurant the following day which was €30. All in all I wouldn't stay here again, and wasn't happy with the service or how these issues were dealt with

- caroline (9/5): - Breakfast was good and had everything I would normally expect at a hotel of this standard. We ate in the hotel during our stay and the food was really good and not too expensive. The staff were lovely and a big thank you to Yannik who sorted out a new room for us as there was an issue with our original room. He was very efficient and I felt he went out of his way to make sure it was all done quickly and minimal fuss. I am not sure why there are some negative comments about this hotel and staff on trip advisor. Our whole experience was excellent and would definitely stay here again if I come back to Amsterdam. There was nothing i didn't like

Pas d' explications sur l' ensemble de l hôtel et des chambres. Très déçu vu le prix des chambres .
- Navigator66221660542 (4/5): Unmemorable - Member of staff dealing with our check in was so uninterested in the job they were there to do, no smile, no welcome, no eye contact, even when another guest came over asking if they had a map of the city it was nearly slapped onto the counter staff didn’t even look at the other guest later during our stay same staff member was leaning on reception desk with elbows and cupping their face with both palms of hands not exactly a welcoming stance. We did interact with another staff member at reception as one of our room cards did not work this member of staff was very pleasant. Our room faced the tracks and the noise from the trains early in the mornings was quite loud even with the windows closed. There was also alot of noise from as early as 6am from bintrucks collecting rubbish, and trucks and vans with deliveries coming to the hotel, not exactly what you want to hear if you are there for a relaxing break. The bathroom doors are a frosted glass that slide across and do not seal shut. I was travelling with a friend (we booked a twin room) and although we are quite close I don’t exactly want to hear what they do in the bathroom or see their shadow through the frosted glass. The €150 ‘damage’ deposit is questionable, there is no mention of this on top of what you are paying for the room when booking and it apparently can take up to 20 days to be refunded back to your card which seems excessive. We went to the bar on our last to order a drink there were 2 staff members behind the bar both staff were making drink orders for other guests a third staff member went behind the bar but left again. we stood at the bar for 8 mins (yes I counted) without either staff member acknowledging us, even just to say they would be with us shortly would have made a huge difference to how we felt about our overall experience. We did eat in the hotel one of evenings food was ok, prices were average however a bottle of water was €6.90 which seems extortionate considering a glass of wine was €6 (a wine also has higher VAT rate). Will not be recommending this hotel
