Ilja (8/5): - Schöne, moderne und praktisch ausgestattete Apartments. Unangenehme Situation, als wir spontan eine Nacht verlängern wollten. Es gab Platz, und alles schien zunächst ideal unkompliziert. Dann kam der Manager und meinte zur Mitarbeiterin, mit der die Verlängerung bereits ausgemacht war, dass es nicht geht, und wir sollten stattdessen über Internet neu buchen. Zu einem viel höheren Preis. Geschmäckle.

Barbora (10/5): Krásný apartmán s úchvatným výhledem na město - Krásný apartmán se skvělým umístěním. Apartmán byl prostorný, výborně vybavený, perfektně uklizený a výhled z balkonu byl naprosto okouzlující (zejména pak v noci, kdy se budovy na protější straně rozsvítily). Do centra to bylo pěšky kousek, ale zároveň se apartmán nacházel na klidném místě mimo dění města. K lyžařskému vleku jsme dojížděli autem (cca 5 minut), parkování bylo bezproblémové jak u lanovky, tak u apartmánů. Milým překvapením pak byl česky mluvící barman/recepční. Pokud se někdy znovu vydáme do Bad Gastein, tak volba ubytování je jasná :) Jediným minusem pro nás byly velmi měkké matrace - někomu to však může vyhovovat, takže hodnocení kvůli tomu nesnižuji.

Really the only negative thing is the coffee machine: It’s the one from Nespresso with the huge tabs, which can’t be bought in the supermarket. You have buy it from their bar downstairs at 1€/tab.

Už pri príchode nás očaril štýl a atmosféra apartmánového domu – každý detail bol premyslený a elegantný, čo vytváralo veľmi príjemný a útulný pocit. Apartmán bol čistý, krásne zariadený a pohodlný, s výhľadom, na ktorý sa nedá zabudnúť 😍 Lokalita bola ideálna a umožnila nám naplno si vychutnať lyžovačku, ktorá sa stala bezpochyby najlepšou, akú sme kedy zažili. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma a zároveň obklopení luxusom a krásou rakúskych Álp. Toto miesto vrelo odporúčame každému, kto hľadá spojenie štýlového ubytovania a nezabudnuteľného zážitku na svahoch.

Sven (7/5): Wer gut schlafen will geht besser woanders hin. - Lage zum Wandern sehr gut. Das Personal war jung aber freundlich. Die Bar schön. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut, Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Betten sind vieeeeeeeeel zu weich. An guten Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Was sehr schade ist weil der Rest der Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön ist.

Finn (10/5): Her kan du bo fantastisk. - Fantastisk imødekommende personale. De laver virkelig gode drinks. Det kunne være godt hvis der var enkelt stående senge. Der blev ikke fyldt op med kapsler til kaffe bryggeren, der kun kan bruge kapsler.

Rinteiden ala-asemalle vievälle bussille muutaman minuutin kävely (bussipysäkki vesiputouksen sillalla). Majapaikassa hyvät säilytystilat suksille ja monoille. Ei ravintolaa eikä aamupalaa tarjolla, mutta huoneistossa oikein hyvä liedellinen keittiö ruokien valmistamiseen. Majapaikalla parkkipaikka pientä lisämaksua vastaan.

Nigdy nie byłam w tak wyciszonym apartamencie, jestem pod wrażeniem bo spałam jak dziecko. Cisza absolutna dała mi wypocząć jak nigdy. Sam apartament wielki i przestronny aż chciało się do niego wracać. Łóżko tak wygodne że mogłam spać godzinami. Obsługa mega miła i pomocna.

Jasmin (9/5): Wonderful Stay with Beautiful Views — Already Booked Again - We stayed for 4 days as 3 adults with a dog and had a truly wonderful, uncomplicated stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the daily towel change, toilet paper refill, and garbage emptying — everything was smooth and well organized. The apartment is beautifully and modernly furnished, and we especially loved the rain shower with great water pressure. The natural cosmetic toiletries were an additional lovely touch. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking, and we appreciated that there was already salt and pepper available. The bar/café is cozy and tastefully designed, the coffee was excellent, and the brownies were absolutely amazing. The location is fantastic, with a stunning view of the waterfall that made our stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and we already booked our next stay there. The only small downside was that the mattress was a bit too soft. And one tiny improvement for the kitchen would be the addition of a good bread knife.

Danielle (10/5): Highly recommended! - The views from the fifth floor deluxe apartment was amazing. We could see the church and the waterfall and the mountains. The apartment was recently renovated with high quality materials and a modern aesthetic. It is very spacious and comfortable. The shower is excellent. This hotel does not have a full restaurant, but the cafe is nice. There was not a dining table though there was room for one. We ate at the coffee table. The church bells ring at 7am on weekdays. Sometimes they woke us.

Arseni (10/5): Best luxury boutique hotel in Bad Gastein - Bad Gastein is known for belle epoque luxury hotels, but most of them abandoned since years. Residenz Boutique Suites blows new life into Bad Gastein - the old Imperial hotel at the very central location is spotlessly renovated, modernized and redesigned combining belle epoque style with modern luxury and contemporary art. Suites are spaceous, clean, modern, have high ceilings, incredible panoramic views at the waterfall and the beautiful buildings - like Hotel del Europe, Straubinger. We had a suite with small balcony and celebrated New Years’s eve - view was breathtaking. Location allows to walk the paths of emperors Franz Jozeph, Wilhelm I and II and explore the places that inspired Schubert, Strauss, Freud, Nietzsche and others. Facilities are spotless, have complete kitchen, living room area and comfy beds. Personnel is very friendly and welcoming. There is a nice bar downstairs. Parking is 1 min walk right next to the hotel, ski lifts and ski rentals / shops are 3 min drive. Hotel also has space for ski equipment. We loved it and will certainly come back again! We have not experienced anything as a “minus”, however it’s good to note that there is no restaurant and no breakfast at the hotel. Hence remember to do some groceries and plan accordingly.
