• Sandra (9/5): Kurztrip Dubrovnik - Ein wirklich schönes Apartement. Wir haben im Mai 7 Minuten mit dem Taxi in die Altstadt gehabt und hatten dennoch unsere Ruhe. Der Bellevue Strand ist direkt unterhalb neben dem großen Hotel. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Einen Parkplatz zu finden war jetzt schon schwierig. In der Hauptsaison vermutlich unmöglich.
• Martin (8/5): - Das unten im Haus ein Supermarkt gab Netter kleiner Balkon mit Blick in einen Garten in dem Schildkröten rumgekrabbelt sind Schwierige Parksituation

Bis wir die Abgaben hatten für den Check in (code für die Türe und Abgabe welches Appartement) war es etwas holprig. Mit Rückfragen über Booking, weil die Telefonnummer nicht übereinstimmt.

• Rebeca (10/5): Valeu à pena! - O apartamento tem uma boa localização, o onibus passa na porta! É espaçoso, as camas são confortaveis, e tudo limpinho! O box do banheiro vaza agua e sempre que alguém toma banho, molha bastante o banheiro.

• Carlos (9/5): - el apartamento es comodo y completo. esta cerca de una hermosa playa, el barrio es tranquilo. Todo lo que dice la pagina lo tiene. El anfitrion nos indico como abrir. Al principio pensamos que estaba lejos del centro, pero se puede llegar caminando sin dificultad, y ademas hay buses. Tienen algunos pequeños bares para comer por la zona, y supermercados. el apartamento tiene lavarropas, pero quizas el anfitrion pudo dejar algun poco de jabon para lavar.

• Kyohei (9/5): - 旧市街まで徒歩15分くらいで、徒歩でも旧市街まで歩いていけるのが便利でした。ビーチも近く、階下には小さなスーパーもあるので助かりました。コスパがとてもよかったです！ 部屋にも最低限必要な物がそろっていました。 チェックイン方法をチェックイン当日午後４時頃まで教えてもらえなくて少し焦りました。また、BOOKING.COＭのメッセージで教えてもらったオーナーの携帯番号に連絡したところ、別の民泊のオーナーの連絡先で話が通じず、予約がしっかり確保できなかったのかと焦りました。実際の本物のオーナーはとても良い人でしたが、チェックイン方法は動画などはなく、メッセージだけの説明だったのでかなり心配になりましたが、実際には簡単だったので良かったです。もう少し事前にオーナーとやりとりをさせてほしかったです。

• karteek joshi (7/5): Comfortable Stay - 2 bedrooms, comfortable stay, supermarket downstairs, good Internet, easy check-in. There's a bus stop in the front of the apartment but bus timings are limited. AC is only in the living room, so it was too hot inside the second bedroom. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift. It would be better if the host mentioned it. My parents struggled to climb up everyday. Parking is not available in the apartment. There was public parking behind the apartment but it was mostly full. It would be better if the host provides additional vessels for cooking and keeps basics like salt and oil.
• Ginus81 (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko starego miasta. Apartament zadbany, dobrze wyposażony. Brak pewnego miejsca parkingowego. Klimatyzacja tylko w głównym pokoju (brak w sypialniach).
• Angéline (8/5): Un emplacement au top! - L'appartement Amela est très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville, aller à la gare routière et au port gruz. La plage de Bellevue est juste à côté. L'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Nous n'avons pas été accueilli, c'est une boîte à clé donc aucune indication sur les coins à visiter, les transports en commun etc...Nous avons passé 8 nuits à 5, il faudrait mettre à disposition au moins un balais et une serpillière car au bout de 8 jours ce n'est pas agréable. La 5eme personne est censé dormir dans le canapé lit du salon, pas simple,.pas de volet,il fait jour très très tôt. Mais mis à part ces petits désagréments nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je recommanderai.

• Gabriel (9/5): Excellent stay in Dubrovnik, relatively close to Old Town. - Even thought the apartment is located in an older building, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable; fitted with all necessary equipment, including a clothes washer. Location is a few hundred meters/steps away from a nice beach; also from the boulevard with the city bus stations and restaurants. The owner was responsive to our calls, providing information where to park our car for free. The building is located on a busy street, across from a church; you can hear the church bells, but not really an issue if you are an early riser... No negative comments, otherwise.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Really good, clean and spacious apartment. Nice location. Near beach Bellevue. There is long stairs to get to the beach. Air conditioning was nice with hot weather. Friendly and helpful host. Not good kitchen utensils for preparing dinner. For example no spatula and everything got stuck on frying pan.

• Linna (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is good. host is nice and very helpful. When we entered room we found out no power in room. Host just arrived when I wanted to contact him. That was after 5pm. Host checked the problem then rush to buy the fuse to fixed it ( Actually he didn't know the fuse was broken because windy before we arrived). We had very nice stay. fully equipped kitchen is very useful. Room is clean. beds are comfortable. No complaint.

• Debbie (9/5): Comfortable and clean - Comfortable and clean, everything we needed for our short stay. Easy to get to old town. Local map info might have been useful, we had to depend on Google maps
• Aedemar (9/5): Family short stay - Beautiful location, equidistant from old city of Dubrovnik and lovely beach and cafés of Lapad. All walkable. Also minutes away from a great swimming spot and location for watching locals jump off the rocks into the sea. A few nice restaurants in the area meant you could eat locally then walk into Dubrovnik. Shop in same complex made life v easy. Apartment had everything and hosts were very welcoming. Didn't sleep well bit only probably because I needed more time to get used to the different noises. Church bells chimed at 7 in the morning!

• Michael (8/5): Great base for exploring the amazing city of dubrovnik - Apartment was spacious and beds were comfortable, with good aircon in the living room (but not bedrooms). Location was grwat, about a 20 minute walk in to old town, alth be aware its uphill on the way back! We lucked out and managed to get a parking space directly in front of the building, but i imagine it can be hit and miss. The owner met us there and was personable. Local amenities were good, with a supermarket in the same block and a great burger place (Jack's) less than 10 minute walk away. Facilities were basic but included everything you need. Would have been nice to have aircon in the bedrooms.
• Celinabelles (8/5): Value for money - The apartment had tea and coffee which was not provided elsewhere in Dalmatia. There was a washing machine and convenience store downstairs. Value for money was good, it was very clean. Maybe 15 minute walk to old town just slightly difficult to find the apartment at night but did not take us long.
• 國欣 (8/5): A really nice apartment. - The location was really good. There’s a market just down the apartment, and It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. The apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately, the chairs at the dining table was really dangerous! There was something really sharp on the chair which is really difficult to see, and I hurt my leg because of that! I recommend to have a new chair.

• Klara (5/5): Passable - Good location and nice host! The towels smelled weird so we did not use them. No Washing powder and no where to hang clothes (else than outside of the apartment)

• Ya-hsin (5/5): Not a great experience - The location is quite good The hot water wasn’t enough that we couldn’t take shower properly. Nevertheless, the house didn’t have heater and this made us so cold at night :(

• Dan (10/5): Geeat location to base ya trip. - 20 mins walk to old city. 10 mins on bus 4 to go to the city and back. 7 mins to bakery at the main road. 5 mins to Bellevue beach and car rental companies. PEMo Supermarket Downstairs open 7-9 pm. Washing machine and kitchen useful for family with young kids. No signage on the apartment. Our flight arrived late and no one to check us in. The driver dropped us at the address but we had to go door to door using clues to see which is the apartment. We were given the wrong code as well so the only apartment that had a door code didn’t work so we wasted another 30 mins till midnight trying to find the apartment. There is also no aircon in the bedrooms but get used to it once the main air con is on the entire day to cool the apartment down.
