• Nikita (9/5): Lovely apartment, extra amentities were highly appreciated. - Very clean and they went above and beyond with extra thoughtful things like extra toilet paper, washing liquids, towels and umbrellas. Loved the location. In a main area but away from the nightlife and business of an evening. Train station entrances not far, convenience stores close by and laundry mat around the corner. The main enterance door locks all the time behind you so you can have extra security feeling. The mattress was very thin and was uncomfortable, you could feel the wooden slats through the mattress. The bed was hard up against the window and it made the bed on that side very cold. There is only 1 lift for the whole apartment complex so it can get a little busy and when it rains the front entrance to the apartment complex can get quite wet and have water sitting there until apartment maintenance comes through to sweep it up.
• Shoushun (10/5): Great place to stay near the center of Shinuku - Location was super great and easy to access everything around. The room was perfect for two as it was a late minute booking, detailed check in information was provided by the host which made check in very smooth and also a late check out was provided free of charge! Nothing that I need to mention.
• Misaaeve (4/5): Unfortunately not the best accomodation - +Good to get a file with attached photos, otherwise it would be hard to find +Easy to get in contact with the personnel +The washing machine worked fine -They claim to have luggage storage but it was only for a few hours and that information wasn't included in the description of the accomodation -The WiFi had just been updated when we got there, but it wasn't any information about the name and password for the WiFi -The room was oddly furnished. One closet door was broken and there was a dresser that made it impossible to open the other closet doors.
• Alanna (6/5): The apartment was in a great location. Hosts were quick with responses. The apartment could use a good clean. Very hard - The property was in a central location, close to transportation, restaurants, etc. The hosts were very fast with responses and communication. The apartment was very very small. We could hardly get into the closet. It was a bit noisy at night. This is understandable though. Could have used some washcloths and smaller towels. Only two hand towels in the bathroom. The apartment didn’t feel very clean as well. The floors and area rug seemed like they weren’t cleaned.
• Tristan (9/5): I would easily return here over choosing a hotel - I was a little worried with finding the place, but I received a very well detailed map of every turn and exit etc to find the place. Very simple. The apartment is a lot larger than I expected, safe, and comfortable. Easy 5 min walking distance to Godzilla and main Shinjuku area. All basic amenities were supplied and very close to transport to all areas of Tokyo Everything was perfect but when I book accommodation with a hot tub, I expect it to be working.

• Chelsea (7/5): As advertised - Everything matched the images/descriptions. Pretty good location, about 10min walk to the nearest station. Building is quiet and secure.
• Dharmesh (6/5): Over all it was well directed and organised but I will prefer hotel if I am not going to use kitchen - I will prefer hotels Had all facilities but very small area to use all facilities and didn’t need to use it , so wasted space and 24 hour service for facilities which I didn’t use
• Rene (10/5): Perfect place for a stay in Shinjuku - Great place in every regard. Small but comfortable, windows and balcony go to the yard so it's quiet at night even though it's right in Shinjuku's nightlife district. The place is beautiful, simple, clean, with good amenities, and everything works perfectly. 7th floor, large and fast elevator. You're a minute from multiple 24 hour stores, and there are loads and loads of bars and restaurants. Golden Gai is a 5-7 minutes walk. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

• Deborah (4/5): Disappointing - The location was good: close to Shinjuku station with its excellent connections. It was clean. The bed was comfortable, but slightly damp like everything else in the space. It's a quiet apartment considering the location. Access info was clear and concise. This space is advertised as a one bedroom apartment. It is really a small studio. It is not well insulated and was very cold, especially the bathroom. There was a lot of condensation on the glass door in the kitchen, so there was water on the floor and the apartment was always slightly damp. Although there is a clothes closet in the bedroom, half of it can't be accessed as there is a low console table in the way, and most of the floor space is taken up with bulky bedding. There is nowhere to sit down inside for meals. A couple of lightbulbs are burned put and there was no detergent for the washing machine. The info handbook in the apartment had been put away in the hall cupboard. It would have been useful to read before we were packing up to leave!

• Andrew (9/5): Great, very comfortable first experience in Japan. Highly recommend for couples. - Location, space, cleanliness - it was all really great. The closest station is higashi-shinjuku, but it’s faster to get to narita airport via shinjuku station. There are tons of convenience stores around and places to eat, but it’s on a really quiet street. The bathtub and shower area, and toilet room is really nice and spacious too. Overall, we had a really great stay and it was a very comfortable experience! Unfortunately, the heater is a bit difficult to use and there weren’t any English directions. Also, the shower drain would get clogged and the water didn’t go down quickly, but I’m not sure if this was just a normal thing.
