• Susanna (10/5): - I really liked it here. First of all, it is easy to find. Supermarket and bus stop are very close. The location is perfect. Secondly: it is really very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious dinner after a long walk around the fabulous Dubrovnik. The hostess did everything to make the guests feel very comfortable. You can get to the old town by bus, which is very close, or by walking for about 30-40 minutes. I walked and it was wonderful, beautiful scenery along the way. I recommend this accommodation, it is really comfortable. If I go again, I will stay here again. I don't know what to criticize. I liked everything. 😉

• Natalia (9/5): Nocleg z daleka od zgiełku miasta - - W apartamencie jest wszystko potrzebne na krótki pobyt - Dobry kontakt z właścicielką (przed zakwaterowaniem podsyła bardzo pomocne mapki, jak dotrzeć do obiektu) - blisko położony przystanek, z którego bezpośrednio dojedziemy do centrum Dubrownika - aby dotrzeć do obiektu należy pokonać sporo schodów (nie polecam zabierać ciężkiej i dużej walizki z bagażem)

• bperezq (10/5): Sitio tranquilo y bien comunicado con la old town - La limpieza, la comunicación con el casco antiguo en bus (la parada está a 3 minutos andando), la amabilidad del personal, nos ayudó en todo momento, nos indicó cómo llegar hasta el centro de la ciudad y nos dijo dónde poder aparcar gratis (porque en temporada alta es bastante complicado). La terraza del alojamiento está muy chula. Sitio muy tranquilo y cómodo.

• Arturo (4/5): - Cerca de la estación de buses. Nos permitieron salir una hora más tarde. No había AC, pero las ventanas que tenían la habitación casi no permitían refrescar la habitación por la noche. La cama era bastante incómoda.
• JBernardes1 (9/5): Ótima acomodação, mas esteja com pouca bagagem - A acomodação tem os utensílios básicos necessários para uma estadia tranquila. tem uma pequena sacada que dá uma boa vista de parte da cidade. A anfitriã Sra. Ksenia é muito educada e prestativa. A localização é boa, a uma curta/media distância do terminal Rodoviário de Dubrovnik, no entanto, fica na parte alta da cidade acessível por uma escadaria muito grande (ainda que metade dela possa ser substituída por um desvio, por duas ruas também íngremes). Na área da acomodação não há nenhum comércio, mas ao lado do terminal rodoviário, há um grande supermercado. A única coisa negativa é a escadaria que dá acesso à acomodação. Se tiver com bagagem pesada, ou malas grandes, poderá ser um problema grande. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

Propreté super, nous n’avons pas vu l’hôte mais elle nous a donné de supers infos via WhatsApp. Cuisine et salle de bain partagée très propre et spacieuse. Parfait pour prendre des bus et bateau, AwayWithPauline La literie est dure et le ventilateur même si annoncé à la réservation n’est pas suffisant. Notre chambre était encaissée, avec un arbre devant la fenêtre empêchant de l’ouvrir pour aérer. Du coup la chaleur emmagasinée est difficile à supporter la nuit malheureusement.
• Daisy (2/5): Do not stay in the summer!! Way too hot !! - The Property owner was very friendly and helpful Do not stay here in the summer. The room had no air conditioner and the ‘fan’ did nothing but move hot air around the room. Also do not stay if you have suitcases. The ad mentioned nothing about the 105 steep stairs you have to climb to get up to the property. Additionally the terrace is not yours it’s the apartments aboves. Don’t be decided by the pictures. Additionally, the bedsheets were extremely itchy and uncomfortable
• silvia (8/5): Bastante bien!! - La cama y la almohada eran muy cómodas. Se agradece mucho. hay una terraza muy chula y tienen tendedero. Tiene cocina también así que puedes aprovechar para desayunar, comer o cenar allí Hay que subir escaleras para llegar (algo engorroso con el equipaje) y la habitación en si es pequeñita. Nosotros tuvimos baño compartido así que los inconvenientes típicos de no tener el baño solo para ti (pero hay una habitación de mayor tamaño, con terraza propia y baño propio que imagino será más cara)
• Martin (7/5): Nice location but difficult access - Ksenia is a very helpful host! We had room with nice balcony and sea view. Public Bus service to old town very good. There are many steps to reach the apartment, very difficult with travel bags. The apartment is quite small, only a bench to sit on inside with no comfortable seating to relax on.

• Sophia (6/5): Not bad, but could be better - Was an okay stay - about a 10 minute bus ride from the old town, about 90 stairs up to the property, a very small room that just had a small ceiling fan, no aircon, shared bathroom and kitchen. Hosts were perfectly pleasant and for €5 you can use the washing machine, however we were arriving at 1am and weren’t able to contact the property, had sent 3 emails and didn’t know if anyone was going to be there when we arrived, so communication could be better. Bed had rubbish underneath it and mattress had stains and no sheet so you were sleeping on it directly.

Heureusement que le ventilateur est là mais la climatisation serait préférable. C'est un peu cher comme la plupart des logements à Dubrovnik.

It was all around lovely experience. There is a few steps on the way up to the property, but it’s in a great location otherwise

• Nargiz (9/5): Everything went smoothly but mind the stairs! - First of all, the apartment was clean and stuffed with lots of kitchen utensils. In addition, the cute balcony was really nice to have drinks in the evening or have a breakfast in the morning. You can also watch sunset from the balcony. In the morning, the air was so fresh that we just opened the balcony door, which opens to the bedroom and enjoyed it. Secondly, you are able to hang your wet clothes (after swimming especially) in the balcony, which was perfect for drying. Ksenia (the host) and the agency (direct booking) were always available to answer our questions and help us with additional information. Ksenia is also living downstairs so, when we had questions or concerns, everything was immediately accessible. The location was not in the center but there are direct buses (3, 1a, 1b) going to Old Town. You just need to walk 5 mins to the bus stop. Or you can order Uber or Bolt, which is also cheaper in Croatia and they come to the main road, which is also near the apartment. Additionally, there were ferry rides next to the bus stop and lots of restaurants, that were comparably cheaper than Old Town and very delicious. The only thing, which can be difficult for people with really heavy or big baggages, is stairs. There are lots of steps of stairs and the city itself is hilly. They provided us a different route to decrease the number of stairs but you cannot avoid them completely. However, it’s not only this apartment, Dubrovnik can be literally called “a city of stairs.” Even apartments in Old Town that we have seen had many stairs to climb. If you don’t want to have stairs, then you need to allocate more budget to book an apartment in the center. Otherwise, you kinda have to accept this fact. The apartment was suitable for our budget and except the first and the last day (due to suitcases), we didn’t have any huge problems with stairs.

• Janne (10/5): - Wir hatten das Apartment mit eigenem Bad, eigener Küche und kleinem Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den Hafen ist wirklich sehr hübsch, kann man sich dran gewöhnen! Es war alles aufgeräumt und sauber. Super liebe Gastgeberin, man kann sich immer an sie wenden, wenn was ist. Wir wirklich einen tollen Aufenthalt! Für mich war das Bett etwas zu hart und die Kissen zu klein, aber das ist ja persönliches empfinden

It is not entirely in the centre, but that does not really matter as a bus station is very close or you can just walk and enjoy less crowded and equally beautiful Dubrovnik!

• YU TING (10/5): 性價比很好的住宿 - - 訂房頁面上刊登的照片都與實際樣貌相符。 - 房間、廁所、浴室和其他公共區域都很乾淨。 - 衛浴是乾濕分離的。 - 房間裡有提供衣架、衣櫃和吹風機。 - 門口和環境都種了很多花，很漂亮，看了心情很好很放鬆。 - 階梯附近還有野生貓咪可以擼🐱。 - WiFi速度快。 - 退房後可以免費寄放行李。 - 半夜很安靜，窗戶和牆壁也都有隔音效果。 - 員工很友善 - 在簡易廚房有看到熱水壺、冰箱、簡易的電熱爐子和烤箱（但是不確定能不能用） 無。 還有，雖然這對我來說完全不影響，但我還是想提供一下資訊：抵達住宿前需要先爬一段階梯或坡道。

• Ben (8/5): Really great place let down by third party booking system they use - The price, proximity to the port for the islands, cleanliness, facilities, great view. The property manager was polite and lovely. The booking system they use is nuts. I assume they actually pay money for it. It decouples you from Booking.com messages, it took a couple of days to get a nothing message back from someone who isn't directly related to the property and didn't answer my questions. The direct-booker wants you to say very closely when you'll arrive, and there's only 1 place to put that time, a specific place on their website, not on booking.com, which is ignored. It said there's no-one at the property to meet us so we had to be specific, but there was someone in one of the other spaces who manages the property. Instructions to get to the property are incomplete for when you actually arrive and only available on a particular button on the direct-booker site. The contact number is to a call centre with a 1 for this, 2 for that. There is no WhatsApp number to a person. We arrived at the property and it wasn't obvious where 'reception' was. Upshot, if they ditched the awful, worse than useless direct-booker thing they use, have a WhatsApp to a person and put a 'reception' sign or similar on the door for the manager, it would have been an awesome experience.

• David & Kim (8/5): If you need a bed only for night due to travel times and if in and happy to share a bathroom (overlooked by us when book - Location was perfect for a late all day ferry then an early morning flight. The apartment is booked thru a booking agent who after a long day of travel were uncontactable when we arrived and had difficulty finding and locating the property. Not the hosts fault, the Agents. If walking from Ferry you can avoid about 500 meters of stairs but be warned!

• ROBERT (9/5): Wish we could have stayed longer - Lovely quiet location up in hills with nice view over to harbour to watch the sunset. Well equipped and spotless apartment and a lovely host who provided excellent communications. Really hope it is available next time we are in city and we can stay a little longer. There's quite a few steps up to apartment but that is standard for the area and adds to the overall experience as it's worth the effort.

Rooms and facilities looked just like the pictures. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and the kitchen was nice to have to store food. They were also super accommodating with letting us store our luggage during the day after checking out. There was also a terrace that had a nice view of the city/water. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket close by and easy to take the bus to the Old Town. There's lots of stairs leading up to the place, but that's not their fault and they give an optional route to avoid some of the stairs
