- Ashish (4/5): - Our stay at the hotel was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and encountered several issues throughout our 4-day visit. The washer/dryer was out of order, and despite daily calls for repairs, it was only replaced on the last day. The dishwasher was also non-functional, and the common bathroom had sealing problems in the bathtub, leaving water puddles after every use. Breakfast options for vegetarians were very limited, even though we had specifically requested accommodations at check-in. Additionally, towels were consistently insufficient for the number of guests in our reservation, and we had to call every day to request more. Overall, the repeated inconveniences made for a frustrating stay, and I cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

I just wanted to mentioned that it would help if there is a slim line dishwasher as when we use Frye kitchen facilities there was no are to dry the plates and cutleries, it will be better to have the dishwasher in my opinion and this will make the place even more convenient and comfortable to stay.

- Yashoda (10/5): - We stayed here for 5N and had an amazing time. Due to our flight times we arrived at the hotel at 3 in the morning and the receptionist “DJ” extremely helpful and very accommodating despite how late it was. He was very helpful when we checked out too. 5/5 for his service. The room is spacious for two people, clean and had all the amenities. They did room service everyday and provided fresh towels every other day which is something extremely great to have. Also they’ve changed sheets once or twice too. We booked BB and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Had many options to choose from and tasty. We didn’t even need to eat till little late because we could grab a really good breakfast every morning. The place is quiet too. Nice vibe. The rooftop pool is also amazing. It’s heated so it was really good relaxing experience after a tiring day of touring around the city. You can get food from pool kitchen from 2pm to 10pm (I think). They also make anything from their menu at any time on request till 11pm and everything is under AED 40. The pizza for AED 39 was worth every penny as two of us couldn’t even finish it. Overall it was a great choice and definitely going back if we ever return to Dubai.

Don't be put off by the construction outside (much of Dubai has it), inside is quiet and constantly being being cleaned. Room was modern and had a (very useful) washing machine, kettle, fridge and sink. 10 minute walk from the Metro (Al Jadaf) which we were happy to use. Taxis easily available if you don't like the heat. Our thanks to DJ, Ansari, David and the team of people whose who always helped with a smile. Thank you all.

- JONELLE (10/5): - My son and I stayed here for 2 weeks for vacation, and we were very happy with our accommodations. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet was amazing, and very different than the typical American continental breakfasts. They presented a very lavish spread that changed daily and included fruits, salads, hummus, curries, etc. We are vegetarians and had plenty to eat, but there is definitely something for all. We had a rental car during our stay, and the garage is very safe and secure, as they have a 24 hour security guard controlling access to the garage. It was very safe. We hope to return to Dubai and will plan to stay here again.

- jielin (10/5): - Me and my husband stayed three nights in the Marriott Element. This is our first time visit Dubai. Every one here in the hotel are so nice and helpful. The manager David, Ansari, Ibrahim, and the security guard ( sorry, I forgot his name ) help us to know the city in a quick way and make us feel like right at home. We had a late flight at the last day. David and Ibrahim help us store the the luggage at the hotel after check out and even let us refresh ourselves before we head to the airport. I have to say our experience in Dubai wouldn’t be so wonderful without the help of these wonderful people from Element.

- Georgina (10/5): - The hotel staff were very helpful...David and his colleagues on Reception. Ansari was also very helpful. Chef Anton and waitress Angeline, made breakfast very enjoyable. Bijay the pool and gym attendant always there with a bottle of water and towels was great and very attentive. The houseboys who cleaned my room everyday did a great job. However, the only disappointing thing for me was one of the pool attendants working on Bijays day off, so it was a Friday, spent the entire afternoon more interested in watching videos or something on his mobile phone....he turned a blind eye to diving in the pool, then four children that came to the pool without an adult to supervise them and they were noisy, eating ice cream, shouting and jumping around and I’m sure disturbing others apart from myself. He was just not interested in doing his job properly and keeping the area under control. He should have pointed out the rules that are clearly displayed to the diving adults and noisy children. There could easily have been an accident. Guests must clearly be told to be considerate to other guests if they don’t have the intellect or manners to figure it out for themselves. Generally, the hotel was clean, rooms quiet and in a very convenient position for the Metro.
- Travia (10/5): - The property is close to a metro station but far from typical tourist attractions. The shuttle helps with some of the distance to the Dubai Mall where you can connect via public transportation to other areas. Breakfast was outstanding. Lunch and dinner options are limited. I suspect the empty areas around the hotel will be full in the next five years.
- Hock Teik (8/5): - Generally, the property is quite nice...quiet n clean with adequate amenities and friendly staff. But there is nothing else to do in the neighbourhood. You can't even have a walk...dusty, no side walk, and lots of construction activities.

We departed early in the morning, the receptionist was very professional and called a taxi for us to the airport that arrived within minutes. Very, very satisfied with the room and hotel standards when I ever come back to Dubai I would definitely choose Element Al Jaddaf again. Thank you

The bathroom also leaks and floods the floor when showering. Staff and customer service makes up for the shortfall. Gave it a 4 star. Breakfast is great

- Salma (10/5): - Our stay at Element Al Jaddaf Dubai was wonderful- from the attentive staff, to the modern, tasteful decor and city views from the apartment absolutely wonderful. The views are on the side of the motorway which can hardly be heard even when one turns off the air conditioner. The decor in the apartment was stylish and will take the test of time. I particularly like the fact there is a variety of lighting to get the mood right and plenty of mirrors to ensure you’re looking your best. The atmosphere created by staff and the upkeep of the hotel created a safe and serene community atmosphere. It really felt like being in a modern apartment block with a polished hotel feel- that is unique. We took many photos as the place in my opinion is instagram worthy. At first I questioned the reason behind a ceiling mirror in the lift but this was useful for a perfect tress. The hotel was clean. The breakfast and facilities from the pool, parking space to the gym just perfect. Our apartment had great city views! The apartment and kitchen areas are well equip. Staff had on hand prayer mats and the Quran. Housekeeping demonstrated the use of the comfortable sofa bed- great for late night movies. The apartment had two bathrooms and the water pressure was fine even when both were simultaneously in use. Breakfast was plentiful. Thank you Diane on reception; Tajesh and Bishu in housekeeping for looking after us. Thank you Ibrahim from lost and found for locating my gold bangles.

A big thank you to the reception staff - Each one of them always provided assistance with a smile and nothing was ever too big or small for them to help with. In particular Ayoub from the reception staff was amazing from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay. Ayoub also arranged a really nice surprise for my wife and I on our wedding anniversary. Also a big thank you to all the Swimming pool staff who again went out of their way to provide an excellent experience. In particular a big thank you to Mr Min Badhur who was one of the lifeguards. He made every day safe and brilliant at the Pool. He kept everything at an high standard and very clean inside the pool and outside the pool. He would ensure that our children were kept safe inside the pool and everywhere around the Health Club on the top floor. No job was too big or small for him and he would always ensure we had enough water to keep us hydrated while always smiling doing his work! Great hotel and staff.
