• bliza97 (8/5): - Gyors kommunikáció, a lakás felszereltsége, a modern fürdőszoba, kedvező ár. Gyors bejutás a városközpontba. Sajnos nem volt megfelelő a tisztaság. Érkezésünkkor a mosdó melletti törölköző vizes volt, az ágyban apró szőrszálakat találtunk és a konyhapult is elég poros volt.

• Ianthe (7/5): Nett, praktisch aber auch etwas abenteuerlich. - Die Lage war super, sehr nah an Charlottenburg, süße Bars in der Nähe, viele leckere Restaurants im Umkreis und schöne Second Hand Läden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet. Es war auch sehr schön grün, wenn wir aus dem Fenster im Zimmer geblickt haben. Es war auch schön dunkel, dank der dicken Vorhänge. Der große Spiegel am Schrank war auch sehr wichtig. Die Wände waren sehr sehr dünn, wir haben in der Nacht den Nachbarn schnarchen gehört. Ebenfalls haben andere Gäste in der Wohnung neben uns gekifft, was sehr unschön war. Leider war auch die Toilette eng bebaut, bin langen Beinen war es wirklich sehr schwierig sich hinzusetzen. Ab und an ging das warme Wasser nicht aber wir denken, es lag daran, dass die Wasserversorgung zwischen den drei Apartments die selbe war.

• Tereza (9/5): Útulné ubytování v klidné čtvrti - Malý, ale útulný apartmán. K dispozici vlastní koupelnička a záchod, kuchyňka, pračka, fén i žehlička, káva a čaj. Pro ty, kteří tráví většinu času ve městě, jde o ideální klidné ubytování. První večer netekla teplá voda, ale do druhého dne v pořádku vyřešeno. Schody do patra k posteli jsou hodně příkré - v noci nebo pro špatně pohyblivé lidi může byt problematické.

• Natálie (6/5): Na jednu noc dobré - Výborná lokalita, kousek od centra. Spousta restaurací a obchodů v blízkém okolí. V koupelně není žádné odvětrávání, takže se tam hromadí vlhkost a plíseň. Sprcha odtékala velmi pomalu, proud vody byl velmi slabý. Mohlo být lépe uklizeno, kuchyň byla opatlaná.

• Michelle (9/5): Schnuckelige Wohnung in super Lage - Die Lage war super - wir hatten das Glück direkt vor der Tür an der Straße parken zu können (am Wochenende ist dies erlaubt). Die Handhabung mit dem Türschloss war sehr einfach und wir haben genau das bekommen was wir erwartet haben. Viele Küchenutensilien und vorbereitete Kleinigkeiten wie Seife, Spüli, genug Klopapier, Tee, Kakao und vieles mehr. Das war wirklich überraschend gut. Es ist nur eine große Bettdecke vorhanden und nicht 2 einzelne, das hat uns persönlich nicht ganz so gut gefallen, aber die Tagesdecke hat total gereicht als zweite Decke :) Man hört die Nachbarn schon ziemlich laut, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt total in Ordnung.

OPERA Restaurant in der Nähe. Abgenützte Möbel, Seifenspender und Badbecher versifft, Bett mit dunkler Bettwäsche überzogen, kein Fernseher
• Jannine (10/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zum Messebesuch mit Bahn-Anreise perfekt. - Die Lage nur wenige U-Bahn-Haltestellen von der Messe entfernt war praktisch. Die netten „Goodies“- Müsli, Kaffee und Amenities wurden sehr geschätzt. -
• Seidler (6/5): - Die Lage war ideal und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist die Größe okay. Obwohl die Reinigungskraft kaum deutsch sprach war sie sehr freundlich und bemüht uns zu helfen . Die Schlüssel Übergabe war problemlos in Das Wasser in der Dusche ist sehr schlecht abgeflossen. Und um das Geschirr abzutrocknen war kein Geschirrtuch vorhanden
• cataliny (9/5): It worth the money - The location is close to Charlottenburg palace ,in a safe area and conected with subway and busese. The apartment is clean and appropiate . The toilet seat is too close to the wall.If you are a tall person it would be difficult to use it.

• Attila (10/5): Thoughtfully equipped apartment with great location - The case might be either that the owners travel a lot, or they have a good sense for this, because the apartment was flawless from every way possible. It was clean and cozy with a great location, public transport nearby. There is a fully equipped kitchen with big enough pots and pans, also chopping board, sharp knives and detergent for the washing. (Those, who are used to stay in apartment while travelling, know why I list all these). On top of all this we had salt, oils, coffee, tea, cereals and welcoming snacks as well. Comfy bed, soap and shower gel, hairdryer and ironing board are also part of the pack. There wasn't anything negative in our experience.:)

• Fay (8/5): - It was very clean and well equipped. I visited the apartment in January when Berlin is super cold and I think during these days on more heater is mandatory, otherwise the apartment is cold.

• Rossella Ruffino (7/5): Ottimo soggiorno. - La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica. Si trova nel quartiere di Charlottemburg, a circa 500 metri dal castello e dai suoi meravigliosi giardini. Si arriva comodamente dall'aeroporto con il bus X7 o x71 direzione Rudow e da lì si prende la linea ubahn 7. fermata Richard Wagner Platz che vi lascerà molto vicini. Il quartiere è silenzioso e ben fornito. Accanto alla fermata della Ubahn c'è quella degli autobus molto comodi per andare in direzione Mitte. L'appartamento è abbastanza confortevole per due persone, arredato e corredato, troverete macchina del caffè americano e l'host ci ha fatto trovare i filtri e il caffè, il bollitore e il forno a microonde, c'è il wifi ed il riscaldamento, l'host si è rivelato cordiale, sempre disponibilissimo a risolvere tutti i problemi e le richieste, presente sia su booking che su wattsapp, al check in e check out. La ringrazio in particolare perchè ci ha consentito di lasciare le valigie prima dell'orario del check in. E' un'ottima soluzione per una prima volta a Berlino, per una breve vacanza. Mi permetto di suggerire all'host di dotare le scale di una lampadina indipendente dall'illuminazione dell'appartamento, perchè sono un pò pericolose e se si deve scendere quando è buio è un problema. Inoltre ci sono due prese dietro il testale del letto ma sono poco pratiche per poter ricaricare i cellulari, suggerisco di predisporne una ai piedi del letto.
• Verena (8/5): Gemütlich, aber kein wünschenswertes Duscherlebnis - Das Apartment hat durch den eingebauten zweiten Stock, wo auch geschlafen wird, einen sehr gemütlichen Vibe. Alles war sehr sauber und die Dusche sehr neuwertig. Das Einzige was mir nicht gefallen hat war der schwache Wasserdruck, der aus dem Duschkopf kam sowie der Abfluss, der verstopft war, da das Wasser nur sehr schlecht ablief. Durch diese beiden Gegebenheiten war das Duscherlebnis nicht so wie man es sich wünscht und ich habe deshalb auch sehr ungern dort geduscht.

Мягкая, чистая кровать, полотенца. Относительно неплохая слышимость. Грязныц пол, белые носки уехали в мусорку после осмотра владений. Немного неудобные шторы. "Картонная" дверь в саму квартиру, при желании войти не будет труда.

• Almut (5/5): Berlin immer einen Reise wert! - Es gab Haferflocken und Cornflakes inclusive! Die kleine Küche war für ihre Größe gut ausgestattet! Geschickt genutzer Raum -ein "Tiny Aparttement"! Eine gute Lage! Die Matraze war schon etwas durchgelegen und die Kissen im Verhältnis dazu, zu groß und zu dick... der Abfluss der Dusche war nicht überzeugend... die Treppe zum Bett nur für Trittsichere!! Das Bad mag für manche Personen zu eng sein!! Das Fenster zu einer stark befahrenen Straße!

• Gergana (8/5): - The place was very clean and easy to check-in, great location as well, it's true to the photos. The street noises didn't actually bother us, however, even the talking in the neighbouring studios is heard, so it can be uncomfortable if you sleep lightly or you need to focus.
• Petra (5/5): - Die Lage und die Größe der Unterkunft Es wäre auch schön gewesen wenn man nicht dieses parkplatz Problem hätte und die Waschmaschine habe ich mir auch nicht getraut zu nutzen da ein schlauch vorschaut ein TV Gerät wäre auch gut gewesen zwecks Warmwasser in der Dusche wäre es gut die Leute daraufhin zu weißen das man auf kalt stellen muss um warmes Wasser zu bekommen

• Wolfgang Treptow (4/5): Sehr unbefriedigend. - Kein Frühstück. Kein Frühstück, kein Fernseher, kein Parkplatz. Räumlichkeit zu klein. Zu steile Treppe zum Hochbett, Decke beim Bett zu niedrig, ständig Kopf gestoßen.

• Cindy (9/5): - Die Lage war optimal, klein aber fein.. Es war sehr hellhörig, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm. In der Dusche wurde Heiß- und Kaltwasseranschluss vertauscht. War etwas unglücklich, da man so (wenn man es nicht weiß) sinnlos lange das kalte Wasser laufen lässt in der Hoffnung das es doch noch warm wird. Kurze Kennzeichnung würde wahrscheinlich viel Nebenkosten sparen.

• Bianca (8/5): Das Apartment ist zwar klein und eng, aber in einer top Lage, ruhig, sauber! Ich kann das Empfehlen! - Die Unterkunft ist in einer guten Lage. Man kann sich von dort gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel bewegen. Es war ruhig, das Bett war gut. Es ist alles recht eng, aber für ein paar Tage ist das total in Ordnung. Außerdem ist das auf den Bilder zu erkennen. Im Grunde hat mich nichts gestört. Es funktionierte alles, es war alles vorhanden. Und es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Ich war froh dort alleine gewohnt zu haben. Zu Zweit wäre es mit zu klein gewesen.

The apartment was very nice and well-priced. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s very easy to get there and access public transportation, and you can arrive in little time. Comfortable apartment for two people. We missed having an oven and more cleaning equipment such as a broom, dustpan, and mop. If you stay in one of the apartments facing the street, the noise from cars in the morning can be a little bothersome, but it’s not a big deal. Overall, very good.

• SUSANNA (9/5): - Понравились район расположения апартамента, соотношение цена-качество, чуткое отношение хозяина апартаментов. Умение расположить в крохотном помещении целого спектра услуг - удобная кровать, шкафы, душевая, кухня с плитой, посудой, кофемашиной, тостером, стиральная машина, холодильник, утюг, фен. И приятный комплимент в виде сладостей, специй, хлопьев и кофе. И бонусом - винтажный холл в подъезде и вид из окна на дворик, полный цветов. Мы с удовольствием возвращались вечером в апартаменты и высыпались. Нас не смущали, но могут быть неудобными - крутая лестница к спальному месту, слишком хорошая слышимость соседей и миниатюрная душевая кабина.

• Julia (7/5): Good - For us, the location and the price were the reasons to book the property (family members live nearby). Short way to bus and metro stops. The beautiful Castle and park of Charlottenburg is just around the corner, as is a bakery. The apartment is tiny, but fairly clever furbished. However, there's hardly space for one suitcase, let alone two, one must navigate ones way around each other in the very confined space all the time, the bed is up a super narrow steep staircase and it gets warm up there (!) and there is only one comfortable chair (not two) and no table (which would be nice for eating, working with PC etc). All in all, I'd recommend the place for one person or two young people who can manage the tight space.

• İlayda (10/5): Clean, comfortable, enough for solo trips - It was very clean. I had a very comfortable stay. Perfect for solo travels. Yes the ceiling is a bit low on the upstairs but it was ok for me I’m 158 cm. I’ll probably book here again when I’m back in the city.

• Allen (9/5): Great place to stay in Charlottenburg. - The apartment had everything we would want. There was even an umbrella that we used on one day. Close to the Charlottenburg Castle and the U-Bahn. The staircase is a bit scary, and as I live in the Netherlands this is saying something. We where just careful and had no problem, but if I was going to change something this would be it.

It was obvious it was our neighbour who was smoking. They never got moved or told to stop. Some clothes ended up smelling after leaving and I had a pounding headache both days. I think more could of been done

The kitchen is well staffed, including snacks, tea and etc. It would be nice to add broom and garbage bags. The toilet flush doesn't work very well. It was quite loud at night and in the morning.
