• Tamara (8/5): Toller, einfacher Aufenthalt mit allem, was man braucht. - Die Lage ist super. Man geht nur 20min zu Fuss bis in die Altstadt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Es ist klein, man hat alles, was man braucht. Wir würden es eher für kurze Aufenthalte empfehlen. Die Frau, die uns empfing, war sehr nett. Es war kein Luxusapartment, damit sollte man auch nicht rechnen.
• Katarzyna (6/5): Ok - The host was really kind and spoke English well. The place was far from the city center (a 20-25min walk). The room was really small while the bathroom was even tinier. Above the toilet there were stairs so while using the toilet you could actually hear someone walking above your head.

• Tymoteusz (9/5): - Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Pokój zawierał wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo miła obsługa. Szkoda że nie było szafy/półek na ubrania. Rano bywa trochę głośno.

• Angela (3/5): Incomodidad - El trato de la propietaria y la ubicación, estábamos a 20 minutos andando del casco antiguo de la ciudad, por lo tanto, no se escuchaba mucho ruido y se estaba tranquilo por la zona. Para contactar con ellos fue muy difícil, nos facilitaron un whatsapp y nos dejaban en visto. Las instalaciones daban mucho a desear, nos toco una habitación donde la cama era comoda, pero el baño era muy pequeño y antiguo, estaba situado debajo de las escalera y si eres una persona alta (como nosotros) era incomodo para moverse allí dentro. Además, el baño tenia unas instalaciones muy antiguas.
• Cianciarulo (4/5): - Il posto auto è sicuramente un plus. Purtroppo non ci sono altre caratteristiche che mi sono particolarmente piaciute. La proprietaria ci ha ben segnalato i bus e mete da raggiungere. Consiglio di fermarsi qui al massimo per una notte. Il bagno è praticamente in un sottoscala (si sentono i passi di chi scende le scale): la doccia perde acqua, non ci sta il portasapone, il lavandino è necessariamente piccolo, perchè il bagno è cosí stretto che per lavare la faccia dovevo farlo di sguincio o non sarei entrato nella bagno. Il bagno non ha una porta, ma un soffietto. La camera da letto è discreta, ma non ha prese corrente vicino al letto. La pulizia non è ottima. Il letto è alla francese, stretto e molto alto. La camera non ha tende, quindi se non si chiudono le persiane, si vede l'interno della stanza dall'esterno. In sintesi, il costo non vale il soggiorno.

• Gabriel (10/5): Greatest - The owner/receptionist is wonderful, she gave us a map of the city and explained the main tourist attractions. Then I realized that there was a first aid kit in the room. The location is great, you can do a lot of things on foot, like going to the beach, the market, or restaurants.

No shade on the window, no working cable. The location was 25 mins walk to old city and 25 mins walk to the marina. Not good value

• Douglas (7/5): Good - Easy check-in, the hostess was kind and friendly, the place was very clean, a short walk from Bellevue Beach and a 20 minute walk from the Old Town. I recommend this place for a short stay and for budget travelers. The bathroom is very small, you can hear everyone using the stairs, there are no power sockets close to the bed.
• Marlēna (6/5): You pay for the location - close to the center and the old town. - The location is 2 bus stops from the center and 2 or 3 bus stops from old town - so you save a lot of time. Plus, you can explore Dubrovnik old town at night (unforgettable beauty!), as the accommodation is close enough to walk without worrying about expensive taxi. There are good shops nearby. Thanks to the kind hostess for recommending beautiful beach on the cliff. The room has really everything you need (caps, plates, cutlery, knife and so on), except where to dry clothes after beach. Room is quite small with microscopic bathroom, but it's good that it's in the room. The shower is so narrow that you hit your forehead if you put soap on the floor and try to reach it (because there's no shelf for it). Right next to my room was owners' apartments and it feels like you're living with them. I think I had the worst room - right by the front door. You could hear all the guests coming and going, talking. The worst thing is the window, right to the street, through which passersby can look in, because there's no real day curtain. If you close the night curtain, it's hot and there's no light. I felt like I was on stage :) I think other rooms are better. I didn't have the opportunity to dry my towel and swimsuit - when I asked about it, the owners were very surprised, as if other guests hadn't swam in Dubrovnik. Then they decided to let me go through their apartments to hang up my things, but it wasn't comfortable repeatedly disturb them in their privacy.

Everything else was as it is shown in the pictures but the bathroom was smaller than what we expected. Our purpose was just to sleep and use the shower so it wasn't a big problem for us

• Richa (7/5): Good - If you don’t want to be in a crowded area this is the place for you. Check in was easy, staff were lovely. We were able to store our luggage after check out. There was utensils/fridge/kettle etc. in the room available. There are some nice restaurants close to the rooms. Old town is also only 15-20 min walk which was handy. Unfortunately my partner and I found the mattress and pillows very uncomfortable to the point we lost sleep over it. There was also a little ant problem in the room.

Very convenient location, short taxi ride to Gruz harbour and bus station. 20 minute walk to old town. Close to large supermarket. As other reviews have mentioned the bathroom is very small, especially the shower recess. It is acceptable for the average size person.

L’acces au centre historique se fait tranquillement en 30 minutes. Passer par le bas de la ville, il y a de magnifiques demeures et on arrive directement devant la porte Pile.
• Roberto (6/5): Good for one or two nigths - Good location 20 min walking from old town. Free parking available in the area but there are not too many car spaces. Quiet area. Bed was comfortable. Small and old bathroom. It can get a little bit noisy if you get the room near the main door due to other guests. Difficult to find, the house is in a parallel street of the main street so Google maps does not give you the right directions.
• Karina (7/5): Worth the price - Very nice and friendly host, she answered all our questions. Location good, only 15 minutes walk to the Old Town. Super Market just across the street. Nice place for lunch and dinner in walking distance. About 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Room was small but with bathroom, fridge and small balcony. Very small bathroom, balcony and room itself. It will be good to have some hooks in bathroom.
