• Christine (8/5): Aangenaam appartement in Rome. - De ligging vlakbij een metrostation en heel rustig. Zicht op een prachtig aangelegde tuin. Het appartement was aangenaam ingericht en ruim. Een van de twee badkamers was erg gedateerd.

We liked the apartment and wou - Upgraded facilities, clean, near restaurant and train Plastic beneath sheets is hit and uncomfortable, hard pillows (memory foam okay for some), no instruction for stove, bathroom shower curtain encroaches on small shower area, chairs and couch are uncomfortable in need of cushions.
• Yujie (8/5): It’s a pain to sleep in the mattress, otherwise it’s alright. - Convenience location, spacious bedrooms. The bed mattress protector sounds like plastic and unbreathable. I feel like I’m smelly when I woke up the next morning. The bed mattress feels cheap and old. Many mosquitoes inside and outside the suite.

• Lorena (8/5): Overall, other than the heating situation, it was a pleasant stay and the rooms&bathroom were clean. - - It was clean, spacious, had everything in the kitchen drawers so that you can even cook if you want. - There were two bedrooms and one mini living room with kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom. The apartment is situated at demisol. - Very good location - near the property there is a metro station and you can go everywhere in Rome from there. Colosseum was 15-20 minutes away on foot. - Nearby you have plenty of mini-markets as well as places to take breakfast (highly recommend Molino) and dinner. - The heat did not work properly. We put the thermostat to 23 degrees C everyday but after a few hours it turns to 16-17(!!!) degrees C, making it very cold in the apartment, especially since the floor was very hard to heat up. 16-17 C is hard to heat 4 people. Our suspicion is that somebody was controlling the thermostat from home from an app on their phone, but I can’t say if this is 100% true. It might just be broken, but needs fixing immediately because it gets very cold and we visited at the end of march. The sun does not enter the rooms, being situated at demisol. - The beds crack really bad everytime you move.
• Benjamin (5/5): They seem to ignore their duty as hosts - No breakfast served Location quite good One bed creaks , preventing the guest to sleep. One lamp in the bathroom flickers. Nobody answered our attempts to call the owner, which became a real problem on our departure. to open the main gate of the building and the flat we received a small round disk , to which a normal spare key was attached. During the night of our departure there was a power outage. The disc did not work , and the spare key apparently did not correspond to the key holes. We risked missing our early morning flight. There was nobody to answer our emergency calls.

• Amy (9/5): A fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting the main tourist attractions. - Very clean, spacious and in a fantastic location for getting around. Cristina was very helpful and responsive to messages.
• Violeta (9/5): Pleasant - Location Room size Full equiped kitchen Mosquitos everywhere. Before our arrival the cleaning lady left the door open and all the mosquitos went inside. We had to kill some of them, haha. Too bad you can t stay in the garden, fuuuull of mosquitos. The bed în one bedroom was nosey, maybe it can be fixed în the future.

• Camilo (7/5): Nice apartment with few drawbacks - Nice property, well located, with all the facilities and with a nice garden There are mosquitoes in the garden, that easily enter to the apartment and the beds weren’t comfortable.

• Frechta (7/5): Good - Metro is just a minute walk. The house is clean, tidy and nicely decorated. The main bedroom is good size, bright and has an ensuit bathroom. Kitchen is practical and has everything you need. Good size smart TV. Pia, the lady who managed the property was nice and responsive. The living room and second bedroom are under ground level, dark and depressing. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies in the garden and near front door so when you open the front door they all come inside. We had to buy mosquito repellent ands spray. The washing machine dispenser drawers were dirty , covered with mould. The location isn’t vibrant and lack restaurants and shops nearby.
• Afifa (10/5): Exceptional - The kids were in love with this place. We'll decorated and set out. In a beautiful location with really good links to the city. Fantastic all round Gate a little tricky to get into...but even that became a fun little game
