- Enya (9/5): -
- MARIA GRAÇA (7/5): Razoável - Gostei da localização Tinha muita escadas para chegar ao apartamento
- Chin-Liang (10/5): -
- Robert (9/5): Great view and location - Location was great as was provided washing machine and other amenities were very useful A microwave may have been useful in the kitchenette but space could be an issue. We were aware of the numerous stairs to get to the apartment but the view was outstanding. There is a luggage service nearby that would be recommended to assist with bags.
- Susan (10/5): - The property was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was a 10 minute walk into old town. The beach is a very short walk away, with beautiful clear water. Supermarket above and below the apartment. There a quite a few stairs but the apartment and especially the view is worth it. I absolutely loved it and would definitely come back.
- Richard (8/5): Close to town, great view and lots and lots of stairs. - The location is great with it being a short distance to the old town and the view is amazing. It was nice to have the washing machine and the bed was comfortable. The listing said someone would meet us upon arrival which did not happen. We were sent instructions. Originally we could not find the stairs down to the apartment, but eventually we did. What needs to be made more clear is the sheer number of stairs you need to go down (and then back up inside) to get to the room. I didn't count them but my guess would be 120. If you have heavy or lots of luggage, bad knees or limited mobility, beware, it's a trek. Also every time leaving and coming back is some effort (even without luggage).
- rohit (4/5): the one bedroom apartment is not suitable for the family of four - The Location is the only plus point of this property, 2 minutes walk to the beach and the balcony has got a sea view the accessibility to the property is horrendous, If you have luggage or pram, it's not good for a young family. The one bedroom apartment is not suitable for the family. The Kitchen doesn't have Microwave and a Toaster.
After getting to the property , be ready to take staircase for the 4th floor. One bedroom is smaller property please bear in your mind while booking the apartment

- Eduard (9/5): molt bé - LES VISTES Pujar escales

- Fabian (9/5): - Fantastische ligging in het oude centrum. Prachtig uitzicht en goed uitvalsbasis. Prima faciliteiten. Parkeerkosten net buiten historisch centrum zijn extreem hoog.
- bernard (7/5): - La vue…. L’accès!!! Hyper difficile! Beaucoup d’escaliers. Appartement exigu .
Host molto gentile Tutto perfetto
- Bartosz (8/5): Wspaniały, niepowtarzalny widok z balkonu! -
- Heather (10/5): Fabulous views lovely apartment and great host - Beautiful modern apartment with stunning views. Impeccably presented and the host was very communicative and charming. There are many steps and they are totally worth it for the view over the old town and harbour.
- David (1/5): BEWARE: NOT FOR FAMILIES, ANYONE WITH LUGGAGE, OR THOSE EXPECTING BASIC SUPPORT. AVOID AND READ THIS - Putting aside the logistical hell and lack of support (see below), the apartment was clean and had some good features:
AC worked well (essential after climbing 160 stairs - see below),
Separate bathroom and toilet – good for a group or family,
Has a good main bedroom and a second smaller bedroom (for a single) and these beds were comfortable.
BUT… the sofa bed that’s supposed to sleep 2 extra people? It doesn’t even open. My teenage daughters had to sleep diagonally just to barely fit. That’s not just uncomfortable—it’s misleading.
Also, the living room has sheer drapes, so if you’re sleeping in there, expect to be woken up by full sunlight at 5am. No blackout curtains, no way to block it. Again, fine if you’re only 2 or 3 people using the bedrooms, but don’t rely on the living room for actual sleeping space.
Not much we liked and so much was not good, unfortunately had to use this space for both. We had a terrible experience with this apartment stay, mostly due to poor access, misleading information, and completely useless support. Here are the key issues:
Access with luggage is nearly impossible. You must climb 160+ stairs just to get in/out of the apartment—every single time. Not suitable if you have suitcases, children, strollers, or anyone with mobility issues.
If you have a car, you can’t even get to the apartment to drop off your bags. You must park outside the city (at your own expense), then take one or two taxis (again, your cost) and carry everything up 160 stairs. Total nightmare.
The "free airport transfer" they refer to is a scam. When I suggested this as a possible solution, I was told it actually drops you at the main bus station, not the apartment. From there, it’s public transport or taxis—again, not feasible with heavy luggage and not disclosed online.
Customer service was a disaster. I called an international number five times, got vague promises, and no real help. They knew weeks in advance about the no-car rule, but only told me the night before check-in, after they had taken full payment and I couldn’t cancel. Their “solution” came 18 hours later: park outside, pay for taxis. That’s it. I got alot of "apologies" but no genuine solution.
Not a budget option. For the price, you’re better off spending a $50-100 more for something accessible and honest. The online details could include all this info but it doesnt and that is not honest. When I asked for a cancellation when I found about all these issues the night before, I was told it was too late. Of course. They have no problem to mislead and take my money but they don't want to disclose all the info.
BOTTOM LINE: Only book if you're young, fit, traveling light (ideally with backpacks), and don’t need support. Everyone else—especially families or anyone with bags—avoid this place completely.
- Wessam (10/5): Exceptional - The room has an excellent location. The view from the room is amazing. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Nothing
- Melanie (10/5): Perfection. View is spectacular - Absolutely perfect. Clean. Modern. So close to the old town. View for miles
- Kathryn (5/5): Beautiful views bad location overall - The view was amazing and the rooms were very nice and clean. Accessing this apartment was an extreme challenge directions given were confusing and not only is there multiple flights of stairs to reach the apartment building from either street but the actual apartment was located on the 5th floor of the building. Do not recommend for those over the age of 50 or those that have a lot of luggage.
- Pearse (8/5): Lovely property with excellent facilities - The facilities were excellent and the property was very clean. The view from balcony was stunning The only issue, and it is really a common one for the city, is that you have to go up and down a lot of steps to get there.
- Scott (10/5): Absolutely superb, spotless apartment. Location walk away from the old town and Banje beach -
- Nanditi (8/5): Amazing stay in the heart of Dubrovnik! - The location couldn’t be better—right in Old Town with an incredible view from the balcony. The apartment was perfect for our group of 5, with 2 beds, 1 sofa and 2 bathrooms, which was super convenient. Just a heads up: parking nearby is tricky and expensive (about €40/day), and the walk from the lot is long—we used Uber for our bags. Also, expect lots of stairs both outside and inside the building, so it might not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.
- Yeo (10/5): great stay.Highly recommend it - the host is very nice, easy to comunicate , she gave very clear instruction for check-in and check-out. The location of the apartment is great, about 10mins walk to Ploce Gate of the old town. 5 mins walk to the famous Banje Beach. it would be good if dryer is provided.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heidy (7/5): Very enjoyable but the stairs were difficult - Beautiful views .. Too many stairs
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome !!!! Just go !
- Robyn (9/5): Great location for Dubrovnik stay, views to die for. - Cosy apartment for two in Ploce area. Great view from balcony of Dubrovnik old town and out across bay. Quick walk to Banje Beach and old town. Location is terrific, apartment nicely equipped with all you need for self catered stay. Pack carefully and try to limit yourself to carry on size baggage. Yes the stairs are a workout, like everywhere in Dubrovnik. Investigate a luggage/porter service if travelling with larger suitcases. We managed and were rewarded with a beautiful view.
- Yu (8/5): Very good - You can’t trust google map for find how far the building from street. The building entrance door is in the back, too many stairs, especially with luggages.
- Samantha (7/5): Great spot but you’d wanna be fit! - Fantastic view. Wonderful location and facilities. This property is very difficult to get to with luggage that is not a backpack and not for the faint of heart. If you have suitcases, suggest you enquire about a porter beforehand.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (9/5): Superb -
- Jayne (7/5): View amazing. Bedrooms not ideal . - Location great but the stairs would be a big issue to a lot of people. View fantastic. Described as two bedroomed. Misleading as we were a group of four. One double and one single bed this was not made clear at all so one married couple had to sleep on sofa that was not ideal .
Bedding poor cold and no adequate duvets.
Desperate lack of hot water
- Bisht (9/5): Beautiful apartment with breathtaking sea and Old Town views. Lots of stairs, but totally worth it! Perfect stay with a - I stayed at this apartment and absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful and mesmerizing, with stunning views of the sea and Dubrovnik’s Old Town. While there are quite a few stairs to climb to reach the apartment, it’s completely worth it for the view and experience—just something to keep in mind for those with mobility issues.
The apartment itself had everything I needed, and I think it’s one of the best places to stay in Dubrovnik. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend booking this apartment—you won’t regret it!
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic shower
Very comfortable bed
Spotless
Perfect location
Views are spectacular from the balcony
Perfect location for the bus stop and cable car The apartment is on the 4th floor, no lift, to get to the apartment block there are a lot of steps, didn't bother us but if your not very fit this isn't the place for you
- Stephen (9/5): Perfect apartment for a few days in Dubrovnik - The apartment is very well equipped with a kitchenette and washing machine. The views from the balcony over the old town are spectacular. There are a lot of steps to climb, so it’s not suitable for people with large suitcases or mobility issues.
- Monika (10/5): The apartment was situated close to the old town with stunning view on the old town. - The apartment was very well equipped and cleaned.
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Enrico (9/5): Superb -
- Karolina (10/5): Exceptional. Will definitely visit again if I am in Dubrovnik. - Beautiful view (best I had). Only a short (10 min) walk from Dubrovnik old town. Extremely well equipped kitchen (pans, pots, cutlery and dishwasher). With a shop nearby. Easy check in and check out. Really quiet.
- Simon (10/5): Fantastic modern clean apartment with a sunny balcony with views across old town and the sea - Fantastic apartment , modern, clean, amazing views from the south facing balcony across the sea and the old town The apartment was roughly a 10 minute walk out of the old town but that suited us as we like a stroll and the sunny location and amazing views were favourable to us. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment so if you struggle with mobility this may not be a good location.
- Mikko (9/5): Superb -
- Ashish (10/5): Excellent and memorable stay. Will recommend this apartment for having a nice vacation. - Apartment was great with all the facilities need and the memorable view from the balcony. Too many stairs but can be managed for the breathtaking view from the apartment if physically fit and with less luggage.
- Magdalena (10/5): The best view in whole Dubrovnik - The apartment was more than we expected. Very fresh, nicely cleaned and had everything we needed. The view is the most majestic view you can get in Dubrovnik! We loved sitting on balcony and admire sunsets and the beautiful old town. Contact with Lidija was was very good and she was helpful both before the trip, during the check in and after. We even managed to find free parking spot next to the apartment thanks to her. The apartment has all amenities like dishwasher, washing machine, very nice big shower, coffee maker with pods and so on. We didn't miss a thing! It was very short walking distance to old town and honestly with not that many stairs considering that we are in Dubrovnik. We would love to be back one day.
- Renee (10/5): Lovely apartment with sea view & old town view - Nice & tidy apartment. Cute kitchen. Nice bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. Beautiful view of Dubrovnik & the ocean from the living area and the bedroom. Nice patio to sit out on whenever you’re at the apartment and watch the sunset. Only a 15 min walk from the old town walls. Nice, kind, responsive host. Across the road from a beach which is free access for swimming. Beautiful restaurant there too Note for travellers: (particularly to long term travellers with large suitcases) there is a lot of stairs. We accessed from the road (Google maps) and there was 4 lots of concrete stairs to get up, then a landing, then concrete stairs going down, then in the apartment building another 4 flights of stairs to get up to the apartment.
Note for driving travellers: if you are driving a car - the listing says “parking available”. We parked in the carpark in town as recommended, this was a 1km walk with the luggage. And it is £5 an hour. So for 2 nights cost us £300. Just about as much as the accomodation and more than the cost of the car rental for 7 days. Did not expect this, thought there would be a discounted rate for staying in local accomodation or it would max out as a certain amount per day but no such luck. In accomodation elsewhere the host were kind enough to give us their “residence” card so we could park for free.
- John (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful balcony with a beautiful view. Close to hhe old Town and Banje beach. Facilities were excellant & our host went above and beyond to let us in early. Would stay again in a heartbeat.
- Rosanne (10/5): Recommend! And would stay there again. - Could not have been a better location for us, specifically w the proximity to the old city, restaurants, stores etc. the view stole the show…spectacular.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.
Also, our contact was very responsive and hospitable. The negative to the property is the number of stairs, to get to the building and then four flights up. Thankfully, the owner has provided a contact for porter services which is worth it.
Also a challenge is actually finding the building; however once in the apartment, well worth the challenge.
- Joanna (8/5): Nice apartment with an amazing view! - This was a nice apartment and very clean. It’s quite small but it was big enough for us. The view was really lovely and we saw some great sunsets. Lots of steps but not a problem for us. The walk to the entrance is down a few alleys which weren’t that nice but it all felt safe.
- Katherine (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (10/5): Brilliant apartment - Excellent, central, great view. Such a gem! Nothing
- Natalie (9/5): Magical stay with many calories burned - What can we say, the location and view is a dream. The facilities, especially the air conditioning, balcony and washing machine meant a lot to us. In a very hot late summer, being able to wash and hang clothes was a life saver and sit back in that balcony while doing so made it very enjoyable sta. A perfect respite from the heat and crowds in Old town The only thing we didn’t like was the stairs. I know all Dubrovnik is stairs but even as reasonably fit people it was a lot after a hot day climbing stairs through the old town so we had to plan our days well to reduce transitting them too often.
- Jacqueline (7/5): Beautiful views - Beautiful view of Dubrovnik and the island of Lokrum The shower was great, it was powerful. The apartment was clean and attractive. It was a relaxing place just a short walk. I found the bedlinen uncomfortable and poor quality.
There are many steps up to the apartment. This wouldn’t normally cause me a problem but it was a difficult climb in the extreme heat.
- Leone (10/5): Perfect aparment with amazing location - The property was beautiful and clean, very well styled with lies of art. We booked it for the balcony and access to the beach and both did not disappoint. It was lovely to be so close to old town but also stay out of the busy. The host was so lovely and very informative on check in and check out and super helpful and friendly. This was my fault, we booked for our honeymoon but I booked the apart with the twin beds!! So just make sure you look at the actual flat photos when you book and not the overall photos as there are two apartments.
- Richard (9/5): Lovely accommodation a short 0.5km from the old town - Great location and views from the balcony One bed was a sofa bed, rather than shared
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simen (7/5): Very nice view, modern apartment with everything you need - Amazing view, probably the most amazing I’ve seen renting any apartment. This is enough for me to really recommend this place. Comfortable bed, most utilities you need; washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, stove etc. Nice location close to old town. A few steps, so maybe not so nice for old people, but steps are everywhere in Dubrovnik, so for me this is not negative for the apartment. Easy to access if you check in late. Owner responded quick. No duvet. Just pillows and thin blankets. Would be nice to have the option of duvet so you can sleep with aircon and be comfortable. The nights in August are very warm, so turning off AC is no choice.
The drainage in the shower was a bit slow. It didn’t flood the bathroom, but it was a bit annoying having filthy water on top of feet.
It is pretty bad soundproofing from the neighbors. But it was not a big problem cause of respectful neighbours.
All in all, I recommend this apartment.
- Gericke (8/5): Very good -
- Marc (8/5): Lovely place, fantastic view - Beautiful view, great location A lot of stairs ;)
- Eeva (10/5): A great place with an amazing view! - The apartment is nice, cosy and clean. It is located walking distance away from the old town. The view from the balcony is amazing! The kitchen is very well equipped. Having a washing machine was a great add on. You can book a parking spot close to the apartment (Daily parking). Well, all those stairs but we were prepared for that.
- John (10/5): We had a fabulous stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. - The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and with all the facilities required. The balcony was lovely with a great view of the water and Dubrovnik old town, both of which were only a short walk away. There were a lot of steps to and from the apartment but that is Dubrovnik and worth it for the views. The entrance to the apartment is not particularly attractive but this is more than made up for once inside the apartment.
- Gerardo (6/5): - Anyway the apartment is nice , well equiped with a wonderful view , we suffer a lot to check in and check out with our luggages because lot of stair to arrive the building and after another 4 floors ( no elevator ) . Believe me more then 170 stairs in and out . I recconend this apartment for young people just with light carry or luggages. Also shower as we were 4 of family after 1st shower water become not hot , needs wait for some minutes to take another one. We finally paid extra charges with a porter luggage service to check out from building down to the street . Please read carefully before you book this apartment
- Malgorzata (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alison (10/5): Beautiful stay! Great location and views from the balcony. - The views from the balcony and very clean. Lots of stairs.
- Caterina (10/5): beautiful apartment, breathtaking view and the location is excellent because it is close to the center. everything is pr -
- Tamsin (8/5): Very good - Amazing view. There is a washing machine and iron/ironing board, dishwasher and lite fridge with ice. We found the bed too soft and the flat too small for our needs. We thght we'd booked the larger apartment, those were the pictures I saw when I placed my booking. The big terrace, dining table and bedroom.
- Julia (9/5): For the short walk to the beach, old town, and the view from the balcony this was a great apartment for our time in Dubr - The view is Amazing and the apartment was stocked with everything we needed. The balcony was a wonderful place to relax in the evening and see the Old City all lit up. The apartment had AC which was also wonderful in the summer! Be prepared for stairs and more stairs.
- Jovita (8/5): Very good -
- Hugh (8/5): Very good -
- Adriana (10/5): Fantastic! - Great location! Stunning views! The apartment has all the facilities needed. Just great !
- David (9/5): Highly recommended. Our host was lovely, very welcoming. Just be prepared for lots of steps! - Fantastic location, brilliant view and just 5 minutes walk from the old town. A microwave would have been useful
- Kerrie (10/5): Spectacular view. Great location. - Walking distance to the old city. Spectacular view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Lovely host Lidija, who could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Nothing
- Joanne (8/5): Beautiful apartment and would stay again - Cleanliness, spacious, modern, comfortable bed, amazing views, fantastic shower, quiet (apart from the noisy doves & pigeons in the morning) Not for someone with mobility issues as lots steps
- Amy (9/5): Superb -
- Malhar (9/5): Superb - Excellent views from the apartment. You are waking up to the sound of waves and view of the old town. The apartment was exactly as in the photos, and the owner is also really kind and helpful. It's a little hard to find, and if you have luggage or mobility issues, it's a pain as there are ALOT of stairs.
- Zahra (8/5): Great place to discover the old city! - Amazing view and location. The owner was a delight to deal with: very welcoming and understanding!
- Vikki (9/5): Amazing view, great location and very comfortable. - Great location. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Washing machine was a bonus! Lots and lots of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit.
- Špela (9/5): Superb -
- Cowling (9/5): Superb -
- Zuzana (10/5): Welcome to Dubrovnik! - Charming, clean and beautifully furnished apartment with a stunning sea view. The huge balcony and two toilets were also a big plus. The host was very kind and accommodating.
- Susan (10/5): Girls 3 night stay - This beautiful apartment is so perfectly located. We had a transfer from airport and directly opposite drop off were 2 flights of stairs down to the entrance. 74 steps up to apartment and we were blown away by the views. We enjoyed sunset on the balcony and our beds were comfortable and the host was very friendly and assisting. Nothing, you have to expect the steps in Dubrovnik....... they are everywhere and the best views are worth each one
- Dijana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chloe (10/5): The perfect apartment with a brilliant host. - The host was so helpful especially after our flight being delayed. We loved our stay and would love to return.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ramune (10/5): Amazing apartment next to beach and old town - Everything was absolutely amazing. To start with Lidija was really helpful from the beginning to an end to ensure that I could be accommodated to my needs. The place itself is gorgeous with absolutely amazing views! The location is to die for too! Would definitely stay again!
- Alberto (7/5): nice location - location and spacious apartment too many stairs. it is not good for people with restricted mobility
- Henrik (10/5): Exceptional - All was perfekt , fantastic look from balcony towards Dubrovnik 😊
- Mladen (8/5): It was great! - The host (Lidija) was fantastic and met us on arrival and showed us around and gave us a few recommendations for things to do which turned out great. The view from the balcony is great and generally a short walk to most places which was good. If you go here, make sure you head to the restaurant above the beach for Peka as was suggested by Lidija. The stairs are just part of Dubrovnik and OK for us as we are fit, however, it would have been difficult for my Mum or any others in the older years.
- Antonio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - Great view.. near old town.. very clean.. nice host Loads of steps
- Sharon (9/5): Superb -
- Costin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anthony (8/5): Great place to stay and Lidija was very accommodating - Amazing view of old town and very close to beach and town Nothing. Everything was great
- Teresa (9/5): Perfect - Loved the apartment, had everything we needed during our stay. It was very clean and up-to-date. Loved the balcony that overlooked the sea and had a view of OldTown. There are a 160 stairs so if you have any physical limitations probably not the place to stay.
- Satish (7/5): Good -
- Edward (10/5): This was absolutely perfect for our family; we highly recommend it. - The apartment had everything you needed; we were a family with one 8 year old. The views from the apartment were stunning. The host was extremely friendly and helpful; her restaurant recommendations were superb. The stay was perfect. Nothing.
- Parissa (6/5): The view was good and the location was excellent, close to the beach and Old Town but the sofa bed was not very comforta - location was close to old town. it’s not two bedrooms and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. To get to the apartment you have to use 140 stairs each time.
- Susanne (8/5): Very good - View from the balcony speaks for itself! We had everything we needed and Ivona who checked us in was so lovely and helpful. She communicated on our behalf with taxi driver when we lost our phone. Fullsize fridge and washer/dryer were handy. Nice walk into town along the coastline. Tip.. get taxi to drop you off at the top outside Biker Cafe and on checkout get picked up outside Excelsior Hotel down hill... to assist with luggage transport. Felt safe there. 72 step up from the street, 23 down to the front door and then 72 steps up inside the building.
But hey it's Dubrovnik and you aren't going to avoid stairs so just reserve some energy for getting home at the end of the day :) the view from the balcony is worth it!
