Tui (8/5): Super convenient location with plenty of restaurants & coffee shops - This apartment had everything you would need to stay a week or more. Loved the washer & dryer, bathtub, iron & ironing board, and Japanese style toilet seat. There was not a view from the windows
Gui (7/5): Good - They run a soft scam. They advertise the best room, with a great discount. And only when you get there for check in, they inform you that room is not available and direct you to a normal. So they get the awareness from the deal to rank high, and the guest gets fooled. The apartment is good, but this practice ruins it all. Look for “Sumitomo”, same area, same range of price, no fooling around with guests.
Đức (1/5): Overbooked when arrived - Nothing Booked and received booking confirmation on booking. But when arrived staff said they were overbooked and ask us to stay at their other place, which is much worse quality. And the weather was very bad (heavy rain). So we decided to book other place and cancel booking there.
Deerkler (10/5): Exceptional - Tranquility enveloped the standard room, inviting guests to relax and rejuvenate. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable amenities made it a sanctuary within the bustling hotel environment.
Rakesh (9/5): Delightful stay - The place was a little far off from the main city centre however had ample eateries and cafes around. Unfortunately for us though, the timing was a little weird as we were travelling during the new year and everything was closed. Bonus tip: For ATM withdrawals, use Agri Bank.

Oleg (8/5): Very good - quite a nice place for this budget, I do recommend; the owner helped resolve all my issues quickly I was given an apartment which was different from the photos (still had all the amenities I needed). not so easy to check in, I had to contact the property myself and it took some time for them to figure all out. Thi (6/5): Facilities are quite good, staffs are supportive, management procedure is unacceptable. - The facility is good, security staffs are friendly. 22 Housing have many buildings with lots of room mainly for foreigners (Japanese) to stay in long period so there’re almost everything you need in their apartments, you’ll feel like at home (kitchen, washing machine …) I booked a very big apartment with a reasonable price. - Book without payment means no guarantee. I contacted several times through booking message function but no reply. After getting confirmed email, I thought my room was reserved successfully. On the check in day, I called the facility and was said “That room is unavailable because you didn’t pay deposit, we have another room in another place with extra fee”. After some negotiation they said “Someone canceled the room so you can come”. - Change rooms, change building many times. They told us to move to other rooms in different building, I agreed extra fee after confirming the room pictures and paid all in advance, but they continued changing the address, you will never know what is the final information.
