Rebecca (5/5): Passable - The location The person who showed us the apartment told us that we can contact him anytime. The next morning we messaged and tried to call him since one of the bedrooms didn’t have any blankets or quilts. He never replied to any of our messages or calls so we ended up using our jackets instead of quilts.

Sejong (1/5): The worst experience ever. - close to Duomo Firenze The worst experience ever. I can say dozens of this place's cons, but I pick the worst thing ; They never answer me. The only times they contact me were that they wanted to charge me city tax (even before arrival) and warned me not to late to check-in (several times). I made phone calls and texts several times to let them know my train was delayed 15mins, but never answered my phone call or text. The staff only called me for the first time saying "I have another appointment, but where are you?" Yes, it was 15 mins later than I told them for arrival in advance, but still 30mins earlier than 21:00 that they start to charge for late check-in. After check-in, We headed outside and came back to the place, opening the main door by the key were just ridiculously hard. I guess it was not only me that had troubled to open it because the staff had showed me how to open the door when checking in, saying "it's easy. right?" If opening the door was not a big deal as normal, there was no reason to show me how to open the door and ask for consent "its easy" Anyway, he failed to explain what I should concern to open the door. The door apparently had an issue to open. While I couldn't get inside for more than 30mins at night time in cold December, just no help I could get at all. I made several calls and texts to the staff, sent messages via booking.com and called different number that they posted on the website, but NO call backs or messages AT ALL. The staff said my phone was something wrong when check-in, but that was not true. I called him by Italiano's local phone to call him and he never answered. Surprisingly and interestingly, he didnt call back or text or message back via Booking.com YET. Now I realize that, for them, until the check-in is the last moment they care.
Deirdre (9/5): Loved the apartment overall loved the area amazing stay - Location was perfect. Apartment was a perfect base to explore Florence. Facilities were excellent. Host was very helpful No mention of over 50 steps up to apartment. This was ok for us but should be mentioned for elderly guests. Pictures made it look like there was an outdoor/ balcony space,this was a window
