• Charlotte (9/5): Un appartement avec une vue magnifique - La vue de l appartement, la localisation , la disponibilité de l hôtel
• Manon (9/5): Très bon séjour avec belle vue mais attention a l'accès au logement difficile - La vue resplendissante sur Dubrovnik ! Les équipements et la grandeur de l'appartement ! Très propre. Le manque d'informations quant a la possibilité d'accès du logement : interdiction d'accéder a la zone sans un pass spécial et beaucoup de marche a monter. Cela devrait être plus clair et préciser et averti par l'hôtel la veille ou le jour d'arrivée afin d'anticiper le problème. Localisation quand meme éloignée du centre ville (20 bonnes minutes a pieds), beaucoup d'escaliers et de montée a prendre en compte.

• laurence (4/5): - La vue Nous avions choisi ce logement car l'annonce indiquait un parking gratuit dans la rue. Le 1er juin, une zone réservée aux résidents a été mise en place, ce qui ne permet plus de venir avec un véhicule personnel jusqu'au logement (grosse amende si vous y passez). Vous devez laisser votre véhicule dans un parking payant loin du logement et ensuite prendre un bus ou un taxi ou marcher (+1h) jusqu'à l'appartement. Nous avons réservé l'appartement en août, et l'annonce n'avait pas été modifiée et indiquait toujours un parking gratuit dans la rue. Nous avons reçu de nombreux messages la semaine précédant notre arrivée nous demandant notre heure d'arrivée car une personne devait nous accueillir, et rappelant le parking gratuit dans la rue. Ce n'est qu'une fois sur place que la personne nous a prévenu (par message) de l'impossibilité d'aller avec notre voiture jusqu'au logement, et n'étant pas sur place, elle ne pouvait pas nous aider. Nous avions 2 grosses valises de 20 kg et des courses, et mon ami étant blessé, il ne pouvait rien porter, nous avons donc dû laisser toutes nos affaires dans le coffre de notre voiture. La moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir avant notre arrivée afin que nous puissions nous organiser... et l'annonce n'a toujours pas été modifiée
• Pawel (8/5): - Dobra lokalizacja , Piękny widok na stare miasto Dubrownik z tarasu .Plaża w pobliżu . NIe podobało mi się to że w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji podstawowym kryterium było miejsce parkingowe . Nie dostałem żadnej informacji o o braku możliwości parkowania w pobliżu apartamentu. W rzeczywistości miejsce parkingowe które jest w ofercie nie istnieje i nie ma możliwości zaparkowania samochodu .Auto musiałem zaparkować około trzy kilometry kilometry od apartamentu .
• Diana (8/5): - Der Ausblick, einfach ein Trauamhafter Blick. Es sind keine Parkplätze inbegriffen, Dubrovnik hat neue Regeln, eingeführt. Man muss in Zone 3 parken(kostenpflichtig) und dann mit einem Taxi zum Apartment. Es gelten neue Regeln seit dem 1.8. un Dubrovnik. Aber Parkplatz ist hier nicht inbegriffen.
• Nicole (7/5): Lovely stay - Host was so lovely and views were insane!! Heaps of stairs out several flights to get there. Beware no parking on the street - the whole area is restricted residents only zone.

• Radosław (8/5): - Widok, klimatyzacja, wyposażenie lokalu Jedynie odległość od plaży oraz brak informacji o strefie ograniczonego ruchu która weszła w życie 1.06.2025 w Dubrowniku, gdzie nie mając rezerwacji miejsca parkingowego nie możesz wjechać samochodem na teren starego miasta, co spowodowało że wypożyczony samochód musiałem trzymać na parkingach i dojeżdżać taxi do apartamentu co mnoży niepotrzebnie koszty. Także polecam zapoznać się z zasadami przed rezerwacją i nie powtarzać moich błędów :)

• Antonina (10/5): Amazing stay - The apartment was modernly renovated and had all the amenities necessary (and even more). The view is breathtaking. The location is far away from the noise of the town, and close enough for the reach of the town. Just keep in mind that prices for taxi might be twice higher in the busy midday period, than let’s say in the morning. In generally, loved the apparent and didn’t wanna leave!
• Holly (10/5): - We LOVED the apartment and the view was SPECTACULAR!! However, the 247 stairs from the bus station after the mile hike from Old Town was tough. The hosts was amazing and she bent over backwards to solve the miscommunication that Hotels.com failed to relay. It was a great place! We loved it.
• Paula (9/5): Very comfortable and perfectly located accommodation. Spectacular views! Highly recommended. - Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Awesome patio with a fabulous view, comfortable bed, washing machine and dishwasher. Walking distance to the Old Town, if you don’t mind a few steps. Lovely swimming spots within walking distance too. Spacious. The kind host left quite a few snacks, a bottle of wine, and other drinks as well. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and not enough hot water for a full shower. Lots of stairs, and parking is a little tricky, but definitely worth it for the view and proximity to the Old Town.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Be advised! - Nice looking apartment, BUT... 1) Not soundproof, so you’ll hear people talking, chairs dragging on the floors, piano lessons and kids screaming in the hallways (first time of the trip that I had to use my earplugs!); and 2) No one to greet you, no instructions, so you're left on your own, e.g. two TVs, no signal; one dishwasher, no liquid or tablets and, above all, NO HOT WATER. Finally, it's a steep climb back from the old town and there's no services around, apart from a small market.

• Roy (9/5): Amazing stay - The views from the balcony were better than expected. The airbnb was well stocked and has everything you needed. The day we reached there it was raining heavily and we couldn’t go out for dinner, but there was everything available in the apartment for me to cook my dinner. The host is lovely, she even added a goodie box with lots chips and all. For how crowded Dubronvik old city is , my best moments in Dubronvik was actually spent in the balcony. It is on 3rd floor and like all other properties in Dubronvik there is no lift. There are no restaurants nearby , while there is supermarket nearby it was very basic. Also, the wifi was not working during our stay due to bad weather.

• Kuni (9/5): Superb - The room was clean. They prepare light meals, drinks, and even alcoholic beverages, and the hospitality is wonderful. The view from the room is outstanding. I had a very comfortable time during my stay. Although it was a little far from the old town, it was a very nice apartment. I will definitely use it again when I visit this area.
• Sayaka (9/5): Exceptional view! - Breathtaking view from terrace and the kitchen window. I liked watching boats at night. They were like jewels! The owner responded to our needs quickly after the check in. Cute decor, plenty of space, even snacks were provided. It’s very easy to go anywhere using Uber. As other people said, going up the stairs was challenging with big luggage. It would be better if there were body soaps and shampoos. There wasn’t any frying pans, so I had to boil sausages instead. The view covers everything, though!

• Julie (7/5): Overall, a great time in Dubrovnik - 1. If you want to be away from the crowded area of Dubrovnik, it’s a good place to relax away from the touristic area. 2. The view from the small patio is stunning. It’s small (for two, max three seatings) but nice to enjoy a drink and unwind. 3. Air conditioning is great in this apartment as there is not one but two air conditioners for the whole area, which is very precious in the summer. 4. The apartment was very clean and well decorated. Also, the wifi was strong and reliable. 5. The host is very fast to respond when contacted. 6. It’s just some meters away from the bus station line 8, which brings you to the old Dubrovnik. 1. If you like hot long showers, forget about it. The hot water tank is the size of a giant beer can! Therefore, hot water runs out very quickly so you need close the water often if you don’t want to run out… especially if you are two… good luck for the second person! 2. If you are coming by car, the parking on the street below the apartment is free but the street is so narrow and it’s a dead end with so many cars parked on each side that there’s barely enough space to pass one car. In other words, if you are a nervous driver, you will hate parking near the apartment. 3. There’s lots of steps to reach the apartment from the main touristic location. If you have mobility issues, you will have a problem. Just reaching the apartment from the main bus stop by foot, you’ll want to take a shower! 4. The coffee machine is an espresso manual machine… not a big deal either as my boyfriend is a barista and knows how to use one… but again, strange choice of machine for guests who want simplicity when making their coffee in the morning. 5. Now, I don’t know about you, but for me, a good day starts with a good cup of coffee… the espresso machine stated in item 4 is broken and does not turn ON… we notified the host right at the beginning and we were there for 4 nights… never replaced the machine during our whole stay. This is not acceptable… you need to make sure your important appliances are working well before every new guest arrive. 6. For some reason, the bed sheet was missing… there was a mattress, the mattress cover and only a bed blanket which is never washed.

• Steven (10/5): The views! - Great location, an easy walk into the old town. As others have said, the view from the balcony is stunning, Lokrum island ahead and the stunning old town to the right - amazing. During the day time we went to a lovely beach at Plat which is away from the busy centre It's super clean and the air con system keeps the temperature perfect. There's a little shop in the street for essentials too. The host left an array of welcome gifts which was a lovely touch. Parking is very tight, but then again it's free. The are 85 steps from the street up to the apartment.... But the view once you're in the apartment makes it worthwhile.

The host was extremely responsive and accomodating, and the apartment is well stocked with welcome snacks, a washing machine, fully stocked kitchenette. The apartment is nice and spacious as well. The best part about the apartment is that it has a great view of the sea and a lovely balcony to enjoy the view. It is within a short driving distance to old town walls and city centre as well. Overall, we had a great stay with a hospitable host, and the apartment is very thoughtful and has everything that you could possibly need. 10/10!

• Shane (10/5): Excellent! - About a 10 minute walk from the old town….but the view from the apartment is phenomenal. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything has been thoughtfully included. The host is very generous with many small inclusions that you don’t tend to find in a lot of places. The bed was comfortable. A quiet area with a small supermarket nearby. Well equipped and maintained. Bus stop close by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A lovely place to come home to at the end of the day. If you don’t like stairs, this may not be the place for you.
• Liakath (10/5): Best stay ever !! - The view was exceptional. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host replied promptly to any queries. She even placed many snack options and wine. I almost didn't want to leave when our stay was over 😅 The free parking outside might be a little tricky. We went at the end of April and managed to get a spot. But it might be difficult in peak season. There is no elevator but it wasn't much of a trouble for us

• Wiktoria (8/5): Good place to stay, great view - The view is amazing. There’s a big comfy bed, dining area and sofa. Nice place for a weekend in Dubrovnik. There were some inconveniences during our stay, it was difficult to use the kitchen, but probably a one time thing. In general, the kitchen is well equipped. It may be hard to find a parking spot depending on the day.

Located up the hillside to give an unobstructed view of Dubrovnik, Lokrum Island, and the boats coming to and from town. The balcany has comfortable seating and low lighting creating a wonderful setting after dark to enjoy the Town lights. • Anetta (10/5): Excellent location, perfect view, it was easy for us to feel home - The view was outstanding. The apartment was in easy walking distance from the city centre, and had all the tools and facilities we needed for our trip and to feel at home. We didn't know that the apartment was located on the third floor, so we could only find it by walking through the building.
• Joanne (10/5): - An absolute gem of an apartment, we could easily walk into the Old Town (about 20mins) but was a lovely quiet area. The view from the balcony was exceptional and offered a lovely place to relax after a long day sightseeing. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. There’s a small shop a couple of doors down for the essentials and a couple more shops on the walk down/up. There are a lot of stairs so you do need to be physically fit to stay here or you may struggle.

• Lisa (10/5): 10/10 - we loved everything about Apt Vedrana esp the amazing views from the balcony! the property is clean , sparkling and smelled so nice! modern and tastefully decorated home.. quiet neighborhood.. kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a short stay. washer. microwave. A/C. 2 cable tvs. host left a basket full of snacks and plenty of drinks in the refrigerator. the Host is very responsive. every inquiry I had, they answered. host greeted us upon arrival and helped me carry our luggage all the way up to the apartment. another plus -there’s a small convenience store few steps away from the building. :) easy walk to Banje beach and old town. ——

• Supriya (10/5): View to die for!! - The apartment was just perfect for our family of three. The views were just out of the world, we just could not stop grazing out of the balcony and window mornings and evenings. The apartment has a perfect view of sea, downtown and Lokrum island. Facilities were as expected, the kitchen had everything to cook, but we were unable to get the washing machine working(didnt have patience to check manual). There were 2 ACs in living room which was biggest relief as it used to get all hot due to climbing of the stairs. PS: there is small store which sells almost everything just a few steps from the apartment, it didn't show up on maps check it out before trying to get stuff from downtown, hauling it all the way up. The details on handover of the keys can be provided earlier, we reached late night due to the ferry from split and it was bit scary not knowing on how to get to the apartment. in that, booking.com helped us to get in touch with the owner.
