• Petra (10/5): - The location was perfect, in a calm, quiet part of town, whilst it took only cca 15 min from the Osaki station by metro to either Ginza or Shibuya/Shinjuku centres. There is a small supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby, the Osaki metro is 7 min walk away. The house is small but very clean and has absolutely everything you need. There is some light coming in in the morning through the curtains…

• Muhammad Zamir (10/5): Awesome!👍 - The property is very clean and has japanese style interior. They also have hikari TV that has many channel that I like. The house is at a hill. Difficult to arrive if have many luggage
• KENICHI (9/5): 家族で行く場合はまたつかいます。 - 生活に必要なものが揃っています。洗剤や掃除道具、料理に必要なものなど。タオルなどは毎日洗濯乾燥すればよく、持って行く必要はありません。 調味料はありませんでしたが、砂糖はありました。 湯船がない。無くてもよければ不満はありません。地上波デジタルも、見方がわかりませんでした。装備類のリストが欲しいです。
• David (10/5): Great little stay - Great Cosy house with all the amenities you could hope for including washer, dryer. Quiet location 6 minutes walk to the train. There are some decent stairs to get to the property which some may struggle a little with.

• Ai Chun (8/5): Worth the price and easy to access - - Washer and dryer. - Helpful staff and quick response. - Allow us to drop our luggage before checking in, however they are not responsible for the valuable items. - Clear direction instruction and easy to access - Close to Aeon, Muji, shopping mall - Variety of food selection - Water pressure is superb - Pillow and mattress - Space constraints to open all luggage 😅

• Woolgatherer (10/5): A sweet little house in Osaki - This little house was a gem. It's small but perfectly designed and equipped for every need. The futon beds were comfortable, the shower was superb, and it had all the necessary equipment, tools, and so much more. It was ideally located near Osaki station, which is on the Yamamote line. From Osaki station, you can also take direct trains to Kamakura and Yokohama if you desire to explore further out of Tokyo. Communication between the owner and us was very efficient. There were no issues with retrieving the keys. The surrounding area has an ample variety of restaurants and supermarkets. Across from Osaki station, there's Gate City, which also has quite a few good eateries. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and it was surprisingly peaceful at night. There were very strict rules to be quiet and considerate at night.

• Bronwen (10/5): Perfect location, excellent facilities! - Absolutely loved our stay here! The house had everything we could possibly need and was great for our family of two adults and two kids. The location is excellent - right on the Yamanote line so very easy to get anywhere in Tokyo (and also travel onwards - it’s only one stop away from a big shinkansen hub).

• Piotr (9/5): Great place. I will book it again next time. - Great contact with the owner. Very comfortably furnished and equipped apartment. E.g. If you need a handle somewhere, it is there. There is an adequate number of towel racks, etc. Washing machine with a full-function clothes dryer (no need to re-dry clothes). Close to the train station which is a b. good starting point for sightseeing. Very close to a good grocery store -> it was always possible to shop even late at night after returning. All good. It will be niece to have few umbrellas in the apartment -> I have to think long to find what can be improved :).
• Randy (9/5): Everything we needed for a 12 day stay for 4 people - Check-in was smooth with no issues. House has plenty of room, good sized shower, washer/dryer combo, small fridge. Short 5 min walk to the Osaki JR station, post office, 7-11 and FamilyMart (snacks), plus many dining options nearby. Couch was not the most comfortable, we understood it can be used as an additional bed but we didn’t need that option.

• Low (9/5): Superb - located in a quiet place many amenities available except for a dryer two 7 elevens nearby there is parking available if you are renting a car slightly cramped and the toilet and bedroom are located on different floors so you have to climb the stairs quite often

• Lawrence (9/5): We loved the location, the decor, and the uniqueness of this modern house. - The location is close to the train station, mall, market, and restaurants. It was such an interesting house. I loved the laundry machine! (We are a family of 5). It was the only laundry machine that completely dried out clothes in the 2 weeks we were in Japan. I liked the decor in the shower / sink area. We, parents slept on the living room double bed & it was very comfortable. I loved the fancy light in the kitchen area. There was enough room for all 5 of us to relax. The loft was a little awkward for my American children. They aren't used to a sloped roof. The kitchen table was a little small for 5 people at the same time.
• Nicolas (8/5): Very nice - Nice typical house, in a quiet area which is rare in Tokyo. We travelled in group of 4 and the house is actually very small. We did not even have the space to open 4 suitcases simultaneously but appart from this everything is nice.
• Satinee (10/5): great location near osaki station for 5-6 people. - Great location - 5 min. walk from Osaki station, South gate, New west exit - 2-3 min. walk to ramen, Shabuten restaurant - 1-2 min. Walk to 7-11, Aeon, Family Mart Compact house for 5-6 people, which have everything you need to stay for a month including washing & drying machine, kitchen the walk way from station to the house is good for dragging baggage except 10-step stair in front of the house
• Katherine (10/5): Very enjoyable stay with plenty of space and access to rail station. We really liked it! - Terrific place for two parents and three grown children - plenty of individual space, and space to be together as well. The 3-story layout was fun. We went on the rail to somewhere every day - very convenient. So handy to have washer/dryer! Host was very responsive to messages, and checked to make sure we arrived okay. We had a very enjoyable stay - we would use this property again. We completely enjoyed. Some people might not want the short hill and steps to arrive, or the steep stairs inside the house if you are not steady on your feet - so be aware of it, but we found it no problem and such a quiet side street, was worth it.
• Choo (8/5): Great responsive host, and house in a great location - Great location along the major JR line. clock wise direction to Shibuya/Shinjuku OR anti-clockwise direction to Tokyo/Ginza a steep slope leading to the house may be a switch-off for those with heavy luggage.

• Ryoji (8/5): Really cozy apartment style hotel! - The size was very big and in a very convenient location. Facilities were excellent and very fun to be staying at the property. There were strict notes about keeping the volume down at night which is not a problem, but wasn’t clear on what is “quiet” and what is “noisy”

• Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - This was our second time staying here. It's a really convenient location and it's a great space. We are a group of four and we had enough room to hang out comfortably and get ready in the morning. Great value for money! The beds are a bit too firm, but it's not so bad for a short stay 😊

Super clean. Convenient facilities are available in the nearby office buildings and the Osaki train station is very close. Nothing comes to mind really...
