• Althia (10/5): - Beautiful view, clean rooms, easy check in While there are a few restaurants around the apartment, it is a fair walk up many hills. If you have a car, this wont be an issue however if you plan to walk, take this into account.

• Divya Anil (9/5): Amazing place, great entry to the water from right where you’re staying. Fabulous host. - It’s a lovely beach front property, and the owner is a darling. We reached at 12 in the night and she was waiting for us. There is a small climb like three floors to get to the house that we had to do with luggage. It gets a little challenging with family, but other than that it is amazing. I do feel that most of the city will offer you the same amenities as it is on a hill so if you are travelling with elderly and luggage, you need to keep a lookout for this.

• Nicola (9/5): Superb - Perfect Spot for Dubrovnik. Close enough to the old town and great access to rocky beaches. Fantastic view from the fabulous balcony. Great space in the apartment for our family of 6. Kitchen was small but had a dishwasher, essential supplies and was enough for our needs. Hosts were excellent and so helpful.

Very comfortable, slightly old fashioned decor with some lovely bits and pieces to look at. Having a second toilet was great. Easy bus ride, or even a walk to the old city. Loved walking the city walls. All was good. A few flights of stairs, but it was good for me. 😀 The view was worth it!

The apartment has everything you need. The view was spectacular and the beds were super comfy. We had a wonderful stay.
• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic.i would return - Extremely clean, well equipped property 3 bedrooms, bathroom, 2nd toilet. TV in front room, plenty of storage. Balcony with fantastic views. Friendly host. Very helpful. Nothing to dislike however be aware it’s up 3 flights of stairs and you have to walk up a hill to the nearest bus stop. People with mobility issues shouldn’t book this apartment.

Also the Bellevue beach was a highlight and a short walk from Apartment Paco. The property terrace overlooking Adriatic Sea is the main highlight of this place. All bedrooms were good size and comfortable beddings. Well equipped kitchen. The owner quick and responsive e to all need.s. Fantastic experience! It is not very specific to this property but indirectly :the road to get to it was very up/down the hill with one way traffic and very challenging to park. Uber drivers would not get to the pick up spot and some would cancel the ride. We damaged our rental car parking due to steep hill and high curbs and walls obstructing traffic views. I realize parking was not included but indication “street parking” was not indicative of the experience.
• Vas (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in a very nice location with a wonderful view of the sea. The apartment was beautifully clean and extra equipped. The host, Maja, was very kind, helpful and friendly. I would love to go back anytime.
• Lindsey (8/5): A well equipped apartment in a peaceful part of town. - A beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean apartment in a lovely peaceful location. It was a very welcome haven after a hot day of sightseeing with the crowds in the old town. There was a lovely swimming spot from the rocks nearby as well as Bellevue beach for cooling down. The house whose red tiled roof is shown in the advertising photo has had an extra floor added so now instead of looking over the roof you look at the house and there was more building work happening to the left of this too. Although this didn’t cause much noise, the building site did also spoil the view which was the main reason for booking this apartment. This was disappointing.

• Hsin (9/5): Superb - The location is not bad, I like that it's easy to reach the bus station. The host is great, and the view is so GOOD! But parking! oh dear the parking! I think it's easier just to pay and park in a lot or the roadside parking space. It's actually very easy to pay with the download app "bmove.' If you MUST have to have a free parking, just put in mind that it's a risk to take especially if you are driving an SUV.

At first it seemed far from the old town but we got used to the walk and it’s very pretty. It’s nice and quiet. Owner was very responsive and helpful while we were there. Would appreciate shampoo and conditioner. You need to be able to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. Earlier communication on check- in would have helped- she reached while we were on the plane so I didn’t see it. I had written to booking.com about our check-in time but I don’t think they communicated with the owner

• Yuriy (10/5): You can't beat the ocean view - Nice spacious apartment with clasic furniture and modern appliances. But the view from the balcony tops it all. Nothing better after whole day of touristy stuff sit and relax watching the sea. Beds were huge and comfy.. Location was far away enough from the road but still in walking distance of the city. The only thing I can criticize is that I couldn't make the coffee machine work. Perhaps I forgot how drip coffee maker ooerafes

• Laura (10/5): Large and spacious apartment in great location with stunning water view and close to old city - Wonderful location and spectacular balcony and view. It was nice and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Loved being within walking distance to old city but outside of the crowds and noise. It was quiet and had everything we needed.

The street to the apartment location was too steep. Also the apartment is in the forth floor practically which can be annoying for sb, especially with kids, although it is worth it for the view.

• Egle (10/5): Lovely balcony - The apartment has an amazing view from the balcony! The beach is very close and it's convenient to reach the city centre by bus. There's free parking at the end of the street which is rather small but we would always find a spot. It was very convenient to have a separate toilet in addition to the one in the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with salt, pepper, coffee, etc. Two air-conditioners were enough to cool down all the rooms. It was a very comfortable stay!

• Barbara (8/5): Apartment Paco Review - Beautiful balcony with sea view. Bakery a few mins walk that provided us with fab breakfasts each morning.Well equipped apartment. Lots of clean towels and beach towels. Supermarket close by too. An apartment currently being built beside us and works there started very early. Luckily they didn't work in the evenings so we enjoyed the balcony in peace and privacy . We didn't let it annoy us but it would irritate those hoping to sleep in til 8 or have peace and quiet at breakfast.

• Diana (9/5): Great view and a very responsive host. - A lovely view of the sea from the balcony and living room. Not far from a bus stop and also around the corner from a well known hotel which makes it easy to catch a taxi if needed. A decent grocery store and bakery were nearby so we could buy groceries for a light breakfast and evening snacks. It is on a steep hill but so is every other accommodation in Dubrovnik. Some construction is happening in the neighbourhood.

• Cynthia (8/5): Lovely host but apartment not suitable for travellers with luggages. - Balcony facing the sea and room sizes are good. Host is lovely and helpful but not the Management staff whom I initially communicated. Apartment is on 3rd level. Very challenging to bring up luggages. The management team is not helpful. Information given by them is wrong with luggage storage and kitchen facilities. As tourists new to Dubrovnik, the management team of Paco is really a thumb down. We couldn’t get good help from this team. Our stay brightens up only after we are connected with the lovely host.
• Irina (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice and clean though rather outdated (1980?). Hosts are very nice and accommodating. Constant smell of sewer from restrooms but I guess it is a problem everywhere in Dubrovnik in older buildings. Hard to walk/drive to with little place to park on the street. Amazing views and a beautiful beach nearby (Bellevue). Neighbors aren’t welcoming to families with kids.

• 4travelbugs (10/5): Apartment with sea view - Beautiful antique style interior and beautiful paintings. Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is very close to 2 beaches on foot. Nice fluffy white towels. It has everything you need, including washing machine and air-conditioning. However the flaps of air-conditioning are broken on both air-cons, so it obstructs the air flow and prevents the room gets cool. Only very little coffee left in the container for 4 adults. We bought our own coffee. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay. Thank you Maja :)
