VIVIEN (10/5): Spacious, comfortable and central flat - This was our second visit to Milan Eleven. We loved it before and we loved it this time. The location is fantastic, close to the duomo, the galleria, dozens of restaurants, the Christmas market and all the best shops. It's served by two metro stops and it costs 2.20 euros to get to Linate by train and takes 16 minutes. Amazing! The apartment is light and modern, with good views from the eighth floor. There are three lifts and they arrive in seconds. Despite being so central, it's really quiet at night. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Milan.
Sandra (8/5): C'était mieux avant - La localisation centrale de l'appartement et le calme. L'impossibilité de déposer les valises sur place, à une réception comme c'était le cas avant. Il a fallu aller à 1,6km de l'appartement, 15-20 min à pieds, au bureau de la société qui loue les appartements pour déposer les valises. Idem pour récupérer les valises dès 15h. Le jour de départ, il a fallu de nouveau aller déposer les valises là-bas... Ce sont des frais de taxi supplémentaires. C'était la 4ème fois que je venais dans ces appartements qui sont super mais je n'y retournerai plus à cause de cela. De plus, l'appartement n'était pas aussi propre que d'habitude (cheveux parterre, élastique qui trainait sous la table). A force de vouloir faire des économies, la qualité n'est plus au rendez-vous, dommage.

Mariam (4/5): - المبنى موقعه حلو فقط وراه شارع فيه سيفورا ولولوليمن وزارا وبارشيكا ومحلات واجد معروفه والدومو عنكم اقل من 5 دقايق. مافيه احد يساعدكم بالجيك ان ولا الجيك اوت عباره عن باب يرسلون لكم رمز وتدخلون فيه ولا فتح اصلا جو ناس فتحوه لنا وساعدونا وطريقة الجيك ان عباره عن رمز لصناديق تفتحونها وتاخذون كروت الشقه وتروحون والجيك ان عن طريق رابط يرسلونه لكم تحطون بيانات اللي بيسكنون بالشقه صراحه احس ما اعيد التجربه فيه لانه الشقه وصخه وتحت السرير غبار لدرجه لمن نمشي الدلاغ يصير اسود وماكو رسبشن يساعدونكم كله عن طريق المسجات بالاضافه انه مافيه خدمة تنظيف يوميه كل 3 ايام ينظفون وصارت لي مشكله مالقيت البطايق بالبوكس نطرنا وقت عشان يجي احد يجيب الكرت واخرتها طلعو ناسينه بالشقه ما اعيد التجربه ابدا الشي الوحيد اللي يشفع له الموقع

Mari (10/5): - Location was excellent in the middle of everything but rooms were very quiet and it was easy to get them dark. One quilt/bed was not so comfortable. Each person should have own quilt. Big apartments should have been provided several keycards without asking for them.
ISAIAS DANIEL (10/5): - Con dificultad al llegar ya que no recibo código de acceso pero el conserje me ayudó con una llamada y se solucionó muy fácil, al piso le faltaba limas limpieza, HUbo in costo extra (no reportado previamente) por hacer check in por internet, innecesario ya que son departamentos y no hay como tal un área de recepción, ni Quien te espere, es llegada autónoma.

Lianna (10/5): - Super close to everything. Clean and comfortable. Large space for luggages. Felt safe. Large building with special key access, so not everyone can go inside. AC nice and cold on hot days. Super helpful customer service, until 11 pm. Forgot key in room (realized this at 10:30 pm) and they were there in 20 minutes to help us get in the room. Wish there was laundry detergent. I will stay here again!
Maila (7/5): Für einen ersten Besuch in Mailand gut geeignet, das nächste Mal würde ich allerdings lieber etwas persönlicheres suchen - Die Nähe zum Dom fanden wir sehr komfortabel. Moderne, saubere Einrichtung! Super Dusche! Wir hatten das Appartment vor allem wegen der Lage und der Waschmaschine gebucht. Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe erfolgte kontaktlos, ich fand das ein bischen zu anonym. Der Dom war zwar fussläufig zu erreichen, allerdings war der Platz, an dem das Haus lag, ein wenig heruntergekommen und nachts richteten sich Obdachlose dort ein, tagsüber aber kein Problem. Achtung, das Parkhaus ist nicht für einen VW Bus geeignet.

Gina (2/5): - We received our room in poor condition. When we got to the hotel they told us there was another guest in the room. They did not clean the apartment. The apartment was given dirty. The vent were full of dust, the AC blowing the dust off into the air causing me and my family to suffer with asthma and allergies. I sent an email to the hotel and they did not try to help the situation. They told me if I want a late check out to pay $25 and they charged me. We left early and did not process the refund as of yet.

Sehar (8/5): Very nice location and very nice apartment. - Clean and organised with a great location Bathroom tiles need to be grouted, plaster is coming off. Floor needed cleaning, walking around our feet turned black.

IOANNIS (10/5): - Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση από την ομάδα διαχείρισης, σε ότι ζητήσαμε ήταν πρόθυμοι και ανταποκρίθηκαν άμεσα! Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές και η χρήση της ταράτσας δίνει πρόσβαση από τον 11ο όροφο σε όλη την πόλη του Μιλάνο και στο Duomo. Το κοντινό parking στα δύο λεπτά διευκόλυνε πάρα πολύ! Δεν υπήρξε κάτι
Arslan (9/5): Nice stay in the center of Milano - Very good location in the center of Milano. Apartment is quite spacious, modern and nice. There is a rooftop on the last floor with a nice view. Small improvement to have the option to keep our luggage in the building is not offered.
Stephanie (8/5): - Great location, but not enough beds. We rented the 2 bedroom, and it only had a twin and queen bed. Sofa bed is not good for sleeping on. Communication with hotel manager was difficult. Can’t beat the location!
