• Iwona (10/5): Spełnił nasze oczekiwania. - Wspaniała, uprzejma właścicielka. Podpowiedziała gdzie są ciekawe miejsca w okolicy, przywitała nas regionalnym ciastem. Wszystko na wysokim poziomie.
• Jolanta (9/5): - Pokój dwuosobowy okazał się idealnym miejscem na wypoczynek – czysty, pachnący, z bardzo zadbaną pościelą i wygodnym materacem. Meble są nowe, a łazienka czysta i dobrze wyposażona w środki czystości, suszarkę oraz świeże ręczniki. Gospodyni, pani Jadranka, jest wyjątkowo sympatyczna i gościnna – od pierwszej chwili czuliśmy się serdecznie zaopiekowani. Na powitanie czekały na nas ciasteczka i napoje, a pani Jadranka szczegółowo opowiedziała o atrakcjach Dubrownika i zaznaczyła je nam na mapie. W trakcie pobytu byliśmy wielokrotnie miło zaskakiwani drobnymi poczęstunkami, co stworzyło naprawdę domową atmosferę. Lokalizacja również jest dużym atutem – w pobliżu znajdują się plaże Mandrać Beach oraz Copacabana, Sunset Beach, idealne do relaksu nad morzem. Polecam. Warto również wspomnieć aby zakupić sobie kartę Dubrovnik Pass koszt to 60 Eur (7 dniowy bilet) ale warto, nieograniczona liczba przejazdów komunikacją miejską po całym Dubrovniku (koszt biletu w jedną stronę u kierowcy to 2,5 eur za osobę, w kiosku nieco taniej), liczne wejścia do muzeów, pałacu Rektorów, wejście na mury miejskie (koszt 40 eur), fort Lovrijenac (koszt 15 eur), 30% zniżki na bilet na wyspę Lokrum. Przejazd kolejką na górę SRD to koszt 30 Eur w obie strony, można zakupić bilet w jedną stronę a powrót pieszo bardzo przyjemna droga i niezapomniane widoki (wjazd kolejką nie jest objęty kartą Dubrovnik Pass). To miejsce zdecydowanie zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę, a pobyt wspominamy z ogromną przyjemnością. Chętnie wrócilibyśmy ponownie!
• Nick (7/5): It would have been a perfect score during peak season - The host, Jadre, was absolutely amazing. Her hospitality is worth 20 stars alone. She gave us a warm welcome, cake and wine, and showed us everything to see and do within the area. The apartment was large and well worth the money. There was a kitchenette for basic cooking, which under normal circumstances would have come in very handy for us as we're not big on eating out to save unnecessary expense. The beds were super comfortable and the air-con was a godsend. There was free Wi-Fi, which was great! The view from the balcony was stunning - especially at night. Unfortunately we specifically requested a quiet room, but this was far from what we received. The apartment below was having renovations, and all we could hear was the thunderous roar of drilling and hammering from as early as 7:30am until 4pm every weekday (and we were there 10 days) This did sadly also mean we were forced to eat out more often than usual, as we couldn't even hold a conversation over the noise. We appreciate this was entirely out of the host's control, and we in absolutely no way whatsoever hold her responsible, but sadly it was extremely unpleasant as we aren't early risers due to working late hours back home. We were informed that the government only disallowed renovation works in or near holiday lets during peak season. Had we known the renovations would have been going on, we would have either changed dates or accommodation prior to arrival. It's worth mentioning; this was almost inevitably a one-off and highly unlikely to happen next season. Had the noise not been a factor, the property would have received a perfect score.

• Louise (10/5): Perfectly located, the property was clean and comfortable - Perfectly located, 10 minutes to local shops and restaurants plus beach and beautiful coastal promenade walk. Bus stop outside property and local supermarket 2 minutes away. The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make us welcome, greeting us with homemade cakes and local beers and provided us with a local map and various recommendations which made our stay all the more enjoyable

• Marcos (10/5): Dubrovnik mágico - La amabilidad de la propietaria, no pudo hacerlo mejor con nosotros, nos encantaron todas sus recomendaciones y nos invitó a tardar y hasta un licor casero buenísimo! La ubicación está a 20 metros de la parada de bus que te deja en el old town, por lo que lo hace perfecto para poder ir allí rápidamente. Además, está cerca de varias playas muy bonitas en Lapad. Sin duda, alojamiento inmejorable para pasar varios días en Dubrovnik. La habitación está equipada con tostador, calentador de agua y algunos cubiertos y platos por si quieres coger comida y ponerte en la terraza (con vistas al puerto). Disfrutamos mucho nuestros últimos días en Croacia y todo gracias a la propietaria! Nada, todo OK!
• Ana (10/5): Una estancia muy grata y con muy buena relación precio-calidad - Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de la anfitriona. Nos recibió con una tarta riquísima y nos explicó todo: ubicaciones, horarios, qué ver en Dubrovnik...Además, nosotras teníamos un pequeño apartamento con cocina, dos baños. A mí me sorprendió gratamente. Además, estábamos en una zona preciosa, tranquila y cerca de las playas. Con líneas de autobuses al centro. Y también cerca de los lugares de recogida para hacer excursiones y coger el autobús al aeropuerto. No puedo decir nada que no me gustará.

• Fanny Jeanne (10/5): Un accueil exceptionnel, bien plus qu’un simple hébergement ! - Le séjour a été vraiment super, même si la vue donne sur la route — aucun souci grâce au double vitrage qui isole parfaitement du bruit. Mais ce qu’on retiendra surtout, c’est l’accueil incroyable de la propriétaire. Une dame d’une gentillesse rare, attentionnée, qui prend le temps de nous recevoir comme si on était de la famille. À notre arrivée, elle nous a offert un excellent gâteau maison accompagné d’un jus frais, tout en nous expliquant avec passion les lieux à visiter, les coins à ne pas manquer et ses recommandations locales. Et cerise sur le gâteau (littéralement) : elle nous a encore préparé un autre gâteau maison pour notre départ ! On sent qu’elle aime profondément sa ville et qu’elle met tout son cœur à accueillir ses visiteurs. Ce genre de rencontre rend le voyage encore plus beau. Merci infiniment à elle ❤️

• Allan (10/5): Amazing Stay, Warm Host, and Great Comfort - Our stay was excellent! The host was extremely welcoming and greeted us with a welcome drink and a delicious Croatian cake, which made us feel right at home from the start. The place is very spacious, with a private bathroom and super comfortable beds and pillows, ensuring great nights of sleep. The location is also great, with markets and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

She welcomed me hospitably with a cake she baked:) she very kindly showed me everything, told me where and what to see, buy and visit. The room with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet (separate) are neat and clean. There is even a hairdryer, many mirrors. The location is really good, although it is by the street, but with the windows closed, there is no noise.

• Ruzica (9/5): Superb - We like everything about our stay in this apartment! Its located at the main road - so supermarket, bakery, cafes (for morning coffee if you like) and bus stop just few steps away. Nice beaches up to 10 minutes by foot, same for nice restaurants. It will take you about 30 min to reach old town of Dubrovnik by Bus No 7 (goes every 10 minutes). Apartment itself is very confortable and much bigger that how it appears on photos. It is in 70ties vintage style, but it has all you need for a comfortable stay, and was spotless clean. Real value for money in Dubrovnik! My biggest impression was the hospitality of the owner, who was beyond nice/polite, and made us feeling as home here :)

She is very nice & friendly!☺️❤️ She gave us some useful tips & recommendations where to eat & explore Dubrovnik, and of course we did what she told us and it was perfect with delicious food, no regrets! And also, the location is fantastic, the seaview & the bridge especially at night😍. And of course the bus stop is just few steps away, so perfect! And on our last night Jadre gave us again the delicious cake and the next morning she came also to say goodbye to us. Thank you so much, Jadre for making our stay in Dubrovnik fantastic! Superb!! Highly recommend!

But jadre was an excellent hostess, helpful, generous she received us with wine and cheesecake explained everything with a map, offered to do our laundry. She's soooooo sweet. I just suggest that she modernizes the room as it's a great location. The bus to the old town is just downstairs and takes only 15 mins and you're in the middle of everything

• Bartosz (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Jadra is the most welcoming host we have ever met! Upon our arrival she welcomed us with a cake and some useful tips and recommendations to explore Dubrovnik. Apartment is not the newest, but it's very clean and tidy. Air conditioning works very good which is crucial during the Croatian summer. Despite the proximity of quite a busy road the flat is very well soundproofed. One extra feature - it has 2 toilets which be very useful for some. Communication is also perfect - nearest bus stop is 50 meters from the flat. From there you can take bus number 6 which goes directly to the old town. In the distance of 15 minutes walk you have a few nice beaches, a supermarket and a promenade. The flat is a perfect choice regardless if you're planning to do some sightseeing or just relax at the beach.

The owner was really kind and helpful. - We were welcomed by Jadre, the owner with cakes and drinks even though we arrived a bit late in the evening in Dubrovnik. The property is next to the bus stop going to the town centre which was really convenient. It was a good value for money and the room was equipped with kitchen which was really helpful for our stay. Jadre even extended her help by helping us with our laundry. We were shown the Croatian hospitality thanks to Jadre. Will definitely stay here again if ever we visit Dubrovnik in the future. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the main strip in lapad, beaches and the supermarket is just in front of the property. The bus stop to old town is 10m from the property, extremely convenient. Jadra is phenomenal host, she is so kind & welcoming. She took the time to give us details on the best places to go, and also treated us to some of ur delicious cakes. The room is lovely, tidy and clean. Wifi was slightly poor at times.

The location is very good, close to the bus station, super market, restaurants, cafes, and beach. Everything is within walking distance. • Diane (10/5): Great place to stay, Amazing Welcome! - A wonderful experience from start to finish. Our hostess, Jadra, the daughter of the owner bent over backwards to make us welcome. She greeted us on arrival at 10pm with cold drinks and delicious cakes, and gave us a map and the low-down on local amenities and top places to visit. The room has a comfortable bed and facilities to make breakfast and light meals, with a small fridge and crockery. The air-conditioning was a saving grace as it was 36C the first day, and not much cooler the subsequent days. Having a cool place to seek refuge was fantastic. The view of the bridge and cruise ships from the balcony is great. The bus stop is just outside the property. It is only a 10 minute ride on the No 6 bus to the Old Town. Copacabana Beach, perfect for a cooling dip, is a 10 minute walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. Jadra offered to do some washing when we asked about laundromats. Then she called and arranged our early taxi to the ferry terminal. To top it off, she gave us more delicious cakes on our last night. The accommodation is also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. Nothing.

Thanks a lot, Jadre". - Comfortable, quiet and very clean room with everything you need for breakfast : kettle, toaster, etc. - Location : in Babin Kuk (Lapad). Close to supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants ; close to the bus stop leading to the bus station or to the old town of Dubrovnik. ; close to the Sunset Beach and the long and pleasant Promenade along the sea. A very good address in Dubrovnik.

• Ana (10/5): Exceptional - One of the best stays I've ever had in my life. It's the perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik. There are plenty of shopping facilities close to the apartment and you'll reach the old town in approx. 10 minutes by bus (bus station is almost in front of the house). The room, bathrooms and the kitchen were really clean and you'll find everything you need for your stay. However, our highlight was the kindness of our host. She's literally the embodiment of a lovely soul. I'm looking forward to spend another vacation in this beautiful place and visiting our host. Vidimo se sljedećeg ljeta!

When we arrived the host lady treated us to a delicious cake and wine and gave us a lot of important information about the town. The accommodation is very clean and fully equipped so you can feel comfortable. A great advantage is the location of the accommodation. There are two nice beaches nearby. Near the house there is a bus stop from where you can go everywhere, for example to the Old Town. I highly recommend Guest House Bridge View !
