• Carole (8/5): Un bel endroit à découvrir. La Croatie est un très beau pays et il faut y faire attention. - L'accueil personnalisé de Suzy a été super facile, utile et très agréable. Suzy a répondu à l'ensemble de nos questions. Et elle fût très agréable. Merci. Le tout nous a semblé très bien. Une bonne distance de la vielle ville à pieds mais cela nous a permis de découvrir le chemin sur le bord de la mer et d'explorer plusieurs petites découvertes. Le petit marché est tout près et nous avons découvert un chemin secret alimenté par de beaux jardins, très agréable.
• Gallaudet (10/5): Amazing value—welcoming host, phenomenal location right on the water, convenient to transport and shops/bakeries, bi - Amazing location and incredible views, also very convenient to bus stops and bakeries/shops. Lovely terrace too, and very big, clean apartment. It was all good!

• Mikaela Alessandra (10/5): Great stay! - Great location, in a quiet area. The views of the Adriatic sea were amazing! The place was clean and spacious. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. The terrace was a nice place to hang out as well as dry laundry. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Great value for money. We would definitely stay here again, and we would highly recommend this place to others. Nothing.

• Kim (10/5): Lovely, serene apartement with stunning views, just a short distance from Old Town - Lovely quiet apartement with stunning views, right in the middle between Old Town Dubrovnik and Gruz Harbour. It's walkable distance (ca. 20-30 min), but due to our small children we just used Uber (9€ one way) to get into Old Town. Super easy! Susy was a very nice host, even brought us fresh figs from her garden :-) . Bellevue Beach is just 10 min walk, Mini-Market with decent selection just 5 min (thanks to 2 shortcuts). Definitely recommend staying here, it was an oasis compared to the bustling Old Town centre! P.S. Parking is possible on the street just in front of the house for free. Safe street, no costs. Rare gem :-) Nothing really. Just the beds/mattresses were really quite soft, which wasn't amazing for my back. But that's personal preference I guess.

• simone (10/5): Great stay looking at the boats sail past and just relaxing - Lovely location close to the beach and a short walk of 3km into the old town and Dubrovnik walls. Small shops for essentials close by. Apartment had wonderful sea views and a lovely balcony if you wanted to eat inside and look at the sea. Fully equipped kitchen with oven and electric cook top. Loved our stay and sitting on the outside terrace. Nothing it was fabulous

With breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, the apartment is nestled in a peaceful residential area just a 20-minute walk or 5-minute Uber ride from the heart of the Old Town. It offered a calm retreat after a busy day exploring, without feeling disconnected from the main attractions. The location is incredibly practical—free parking right outside the apartment (a rare gem in Dubrovnik), and a well-stocked supermarket just five minutes away, made even more convenient thanks to a handy shortcut shared by our lovely host, Susi. We could easily access the historic Old Town and take day trips without worrying about logistics. Inside, the apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, especially as a family with young children. There were plenty of toys, games, and little extras to keep the kids entertained—even on a rainy day when we were indoors, they had more than enough to keep busy. Safe to say, they didn’t want to leave! What really stood out was the warmth and responsiveness of our host, Susi. She was incredibly helpful, available whenever needed, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a well-equipped, family-friendly apartment with amazing views and easy access to central Dubrovnik, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again! Nothing to add. Apartment exceeded our expectations.

• Marcin (10/5): It's incredible that in crowded Dubrovnik you can live in a house on a cliff in a quiet neighborhood - An overnight stay in a nice house on a cliff overlooking the sea while visiting one of the most crowded places in the region is a treasure. Walking distance to the fortress is no more than half an hour. Peace and quiet, free parking spaces on the street. Helpful and nice host. Price very appropriate.
• Rosarie (9/5): Suzy was helpful and welcoming, and the apartment has all you need including great views. - The host Suzy was very friendly and welcoming and went over and above in offering to let us leave our bags in her house while we enjoyed our day in Dubrovnik and assisting with taxi to the airport. Fabulous sea views from the private terrace and bedroom balcony window, so overall we were very happy.

• Karen (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable apartment 25 minutes from the centre of Dubrovnik. Beautiful sea view . Handy local supermarket for basic shopping . Ideal for a short city break. The short cut through the back alley on an evening. Dark and hazardous dog poo . Need a torch if you're returning late . But that's no reflection on this apartment
• Lv_traveller (9/5): Great place for a family - Clean, nice, spacious enough for a family of four - 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with kitchen. Amazing view, terrace, quiet, free parking on the street, and good location to access the old town 30 min walking, public bus stop also not far away. We came on the last week of October, the weather was great and no need for air-conditioner or heating at the time. The bed was a bit too soft for me. Frying pan would need a replacement and knives some sharpening. Other than that all was excellent.

• Aude (8/5): Very good - The view on the sea is just unbelievable. Cute terrasse. You can easily walk to Dubrovnik's old town. The neighborhood is very calm. There are several restaurants around or shops which is pretty convenient. Some equipment need a little refresh. The AC is noisy but it's OK since it's in the living room. The mattresses need to be changed because you wake up with some pains in the morning. But it doesn't change the fact that it's still a great place to stay we're just noticing so the host can do the necessary for the next clients.
• Nathan (10/5): Lovely Appartment with beautiful views - It was all great. The Appartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped with a fantastic view from all rooms and a great terrace. The location was brilliant, less than 5 mins from the steps to Bellevue beach which is beautiful and 20-25 mins walk to the old town (sometimes a little hard work in the heat, but a nice walk). We were also really pleased with the beds - all very comfortable and we all slept very well! The area is also very nice, quiet and felt very safe and friendly. There was a mini- supermarket 2 minutes walk away. The owner was great - very responsive and helpful. Nothing - all was great, would 100% recommend to anyone.
