Extremely hard mattress (personal preference) and the service was truly horrendous. Either very rude or incompetent staff. The cleaning was done very poorly. - Linsey (10/5): Great location for a few days in Tokyo. - Great location, short walk from busy areas of Ginza and stations for easy access, far enough away to be peaceful. Daily complimentary drinks in common area and pancakes too. Held our luggage when we were leaving as we had a late flight. Nothing.
- Stefanie (9/5): Optimal für einen Städtetrip - Das Hotel ist super zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten fussläufig von der Metrostation Shimbashi entfernt, im Stadtteil Ginza, einem Eldorado an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel war sehr ruhig, die Betten waren perfekt, das Bad total sauber mit einer tollen Dusche. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen. Die Zimmergröße ist wie überall in Japan klein. Das Zimmer selbst war aber total modern und funktional. Ein Koffer konnte unter dem Bett deponiert werden.

None of the staff can communicate well in English except 1 of them (I'm referring to standardised hospitality terms), unprofessional and during check-in one of them complained in front of guests that there are too many people queueing up. So why can't you hire more staff during peak hours? Bed was extra firm and the only time I couldn't sleep properly in this Japan trip. And cleanliness is really bad and they missed taking out our trash one of the days Pls read other reviews. There are other more conveniently hotels that are cheaper and better. Do not book this place.

- Thiago P Figueiredo (9/5): Muito bom hotel com ótimas instalações e localização. - Localização excelente, em Ginza, próxima ao metrô, principais atrações de Ginza e uma loja Don quijote. Hotel muito confortável com instalações novas. Banheiro excelente, com chuveiro com várias opções de saída de água e vaso sanitário inteligente. Cama confortável. Amenidades à vontade, café illy e água filtrada também à vontade, além de vouchers para trocar por bebidas (cerveja ou suco) durante a estadia, o que achamos muito bacana. Café da manhã com opções restritas. Não tinha queijo e ovos mexidos só teve em apenas um dos dias. Minha esposa tem intolerância à lactose e tinha quase nenhuma opção para ela. Pedimos para fritarem um ovo para ela (ovos mexidos, no dia que tinha, era feito com manteiga) e não atenderam ao pedido. Poucas opções ocidentais no café da manhã. Quarto pequeno, mas dentro do padrão da cidade.

- Ma Katrina (9/5): - B is our go to in Tokyo. Great location in Ginza. While rooms are small, they're comfortable. The shower most especially is a fave. I wish though they would clean the rooms on a daily. but other than that, we'll definitely come back here again! they only change towels daily but not clean room. or if you wont clear room daily at least every other day. every 3 days is too long. but other than that, I'd stay here again.

- Kenneth Cho Ping (9/5): - The hotel is very conveniently located near J R Station and Metro Ginza line. Though small, the services are up to par. The room feels spacious and very clean. The staff is courteous and helpful. Only the noise from the refrigerator is very annoying.

- Peatman (6/5): Would not recommend - Close to all the shops and convenient to subway stations. All of the staff here seemed like they hated their lives. Rude, aloof, unaccommodating. We stayed in multiple hotels across Tokyo for 10 days and this hotel stood out for its poor customer service and low value. For the price, we were expecting much more. This felt like a mid level motel. Would not recommend or stay here again.

- Dina (5/5): Bitte Zimmer OHNE Frühstück buchen!! - Tolles Personal. Zimmer sind sauber. Ruhige Lage dennich zentral. Das schlechteste Frühstücksangebot, was wir je erlebt haben. Seeehr mager. Wir sind immer zu 7-eleven und haben unser Frühstück gekauft. Wir würden nie wieder ein Zimmer mit Frühstück buchen. Lohnt sich nicht.

- renee (10/5): Good value, comfortable stay in Ginza - Walking distance from train station and well located if you want to spend time in Ginza shopping district. Rooms were relatively sized for Japan standards. Coffee & drinks on offer in reception area were a great perk. Everything was pretty good, if I had to be picky, one of the pillows was not very comfortable.

- Vivien (10/5): Referência de qualidade! - The b ginza é um hotel com excelente localização, em relação aos meios de transporte, pontos de compra e passeios. O café da manhã me surpreendeu muito. Frutas e produtos de excelente qualidade! Nada a declarar!
