• emma (8/5): Beautiful historic building right adjacent to Sloane Square - The location couldn't be better. The underground is a few steps away and King's Road shopping is around the corner. The flat is cute and just the right size for 1-2 people. The staff were kind and welcoming, especially the gentlemen that works the reception desk.

Not entirely sure the flat had been cleaned properly?...... the kitchen floor was not clean where someone had used the washing machine and soapy water had dried on the floor, just a powdery substance on the floor in front of the machine. The sink plug in the bathroom was difficult, (broken?) and the bath was difficult to access for older people.

• Shamma (10/5): This is the best place I ever lived in in London and if I come back, I will book it in the same area - Staff was providing my needs from towels, cleaning tools and products, and they were helping me during my absence I lost one K and they helped me to give another one. In addition, the location is excellent because it is in high standard, please and near all good locations and I can reach places while walking plus I was near Metro station. The place is safe. The area is clean. The buildings around me is amazing and imaginary easy to get in and out the flat is very comfortable and so many others that I loved me and my husband. If I need anything during the night, I can't find the stuff because they work only daytime but I can reach them through email

• Vanja (10/5): Lovely - Lovely apartment in a perfect location, next to the Sloane Square Underground station, which makes it easy to travel to any part of London. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is also a reception open every day from 09:00 to 18:00. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathtub, which only has a rain shower in the tub and no classic handheld shower. This was a bit limiting and challenging for the three of us with very long hair, as we didn’t have the option to take a quick shower without washing our hair. Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.
• Murray (9/5): Amazing in every way other than the lack of a proper shower (I realise some may prefer a bath but this is my opinion!). - Location, size, lift, facilities. We loved it although next time we will try and get one of the apartments with a proper shower rather than shower over bath. It wd be perfect if it had a walk in shower with normal shower rather than rain shower, and really needs something to hang on to exiting the current arrangement. An older person cd easily slip.

Being right next to the tube station was so convenient. It was also easy to get an Uber or Taxi as well. The location is in a beautiful area, and there were times we walked a lot for shopping and dining in the Sloan Gardens area. Isaac at the front desk was so helpful, courteous and charming, and we loved seeing his smiling face every morning. We were also lucky to be there during the Chelsea flower show. the shower was a little tricky getting in and out of. Although our group could get in and out, we still had to be careful not to slip - not much room between the glass and vanity. I think a sliding glass door or a shower curtain would give more room to enter and exit the shower.

However,the cleanliness was very good and the location is fantastic however the apartment I stayed in this time was very disappointing.

The bath is a little slippery when having a shower so can be dangerous if not super careful.

Wouldn’t go and get keys told me to comeback in half an hour, then admitted could have keys and lied about cleaners having them, then got them out of her desk draw. No apology for ID mistake , no smiles, no help! Useless!

• Baris (7/5): - Location The floor of our room and the living room was sloped, so when walking or standing, it felt like we were always falling to one side. Normally, there should be a receptionist on duty from 9am to 6pm during the week. We checked out around 10:30am on Friday, and I waited at the entrance for about an hour to drop off our luggage and reach someone. It was difficult to get in touch by phone and email.

• Christine (10/5): Perfect base for a week in London. - A fantastic base for our week in London. Everything was fantastic from our first contact. The apartment is comfortable and warm with south facing windows letting in lots of light. The location is right near a Tube station, bus stops, loads of shops and restaurants. Nothing. There were a few small issues but Isaac sorted them. (Tip- there are a few stairs so if you have mobility issues, let them know in advance.)

• Martin (9/5): Super. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. - Die Lage direkt neben der U-Bahn am Rande des sehr gepfegten Quartierts Chelsea. Sauberkeit. Betreuung. Die Schallisolation ist nicht ideal. Man hört die Nachbarn sehr gut. Kritisch bewerte ich die Tatsache, dass vom Provider Kreditkarteninformationen per Email eingefordert werden. Soll man ja nicht machen, lauten immer die Sicherheitsempfehlungen gegen Cyber-Crime. Man hat zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht wirklich die Möglichkeit, zu verifizieren, ob diese Emails vertrauenswürdig sind (nur durch booking.com - aber eher umständlich und auch da gab es punktuell Missbrauchsfälle nichtexisitenter Unterkünfte). Underthedoormat ist aber ein seriöser Anbieter, wie es sich letztlich erwiesen hat. Meiner Meinung nach wäre es für den Kunden vorteilhafter, wenn auch die Deposits über booking.com bezahlt werden könnten.

Provided shower bar and shower rubber mat - good building accessibility. They gave us great recommendations. The location is amazing- so close to transportation, restaurants, shopping. Kitchen in apartment very modern and the bed so comfortable. We had a studio and it had air conditioning and washing machine, vacuum cleaner - very comfortable. Highly recommend 3 Sloane Gardens! Solo dopo mia insistenza, mi hanno concesso di portarli. La lavastoviglie non funzionava e non hanno risolto il problema.

• Mark (8/5): Great value. - We liked the kitchen, the staff, the cleanliness, the quietness at night. I was hot at night, only one A/C in the living room. Bath didn't have a shower head, was a bit hard bathing the kids.

• Grigoria (9/5): A wonderful apartment in one of London's most adorned addresses. - A wonderful apartment in one of London's most adorned addresses with easy access and all the necessary amenities. We stayed at the Belgravia Suite which is an apartment of 68 square meters (very spacious for London standards) that could easily fit a family of four since it has 2 double beds (one in a separate bedroom and one in the seating area). We were 2 and we enjoyed the space. The apartment is facing the street with a wonderful view and has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and many closets. It is nicely decorated and we felt like home. I usually stay in a friend's house in London and I got the same feeling from this little gem. I highly recommend it if you want to stay in Chelsea. My only concern was the communication between the management company of the property and the staff at the reception. I specifically asked the previous day at the management company if we could drop our luggage at 14:00 since we have arranged to be dropped off after a long journey by a taxi at that specific time. They reassured me that it was fine but unfortunately we waited one hour on the street before the receptionist was there (they even told me he was away at lunch!!!). The receptionist was quite ok and told me that he did not receive the message of my arrival and offered an early check in. In general I would expect a more professional and solution oriented approach. Other than that everything was great!
• Renaud (8/5): Un très bon endroit pour sillonner Londres - Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville. Bel appartement, très propre et bien équipé. Réactivité, courtoisie et gentillesse importante du personnel. Merci à eux. La gestion de la caution est un peu exigeante car elle est élevée, doit être avancée plusieurs jours avant le séjour et le remboursement est tardif. Attention au poids dans l'ascenseur :)
• Raphael (10/5): Uma opção maravilhosa em um bairro incrível de Londres - Esse apartamento é INCRÍVEL. O atendimento foi rápido, preciso e ajudou sempre que preciso de forma excepcional. O bairro é lindo e muito bem localizado, logo ao lado do metrô. Ainda, o apartamento que ficamos era espaçoso, super bem equipado, incrivelmente limpo e iluminado. Nada a comentar de negativo, sendo sincero.
• TCZQ (7/5): Great location, clean, but check the size of the bathroom - Location. The cleaning lady was very helpful and friendly. Did a great job. The shower was too small and had a very low sloping ceiling. The bathroom was overall really tight.
