The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and beautifully furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. All the amenities were available and worked perfectly. The location was quiet and conveniently close to essential services, which made the stay even more comfortable. Sehr hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeber, die uns unseren Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel gestaltet haben. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, weitläufig und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden. The location is fantastic, sitting in a quiet area but just a short walk from Edgware Road, Hyde Park, and great transport links. • Simon Karl (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle Lage. Sauber. Unkompliziert. Wir haben für 7 Leute gebucht. 2 davon konnten leider nicht mitkommen. Trotzdem war es für 5 gerade so angenehm was den Platz betrifft. Zu 7t wäre es wohl unangenehm geworden. Trotzdem top Apartment mit super Lage und sehr freundlichen, unkomplizierten Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

The apartments are beautiful, filled with natural light and quite spacious - something that is truly rare to find in London. The property is well equipped with all the essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is another major highlight: very convenient, centrally located, and situated in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to everything. A special word of appreciation for the house manager, Jeremiah. He was extremely prompt, always available, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, he was there immediately to resolve any issue and took great personal care of us throughout our stay. We would love to come back and stay here during our future visits to London. The place has a wonderful sense of warmth and comfort that made us feel completely at home. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again. Building plumbing needs some fixing.
• Jetmir (1/5): - - Hi, this was really unexpected. Just 3 hours and 38 minutes before I could check in, I received a message informing me that my reservation was cancelled because of a leak. I was travelling from far away and I didn’t have enough money to book another place, since same day bookings were double the price everywhere else. In the end, I had to book another apartment in Zone 5 because it was the only place available at a similar price. It put me in a very difficult situation, so hopefully next time, if this happens again with other guests, the staff can handle it better, because it is your responsibility.

• Daphne (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - Location is the only plus point to this property Staff are indifferent, couldn't care less about customer's comfort or well-being. Property is old, zero maintenance, dirty and not as advertised at all. Equipment does not work or so filthy you wouldn't even dare to use them. Entire plumbing system clogged up and we were unable to use both bathrooms and toilets (please pardon the graphic image shared but it will give you a pretty good idea of what we had to endure). Messaged the property and they didn't bother to respond. Broken door with sharp wooden shard protruding pose a serious safety hazard. When I saw that the curtains in one of the rooms was not wide enough to close completely, I thought it was bad. Nothing prepared me for the other room where the curtains are not even of the same length and not long enough to cover the window. I know it's a lost cause and they have given up😂 Bathroom doors can't be locked. Front door has no lock too!!! Property was not in a livable condition that didn't meet basic needs. Asked for a refund for the remaining stay so we could move somewhere else but was flatly refused. Of all my 30 years of travelling, this is hands down the worst place I've ever stayed in, with the worst staff ever. I have a dozen photos and videos of the property and wish I could share them in hopes of preventing this from happening to others. However, I could only upload 4 photos here.

• Sahil (1/5): They cancelled booking 3 hours before checkin without calling or any message. - They cancelled booking 3 hours before checkin by dropping message on bookings.com. i was traveling with family with one 7 year old and one 6 months old. They refused to cancel on bookings.com and asked me to cancel as if the cancel and it will impact their rating. Later they cancelled my booking saying guest requested cancellation. i called booking.com no help from them. had to come back to home. Very bad expereince.

Accommodation suited our needs perfectly - comfortable beds with everything we needed included. We did not see the hosts but communication with them was excellent. The shower in the main bathroom was tricky to get right temperature wise. The one in the en-suite was great.

Apartamento horrível, com mau cheiro, calefação precária, compressor de água barulhento ( ao ligar chuveiro, vaso sanitário, pias ou outro dispositivo que usassem água, o sistema de compressão da água fazia o maior barulho em todo o apartamento, inclusive, com vibração na estrutura) e as camas desconfortáveis. Tentei negociar a substituição, cancelar a reserva, restituir o valor e nada foi feito. Fiquei apenas uma noite, abandonando o restante da reserva, pois o espaço não tinha condições de uso, conforme anúncio. O Booking tentou mediar a restituição do restante do valor(não utilizado), mas eles se negam a fazer. São pessoas que não se pode confiar! • Hedi (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - La localisation est top, proche du métro Edgar Growe qui peut vous ramener à la station Picaddily Circus sans changement. Dans le quartier hyper centre donc attention si vous venez en voiture, pensez à vous acquitter du péage si vous ne voulez pas être verbalisé.

N'ayant été informé que pendant mon trajet d’arrivée, je n’ai pas eu d’autre choix que de subir. Aucun dédommagement proposé. (Explication donnée : problème de maintenance)

A localização é perto da estação de metro Edgware Road, zona 1, onde facilmente dá para aceder a todo o lado. O senhor Jeremiah foi impecável e muito querido. A casa precisa de manutenção em alguns pequenos promenores, como por exemplo revestimento dos móveis da cozinha descolados, espelho da sala remendado, teto do quarto precisa de reparação, casa de banho principal tem as portas/coberturas mal feitas.

The toilet seat lid was hanging off. There is no plug for the bath making a bath out of the question. The lift stopped working on day 2. As we were on a high floor made the carrying out of the luggage an issue with an elderly mother and an under 5.

In più c’era solo un asciugamano a testa per fare tutto senza ricambio giornaliero.

Very large double in master and three singles on second room. Nice size kitchen with everything you need. Walking distance to nearest tube. Two bathrooms - one on-suite however the on-suite could not cope when main bathroom being used and lost all water pressure. Not possible to use both at same time. It also had an issue with drain and back up. Sofa bed in lounge very hard.

• ruiz (8/5): Buena ubicación y tranquilidad - La ubicación Alquiler un apartamento para 7 personas, me dijeron dos habitaciones, una cama extra grande, otra dos camita y tres sofá camas en el salón comedor. Y nos dieron un apartamento con dos habitaciones , cama estra grande. La otra con tres camita y un sofá cama que no se abría. Es decir para 6. Te atienden por wusssa,Allí no hay nadie así que nos apañamos y por último.Que te dijeran que podías dejar las maletas.y no fuese así.Occion que nos dieron fue ir a otro hotel de ello bastante lejo .

I'm surprised at how big and spacious this apartment is i never thought one could find a spacious luxury apartment like this one in central london. I'd recommend to anyone and I will staying there anytime I'm in London. Easy check in no disturbance at all and d they are not calling and bothering you about check out. Best experience sp far if you are going to be in London please check out parkland apartments you won't regret it. I love everything ❤️ best experience so far

• Giulia (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - Appartamento accogliente, cucina attrezzata, abbastanza pulito, letto matrimoniale comodo, posizione buona, abbastanza centrale con metro e bus vicini. Parquet Il divano letto era molto scomodo e non era preparato per la notte anche se c'era tutto l occorrente (lenzuola, cuscini e coperta) ma noi avevamo prenotato per 6 e quello essendo il sesto letto doveva essere più idoneo e pronto. Poi il proprietario ci ha fornito il video per aprirlo perché non era così intuitivo. Anche i lettini singoli nella seconda camera non erano comodi. La porta dell appartamento non si riusciva ad inchiavare da dentro. Le finestre non sono molto isolanti, si sente molto rumore e aria però nel complesso era comunque abbastanza caldo.

• Ryan (9/5): Very thankful to the host for being so helpful upon our early arrival. - Host was incredibly helpful, allowing us into the rooms earlier. In the perfect spot for our travels around London. Rooms were clean and spacious and worked as a perfect base for our family of five.

M&S plus Waitrose within a minutes walk along with All the attractions of the West End of London . The team at Parklane Apartments were very helpful and friendly , will definitely return again soon.

• Filip Moldovan (10/5): A pleasant and convenient stay in a good location. - The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. The check-in process was easy, and the place had everything needed for a short stay. Nothing major to mention. Everything was generally fine for a one-night stay.
• Виктория (1/5): Not worth the money! - I guess the location is somewhat central, even though you would still need to walk at least 8 min. to any sightseeing or metro station, so it’s the same, also the apartment is bog in terms of square meters but that’s ot for the positive side. The accomodation as well as the customer service sucks donkey balls. It is my 4th visit to London and I must say that for almost 2000 pounds per 5 nights, I have never before stayed in worse conditions.! The check in process was non- existent, we were not sent check- in instructions. I received a message saying that I should call 15 min. before arrival in order to be met, no-one showed up. We stated that we will arrive between 2 and 3 o’clock in the afternoon (please note that the check in starts at 14:00) however we got delayed and we reached the destination at 16:30 and at that point I still didn’t have instructions on how to enter, even though I have called like 5 times with no answer. 10 min. later, when we finally enetered, I understood why the guy delayed them. The housekeeper was just getting out the apartment. Boy I wonder what would we (a family of 4 adults and 2 kids) have done, have we arrived at the time of check- in? But this is not the whole surprise! The apartment looks much better in the picture. In reality, the kitchen furniture looks like it has been picked up from the garbage. The WHOLE apartment has been given “The landlord special” (write it in tiktok, you will see) and has been maintained in an awful manner! The shower in one of the bathrooms is unusable, it either gives ice- cold water or boiling.

• Asad (10/5): Clean and nice appartment - I like the space of the property and the clean of the apartment. Highly recommended for friends and Family. Helpfully will come back again. The best stay in London. They also have spry on the toilet. No thing, everything was amazing.
• Manal (10/5): مكان مريح ونظيف جداااا - تعامل الموظف الباكستاني تم استقبالنا بأفضال استقبال ، بس لازم تتصلوا عالرقم المرسل عبر الايميل قبل الوصول للشقه قبل ساعه افضل خاصة اذا جايين مبكر ، وكل شيء متوفر مناديل صابون شاي قهوة سكر والشقه واسعه وشرحه وتوفر مصعد وادوات نظافه داخل الشقة وقريب جداااااا من اغلب المحلات وشارع اكسفورد تقريبا 10 دقائق مشي وتوفر محطه الباص قريبه جدا احيانا بالطلبات مثل المطاعم لازم انت بنفسك تنزل تستلم الطلب لأن الباب الرئيسي مقفل المفتاح عند السكان ، يعني مفتاحين تستلم للشقه والباب الرئيسي
