• Marília (10/5): Comfortable for a month or longer, amazing property and location - The best place, it was a home and so big that could fit a big family. Everything, from start to finish was perfect with the property: good communication, amazing neighborhood (metro, bus, supermarket, uniqlo, everything nearby), decoration. Also, great wifi, I was able to work (2 professionals having meetings and coding) super responsive and way better than tiny places next to dotonbori or touristic areas. I hope everyone have the same great experience as I had. I won't forget our Osaka home, thank you Nothing to complain! Please note that the rooms are in the second floor so you'll have stairs inside the apartment. Tip for the owner: another bench/cabinet at the kitchen next to the sink so we can store utilities would be useful.
• 婕 (7/5): 有很多隻小蟑螂 二樓床鋪牆壁上有疑似鼻屎的痕跡 隔音非常差 整晚都聽到隔壁的電視聲 但空間蠻大的 - 整體很大很舒適 有小蟑螂 很多隻
• 佐々木 (9/5): 結果オーライ！また利用したいです - そもそも実家近くの宿泊場所を探していたので、ロケーションはGood。部屋も清潔感があり快適。Wi-Fi完備、テレビがネットと繋がっていたのも、よかったです。 Booking.com経由の申込みだったため、宿泊者人数、宿泊者情報の変更、チェックイン方法の受け渡しなどに大変困りました。結果的には、うまくいったのでよかったですが、チェックインまでヒヤヒヤしました。

• ZIJUAN (9/5): Worth it, a good way to avoid the crowd and noise. - Really nice, quiet, clean and SPACIOUS place to stay. It's in the residential areas, close access to the supermarket LIFE, several sushi bars, and a McDonald's, 6-min walk (or 4 if you fast) to the S line via the station Kita-Tatsumi, 13-min-ride to Namba station, which is basically a super transient to everywhere, so very convenient. Really good for those early riders and early bed goers, since you are supposed to be quiet after 10'a clock. Not really suitable for those who are able to climb the stairs, since it's a loft where the kitchen, bathroom, living room are downstairs, and the beds (bed) are upstairs. 供国人参考：在千日前线上的北巽站下车走6分钟，熟悉之后4分钟，周边有Life大超市，一楼吃的开到晚上12点，有寿司郎（应该是），吉野家走8分钟的样子，麦当劳也很近。北巽站到难波13分钟。是个66平米的小loft, 上厕所需要下楼，腿脚不便应该不会合适选择。 Not much.

• TAKASHI (7/5): - 周辺環境も程良く、旅行の拠点として良い宿でした。 清潔でファミリーにもおすすめです。 特になし
• jiajun (10/5): 愉快的假期 - 1.步行至地铁站5-10分钟，坐地铁可以直达核心商圈，很方便，这一站上车基本都有座位，空调很凉爽。 2.生活购物很方便，有好几家中小型购物超市。当然，不想自己动手周边也有性价比很高的日本料理店，而且价格合理。顺带说一句北巽地铁站旁边的拉面店，老板人特别好，味道和份量都比一籣拉面好很多，让人惊艳。 3.民宿内很干净，功能分区比较合理。服务人员会邮件确认入住信息，同时要求入住的所有人员都保持安静(包括你的邻居)，以避免相互打扰，所以入住这几天周边都非常安静，游完了一天可以得到很好的睡眠恢复体力。 4.空调，空气净化器，热水，洗衣机，电磁炉，微波炉，冰箱等设施比较齐全。还有方便干衣的小风扇，细节很好。 卫生间和淋浴间稍微有点小，房屋隔音效能一般，可能是传统民居改造而来的原因吧。有晚上遇到大排量机车轰大油门通过偶发事件，不过对于这个价格的民宿来说，家人和小孩已经很满意。

• Vincent (8/5): Very good - We had enough space and appliances for 4 people, easy to check-in/check-out, owner answers quickly, metro, bus, supermarket and konbinis close-by, quiet neighborhood Walls seems pretty thin, noisy neighbours can be heard if too noisy (with earplugs or noise cancelling earbuds all good though)
• Alvaro (9/5): Superb - Great location, spacious apartment, and very helpful host. Perfect for a short stay in Osaka. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything in the other rooms if the guests are loud.
