How to get to the front of the hotel to checkin was not clear. Better signage would have been more helpful. Additionally the breakfast in the morning while good was expensive.

Due to a flight cancellation, I needed assistance with rebooking, and he handled everything quickly and efficiently. He was courteous, calm, and genuinely helpful during a stressful situation. His speedy service and professionalism made a big difference, and I truly appreciated his support. Excellent customer service all around.

The service is outstanding, and the manager truly stands out, she does an exceptional job, is always present, and sets the tone for a team that is consistently helpful and attentive. Parking is easy and gets you into the hotel quickly. Highly recommended.

He had a smile on his face, he led us in within a few minutes. The ancient displayed while checking us was outstanding. He was dressed professionally, very knowledgeable, spoke to us with making himself very approachable, and wanted us to know if we needed anything to make sure we called him immediately. The service we were provided was second to none and definitely wanted to make sure he knew it and anyone else on the AC community. Definitely made sure we had and knew everything that was needed during our visit “you’re the man”

She was truly outstanding — so personable, attentive, and on top of absolutely everything from the moment we sat down. Her service was above and beyond in every way. We originally had dinner reservations elsewhere, but we ended up staying and eating at the hotel bar solely because of the amazing service she provided. Joscelyn made the entire night feel easy, fun, and welcoming. She is an absolute standout and such an asset to the AC Dadeland team! Highly recommend stopping by just to see her. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

- SIL3105 (8/5): Brand new Hotel - Comfortable and brand new Hotel , we stayed for a short time but our experience was very good. Charlie at Front Desk was so nice and friendly and he gave us the room we were looking for with a nice pool view. The King room was so comfortable with a sofa , work space, mini fridge, coffee maker and the bathroom was impeccable and modern . The location is also very good and close to Dadeland mall and lot of stores in the area . They also have free parking so if you’re looking for a place to stay at Dadeland I highly recommended the AC by Marriott . Thanks again to Charlie and all the staff. - Shannon (8/5): - Comfortable convenient hotel for dadeland mall and surrounding areas. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was the only let down - a fair selection but all the hot items (eggs/potatoes etc) were stone cold, didn't feel great value for 25 dollars (after tax) . Good coffee though!

The location is perfect — the mall is right next door which made grabbing dinner and last-minute items so easy. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the bed was great for a restful night. Christopher at the front desk was exceptionally kind and efficient both at check-in and checkout — he made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ian was amazing at check in and he really made me feel welcomed and extended his condolences. He was fase friendly and efficient. Thank you! There was another young lady in the evening with short black hair from PR that was so helpful. I was so exhausted from an emotionally draining week and she was very patient with me. The bartenders were also amazing as well. Great experience overall.

- 120arthurm (10/5): A Beautiful, Comfortable and Friendly Hotel - We were in town for the weekend and chose to stay at the AC Hotel. We had stayed there once before and found it extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great, plenty of shopping and dining very close by. Parking was complimentary, and the hotel had 3rd floor access to the adjacent parking garage which led right into the hotel. The pool, restaurant and lounge area were beautiful. We visited the bar in the lounge and had a lovely visit with Jocelyn and Emelia. Both girls were incredible. They were very pleasant and made sure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying there again.

- KARIN (9/5): - Location You charge USD 5 for every package that arrive from Amazon, even when we are in the hotel. Does not make any sense. Sometimes packages only cost a few dollars and you pay that much, not only becomes everything super expensive, but is the further concept of service that I can imagine. That does not apply in any Hyatt or Hilton franchise hotel. Even when I love the hotel, it discourage me to book it next time.

Her quality and consistency exceed expectation especially in an era of "churn and burn" customer service aimed at quantity over quality. Miguel also was a great chef with a solid 8.5 out of 10 burger and wings. Would totally ditch the mall restaurants for a cozy evening at the AC Marriott bar.
