• Maria_1973_CY (6/5): Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the expectations for such an upgraded property. - Great location with easy access to the metro station. Kolonaki Square is only a 5-minute walk away, which made exploring the area very convenient. The neighborhood feels very safe and secure. There was persistent noise from renovation works on the upper floor, and the cleanliness was below the standard one would expect. Basic bathroom amenities were missing (no shower gel, body lotion, tissues, or hand soap in one bathroom). The bathroom ventilation/deodorizing machine was also quite noisy, and the kitchen only offered a kettle instead of a proper coffee machine. Overall, the apartment felt under-equipped and not as well maintained as advertised.

We also had a lovely host named Deb who gave us all kinds of wonderful ideas of where to visit while we were in Athens. She was a wealth of knowledge! One of us had to sleep on the sofa bed and there weren’t any blankets for the person on the sofa bed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, very well decorated and spacious, with everything you would need. Its in an excellent location, about a 20 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The area felt very safe, and we had no issues at all. The building was secure and very quiet. There are shops at the end of the street, open late, and lots if restaurants nearby. Nothing

• Nicolas Luis Victor (9/5): Excelente Atencion! - La atencion de la señora Debbie fue excelente. Nos pregunto el horario de llegada y de partida y fue muy amable en explicarnos todo lo que necesitabamos saber de Atenas ya que era la primera vez que visitabamos la ciudad. La ubicacion es muy buena, pero es un poco cansador ir y volver del centro a pie. Habiamos reservado para 7 personas y finalmente fuimos 5. El precio no se vio afectado.

L’apartament molt tranquil i silenciós, confortable i molt net. La Debi va ser molt amable i ens va ajudar amb les gestions necessaries. Fa molt bé la seva feina. Tot perfecte excepte que al bany de la suite el ventilador no funcionava bé i el sistema de drenatge genera una mica de mala olor.

• Chrisanthi (7/5): Great location but not a luxury apartment - Excellent location in a safe neighborhood near great restaurants. Close to everything. Not luxury. Old towels. Sheets and covers were old and yellowing. One of the beds looked like it hadn’t been changed and the there was yellow stains on the cover. Door handle on one of the doors was broken and kept falling off. Lift was broken when we arrived and we had to carry luggage up four flights of stairs. Old rugs in bedrooms. Not overly clean.

• Trish (2/5): If you rent, don’t book ANYTHING with the host. - Sadly, I cannot recommend this property. The person who runs it, turned out to be the cleaning staff. She booked transport for us from the airport to the property at double the normal rate. She then “recommended” a tour that turned out to be nothing like the promised tour and we were charged an exorbitant amount. Same for the transport from the property to the port. The transport van cost €85 and she charged me €150. I have never had a problem with recommendations from a host in the past. I have always found them trustworthy and honest. This was a money grab and she insisted on cash telling me it was an extra €100 for the “tour” if I wanted to pay by card. She then jumped into our van as we were leaving for our “tour” so she could be dropped off somewhere “on our way”. Do not rent here. The property is lovely and with a different host, I could recommend.

• Hilary (7/5): Loved the area and Athens; apartment was slightly disappointing. - The location was great with lots of local amenities and felt very safe. You could easily walk to the major historical sites. The apartment was very clean and Debbie the host was very friendly and informative. The beds were very comfortable. For the cost of the rental there could have been some small attention to detail which would have improved our stay eg kitchen roll in the kitchen, bin liners, a mirror in the bedrooms near a plug point, larger toilet bins so we didn't need to empty them in the bins on the street quite so frequently. Some typed information on local amenities, restaurant recommendations etc would also have added to our experience as although we were given a lot of verbal information, it was impossible to remember it all (not Debbie's fault, she was great).

Whilst the sheets were clean they seemed to be a little old and discoloured especially the mattress protector.

Many thanks to Mrs. Debbie!!! 10/10 - Mrs. Debbie welcomed us and showed us not only the apartment but gave us really helpful tips for Kolonaki and generally Athens. Sie offered us help even after giving the keys and was always available. She even organized our transport from and back to the airport. You sure can count on her for maximum comfort!

We will come back. - Great aoartmant with lits of space in veey nice area of Athens with lots of cafes, restaurant. Acropolis is very near, 20 min walk or 5 min with a taxi, and taxi is very cheap in Athens. Our host was excellent, she helped ys a lot, explain us everything when we came, and was on our disposal during our stay. The aoartment was very clean, soacious, big bedrooms, very big living room, very safe and nice neigbourhood.

• Mimoza (10/5): Fantastic stay with great memories ! - We planned this trip with my parents an my uncles family to spend some days together in Athens and this options we got in Booking.com was the best ever. Location GREAT , Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. We had the feeling of Thanksgiving every day at our stay there ! Debbie, our host was the first great impression we had of this apartment. Debbie got in touch with us, giving us support for the transfer and guides we may need. And most important we felt Debbie so near following up the news of the strike on the day of our arrival and i will always remember her call notifying us the strike was declined for tha airport and was only active for the public transfer, but anyway she arranged us the airport pick up and we didn't feel any issue. Debbie was ready for us for every request and question we have had. On our next trip to Athens, we will be calmer now that we have Debbie there ! THANK YOU VERY MUCH DEBBIE FOR MAKING OUR TRIP SO MEMORABLE !

• Canan (9/5): great location, nice apartment, needs better towels, heating with aircon until december. - you cannot beat the location it is the best. the building and the apartment itself are nice as well. the apartment is spacious, beds are comfortable. for such a luxury place the amenities they leave in the apartment is not enough. only one roll of toilet paper, not even one bottle of decent water, the towels are old and hard. we have stayes in 4 different apartments throughout our road trip in greece and every house we stayed in had at least a few bottles of water, capsules of detergent, extra toilet papers and paper towels, not to mention even salt, butter, coffee, some jams, breakfast bars etc. this one was the “emptiest” that way. for that price i believe you should keep in mind these small things in value that can make a big change in your guests trip.

The living room and dining room were huge and the kitchen was modern and had everything that we needed We didn’t have hot water on the last day. but it was not a problem for us because we didn’t mind
