• Shahrukh (1/5): Worst stay we booked our tickets back home the same day - Nothing - something like this shouldn't be on booking.com All lies fake scam.
• Martina (6/5): We loved the location, but the place requires some significant renovation. - Though the property requires some significant investment for its renovation, we loved the location. The apartment is only a few meters from the beach, bus stop, bakery and supermarket, as well as the promenade with restaurants, which makes it very easy especially with small children. The aircon worked really well and the beds were very comfortable. Overall, the place was quiet and we enjoyed having our breakfast and lunch outside in the garden. The host also treated us with fresh fruit from their garden. Firstly, we were a bit shocked since the property didn't look like on the photos. The facilities were old and old-fashioned. We also thought that the apartment had a private balcony, but the picture on booking.com was actually the space in the common garden, which we then used. Overall, the positive aspects like the locations, beds and the tranquility compensated for the negative aspects.

• Jake (9/5): Friendly owner/manager and Lovely property overall - Very professional and friendly owner/manager who promptly gave us the keys when we arrived. Property was clean and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure, the toilet was powerful and rooms well-sized for what we paid. AC worked well and kept the room nice and cool. Just outside the front door was a small table we used for breakfast a couple mornings. Property had everything we needed. As well as the AC worked, it did drip onto the bed. The pipes, boiler and toilet in the bathroom were all a little loud and made noise frequently. It was fine as someone who sleeps with earbuds but is worth noting. Lastly, property could be considered a little dated and rough around the edges, but it did ultimately have everything we needed facility-wise

• balatonman (9/5): Dubrovnik stad van vele trappen - Goed gelegen bij busstop en bij straat met veel restaurants. Ook keienstrand was vlakbij. Leuk appartement met al het nodige. Je moest wel snel zijn om te douchen. Was maar een klein verwarmingsketel.

Если вам нужно тихое спокойное место, чтобы отдохнуть - Больше всего понравилось месторасположение - 5 минут и мы на пляже, рядом несколько супермаркетов и пекарен. Автобус в старый город каждые 20 минут и допоздна, ехать минут 15, что для нас с маленькими детьми тоже большой плюс. В номере все просто, без изысков, но больше и не нужно если вы приехали наслаждаться морем, а не валяться в номере. Очень приветливый персонал, и нас не покидали ощущения, что мы в гостях на даче у дальних родственников (меня поймут жители стран постсоветского пространства). Фотографии номера не совсем соответствовали реальности, видимо сделаны были давненько и нашему номеру уже не помешала бы реновация, но все неудобства были компенсированы приветливостью персонала. К апартаментам ведет лестница по которой не очень удобно подниматься и спускаться с чемоданами или детской коляской, но уже на второй день пребывания мы приспособились и не обращали на это внимание.

Valitettavasti huoneisto ei ollut kovinkaan siisti - tuntui kuin lattioita ei olisi siivottu ja hiuksia oli vähän joka puolella. Tiskialtaassa oli myös likainen juomalasi ja roskia. Ehkä siivojalla oli jäänyt työpäivä kesken?
• Ruben (1/5): Horroroso - Absolutamente nada, horroroso y pésimo. El gato que ocupaba mi silla todos los días el único simpático. La estancia fue totalmente decepcionante y no corresponde en absoluto con la descripción del anuncio. El apartamento estaba sucio, con moho, mal olor, bichos (mosquitos enormes, arañas) y un ambiente insalubre en general. Además, no se especifica que se trata de la vivienda de la propietaria, lo cual resulta muy incómodo: la intimidad es inexistente, pues había varias señoras constantemente en la terraza (que es de uso compartido), hablando en voz alta desde las 7 de la mañana. Las instalaciones son pésimas, viejas y descuidadas. Apenas hay utensilios básicos de cocina, la nevera es tan pequeña que ni siquiera cabe una pizza, y la lavadora estaba sucia. La cuerda para tender la ropa se comparte con otros huéspedes, lo que resulta poco práctico. El agua caliente dura muy poco, así que uno tiene que ducharse a toda prisa. Además, un gato campa a sus anchas por la terraza (un detalle importante si alguien es alérgico), y llegamos a vivir situaciones de falta de respeto, como una de las mujeres entrando en el apartamento sin permiso. La iluminación de la habitación es incómoda, similar a un flash de discoteca. En resumen: condiciones insalubres, falta de privacidad, instalaciones deficientes y una experiencia muy desagradable. No recomiendo este alojamiento bajo ninguna circunstancia.

• Vincenzo (2/5): Non lo consiglio a nessuno. - Nulla “Esperienza davvero deludente a Villa Hortensia. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, con stanze che erano visibilmente sporche. Inoltre, le camere erano estremamente piccole, rendendo il soggiorno scomodo e poco piacevole. Non lo consiglio assolutamente!”

• Biječek (8/5): - Na Dubrovník velmi dobrá cena ubytování. Skvělé místo - nejbližší pláž je 150m od ubytování, hezká malá pláž s útesy a půjčovnou vodních skůtrů je 750m daleko a dobře dostupná. Autobusová zastávka linky číslo 4, která vás doveze za deset minut přímo k branám Starého města je dvě minuty ode dveří. Měl jsme apartmán pro tři lidi v přízemí, přimo před jeho dveřmi je posezení v celodenním stínu tvořeného stromy a popínavými stromy (kiwi). Ubytování je jednodušší, ale plně dostačující pro letní pobyt a odpovídá požadované ceně. Majitelé uvádí, že check-in je možný od 13:00. Po přistání v 11:00 jsme odeslali SMS zprávu, že dorazíme v 13:00. Po příjezdu ve 13:10 nám majitel sdělil, že ubytování ještě není připravené, žezrovna obědvají a budeme se moci ubytovat cca za hodinu. Po hodině jsme přišli, evidentně vevnitř nikdo nebyl, paní tam jen dala kobereček do vany a pustila nás dovnitř ... Součástí ubytování je kuchyň, ale v apartmánu pro tři hosty byl jen jeden hrnek na čaj, jeden šálek na kávu a jedna sklenička. Také jen jeden ostrý nůž (vroubkovaný). Když jsem majiteli řekl, že tam něco chybí, ještě se tvářil překvapeně a prý co nám jako chybí. Ale je pravda, že hrníčky, šálky na kávu a skleničky následně doplnil. Sporák je velice starý na propan-butan, jen dvouplotýnkový, ale funkční. Ovšem nečekejte, že v této kuchyni připravíte jakékoliv složitější jídlo. V případě přízemního apartmánu, respektive jeho venkovního posezení, nepočítejte se žádným soukromím. Rodina majitele bydlí hned vedle, mají posezení oddělené od vašeho jen popínavými rostlinami. Také neustále prochází přímo kolem vašrho stolu do zadní části objektu, kde jsou další apartmány. Rovněž hosté ubytovaní v zadních apartmánech musí projít kolem vašeho stolu. Nám to nevadilo, ale vyhledáváte-li soukromí, poohlédněte se jinde.

• Minka (8/5): Very good - Very good location, lovely garden. Located next to the beach and the promenade. Right next to the acc. There is a bus stop so you can take the bus to the old town. Good water pressure in shower and toilet, warm water was enough. There was some ants in the kitchen and spider webs but it was expected since it is the ground floor.

We didn’t know that to enter the property we had to first go through a house and then go up to the apartment, and in that part of the house there was a lot of smell of cat pee, the facilities are a little old and no room has air conditioning, and one of the rooms started to rain when we had a bad weather, also when asking for our documents I questioned us for being Argentinians and making the reservation from another point

• Anastasiia (5/5): Passable - 1) AC 👍👍 2) The location is great, just near the beach and bus station 3) The terrace and the view are just incredible 😍😍 4) Nice host 1) It looks like this place has never had a proper cleaning :( The wardrobes are full of dust, the tables near the bed are dirty. Air ventilation at the ceiling is also completely covered in dust. 2) This villa is located on the second floor of the building, when at the same time host is living on the first floor. For us it wasn’t really comfortable living like this😅😅

• John (9/5): Great location and view, family friendly - Excellent terrace overlooking the sea, very friendly and helpful staff, and room for a family. Facilities were a little basic but adequate.

Also the mattresses are good quality and the object is right next to the beach - it's best value for given price. ALSO THERE ARE WILD TURTLES AND HEDGEHOGS IN THE GARDEN, so you might eat your breakfast with those little fellas

• Nicoleta (10/5): Amazing - The property is very well located near to beach and restaurants, easy access. The hostess was amazing, nice, service minded and available by phone _ responding the messages very fast.
• Caitlin (4/5): Disappointing - Location - close to the beach, quiet area, fruit trees and tortoises were nice. Accommodation not like the pictures on Booking.com When we arrived we were shown to the room and it did not look anything like what we had booked online. It was old and very basic, not much love given to this space which was really disappointing. The kitchen facilities were basic, no oil ,salt, pepper or sugar. Minimal kitchen untensils, no teaspoons, only 2 cups when there was 3 guests and no-one around to ask for anything... Towels were old and there was also no hot water in the shower so had to take cold showers. We asked if we could use the balcony area but were told it was for other guests. We had no view of the beach only of a backgarden. Bed was comfortable and air con worked well. Location is excellent very close too the beach.

• Alexeyh (10/5): Perfect location and environment, meets all needs, friendly owners, good value for its price. - The property met all basic needs for a commensurate price: bedrooms, shower, air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine. Sitting area outside is in the shade of an orange tree and kiwi vine. There are beautiful plants and flowers, a family of turtles crawling in the garden, and a lot of cats, which was all a great delight to our toddler-age kid. The owners were very friendly and prepared to help. There was a very comfortable direct bus connection (No.4) to Dubrovnik old town, and the bus stop is right next to the property, with busses coming every 15-20 minutes, and the trip taking about same. There were some minor problems, e.g. water from the shower remaining on the floor in the bathroom - which the owner started to address as soon as I informed him. It didn't affect our stay, as opposed to the crazy prices for eating outside in Dubrovnik area - we had to use the kitchen a lot, but that's in the favor of the property.
