Great to have tea and coffee in the room and we appreciated the washing machine to use too and loved the roof top area to have a wine and view the Acropolis. Also it was very easy and close to walk to all the tourist spots, half an hour walk to the Acropolis nothing it was fab
• Shirley (10/5): Hestia was a welcome refuge after long flights. - Hestia was a welcome refuge for our one night stay after long flights and lost luggage. We unfortunately missed our "welcome" pickup which I had already paid for because of the lost luggage. We appreciated the code/information sent ahead of time to us so that we got into our apartment with no trouble. Since we arrived after dark in rainy weather, we didn't have a chance to see the rooftop view until the next morning. I had makings for mimosas with me so we enjoyed those while looking at the view of Athens and the Parthenon. The "welcome" pickup was a waste of money due to the lost luggage. I'd recommend that people just wait until arrival and then book an uber.

• Georgi (9/5): Great location, comfortable apartment, very noisy though! - Excellent location. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Very clean Noisy. Located on a busy street, which is manageable during the day with windows closed. It is however right opposite to a very lively fast food restaurant, which remains open until at least 3 o'clock in the morning. Lots of late-night deliveries and clients chatting on an open terrace just below your windows. The sound insulation is reasonable, but it is definitely not a quiet place.

Ils changent les serviettes tous les 2 jours. Mais on a dû réclamer le renouvellement des gels douche, nous faisions nous mêmes les lits, et j’ai moi même nettoyé la salle de bains et les wc car ce n’était jamais fait.

Es wurde mehrmals der Abfall entsorgt und neue Handtücher gebracht. Super Kommunikation mit dem Team wegen check in code und sogar ein Luggage Room beim auschecken vorhanden Es dürfte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es fehlte zbs einen Lappen für die Küche und am Anfang einen Teppich für die Dusche der wurde aber nach 2 Tagen noch gebracht.

• Tim Sercu (8/5): Goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Athene - Ruim en proper appartement, vanop de rooftop heb je zicht over de hele stad, inclusief Akropolis. Elke dag werden nieuwe handdoeken gebracht en werden de vuilnisbakken geleegd. Op Pasen kregen we een geschenkje om te vieren. Deuren zijn keyless, zo kan je de sleutel ook niet verliezen. Afstand tot het centrum op 20 minuten wandelafstand. Service-medewerkers: bij het boeken hadden we al gevraagd naar mogelijke parkings, maar hier werden we niet echt in geholpen. Het had ook handig geweest als we toen hadden geweten dat het orthodoxe Pasen was en de parkeergarages eigenlijk sloten tot en met maandag. Nubwas het moeilijk om onze wagen kwijt te raken én op te halen. Deze informatie misten we dus. Nadeel van online boeken zonder direct contact is dat we ook onze ID moeten doorgeven via mail, wat overal afgeraden wordt, maar anders kregen we onze incheckgegevens niet.
• Amir (1/5): No air conditioning in bedrooms, completely unacceptable - Location was decent, but unfortunately that was the only positive aspect of the stay. Very disappointing stay. The apartment is advertised with air conditioning, but in reality, there is no cooling available in the bedrooms at all. The system is centrally controlled and was locked on heating mode, meaning it could not be switched to cooling under any circumstances. As a result, the bedrooms were extremely uncomfortable and not properly usable, especially at night. When we contacted the property, they confirmed the issue and said it cannot be changed. The only “solution” offered was to open windows or balcony doors, which is not acceptable due to safety concerns and mosquitoes. Offering extra cleaning instead of fixing the issue does not address the problem. This is a clear mismatch between what is advertised and what is actually provided. I would not recommend this property.
• RamiZahran1983 (8/5): Great place for a small family vacation. - Good location. Walking-distance from Panepistimio metro station and all the main squares (Syntagma, Plaka, Omonia, and Monastiraki). Well-maintained apartments, equipped with decent kitchenette and utensils. Some water, snacks, and coffee are provided on arrival. Water-kettle and coffee machine available. Bathroom is clean. Cleaning staff are friendly. Small supermarket, 2 restaurants, and several coffee-shops are very close to the apartments. Towel-changing every 2 days and sheets-changing and apartment-cleaning every 4 days (but it is not a big problem). The living-room is slightly small.

• Ofeche (9/5): Perfectamente, podría ser un diez - Muy buena ubicación, a escaso metros de la trilogía moderna de Atenas y de la plaza Syntagma. Apartamento moderno, con todo lo necesario para pasar una estupenda estadía en Atenas. Baño amplio y completo, cama súper cómoda. Cocina muy completa, con barra desayunador y cómodo sofá frente al TV. Como broche de oro, vale la pena subir a la terraza, tiene una vista fantástica de la Acrópolis. Detalles de "diseño" que podrían mejorarse. En el baño la luz se enciende por detección de movimiento. Si estás en la ducha se apaga y tienes que hacer aspavientos para que se encienda. Y las cortinas para oscurecer, no cubren toda la ventana, por lo que te despertarás con el sol.

• Barbara (9/5): - This apartment is very central and close to the metro. It is located in a fabulous neighborhood with lots of bars and restaurants around. Lycabettus Hill is not far. The view from the roof is breathtaking. Having visited in March, we really enjoyed the heating. It can be a bit noisy at night if you're not used to living in a city. I was really annoyed by the thermostat which shines bright blue light all the time. There is no way to turn it off, and it is directly next to your head. I ended up covering it with a pillow.

• Juan José (10/5): - La limpieza y el buen estado del apartamento. Tiene todo lo necesario. No falta de nada. Está bien situado. A 5 minutos andando del parlamento, que es prácticamente el inicio de todos los tours. La estancia ha sido muy buena. No encuentro nada que puntuar mal.
• Ariela (10/5): Wonderful and comfortable apartment for 5 - We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this apartment in Athens! The location is simply perfect – only about 450 meters from the metro, which made getting around the city extremely easy. The apartment is located near the university area, which is vibrant and full of life, with many great bars, restaurants, and several supermarkets just a short walk away. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Towels were replaced every two days and the apartment was even cleaned during our stay, which was a wonderful surprise. Everything we needed was provided – soaps, a dishwasher, a dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes and utensils to prepare meals. It truly felt like a home away from home. The combination of the amazing location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made our stay perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. Nothing

• Danielle (9/5): Heerlijk appartement op een centrale locatie. - Fijne centrale locatie, heerlijk balkon en bijna alles op loopafstand. Het was helaas te fris om vaak op het dakterras te zitten maar de momenten dat het kon was het heerlijk in het zonnetje met uitzicht op de Acropolis. Prima bedden, lekkere douche. Alles top geregeld. Bij vragen via whatsapp wordt er snel gereageerd. Alles was top!

• Valérie (9/5): - Le penthouse est un appartement très bien équipé et confortable, avec deux belles terrasses privatives munies de tables et chaises et vue sur la ville et le mont Lycabette qui est proche. De la terrasse commune à l’étage du dessus, on voit aussi l’Acropole. Le quartier est résidentiel. C’était très bien.

• Βικυ Μπουσγου (8/5): Όμορφο κατάλυμα στο κέντρο της Αθήνας - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και φωτεινό. Η τοποθεσία άριστη, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας. Ακόμα και με τα πόδια μπορείς να φτάσεις εύκολα σε πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος και να εξερευνήσεις το κέντρο. Το κατάλυμα διέθετε είδη υγιεινής, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, καφετιέρα και κάψουλες για καφέ. Κάθε μέρα υπήρχε τυπική καθαριότητα (πέταγμα σκουπιδιών) και ανανέωση στα προιόντα, π.χ. χαρτί υγείας και σαμπουάν/ αφρόλουτρα και τη 2η ημέρα της διαμονής μας μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες. Πολύ σημαντικό ότι στα 10 μέτρα υπάρχει ιδιωτικός χώρος parking γκαράζ που λειτουργεί 24ωρο με πληρωμή όπου μπορείς να βάλεις το αμάξι για να είσαι άνετος, καθώς στο σημείο δεν είναι εύκολο να βρεις ελεύθερο χώρο. Το σαλόνι δεν ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο για 4 άτομα, θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένας μεγαλύτερος καναπές. Επίσης η τηλεόραση δεν ήταν smart, σε περίπτωση που ήθελε κάποιος να παρακολουθήσει σειρά, ταινία κλπ. Τα παράθυρα ανοίγουν μόνο σε ανάκλιση.

• Lars (10/5): - Het appartement ligt ideaal voor de hoogtepunten van Athene. Ga zeker naar de Akropolis, beklim de Lycabettusheuvel en ga een dagje naar Piraeus. Appartement wordt heel goed bijgehouden. Extra pus is het dakterras. Wat een uitzicht! Eettip: taveerne Klimataria. Wat een fantastische tent met livemuziek....niet twijfelen, gewoon dit appartement boeken!

• LucaG95 (10/5): Fantastico! - L'appartamento è molto spazioso, comodo e luminoso. Inoltre è all'ultimo piano ed ha un bellissimo terrazzo che abbiamo sfruttato anche per mangiare e fare colazione. La posizione è ottima perchè in una zona abbastanza tranquilla ma a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Atene e dalle principali attrazioni. E' stato un bellissimo soggiorno, lo consiglio e ci tornerei volentieri.
