Facilities are basic, for example no replenishment of complimentary water beyond day 1, understand it’s to keep cost reasonable but at least water dispensers should be placed in every floor rather than only the gym.

I commenti parlavano di stanza rumorose: nulla di eccessivo per me, considerando che New York è una città caotica. Il vero plus le pulizie, per me fondamentali e devo dire sempre inappuntabili. Nessun capello o altro. Una segnalazione positiva in più: un paio di volte abbiamo chiesto di pulire la camera fuori orario e ci è sempre stato risposto positivamente (tra l'altro la gentilissima signora che si occupava delle pulizie aveva i capelli con retina proprio per l'accuratezza del servizio). Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Aucun sens de civisme de la part de la plupart des voyageurs! Hurler comme des possédés. Nous avons hériter d une chambre collé au mécanisme des ascenseurs… le bruit a été INCESSANT,impossible de dormir correctement ! Inadmissible qu un hôtel 4 étoiles n insonorise pas mieux les chambres !!!!!

La literie pas excellent ni les oreillers mais le King size est appréciable. Le bruit même au 27ème étage mais bon c’est proche de Times square, j’ai connu pire.

- Nathalie (8/5): Prima verblijf midden tussen veel bezienswaardigheden - Behulpzaam en aardig personeel. Goede bedden, prima kamer. Dicht bij de metro en bezienswaardigheden. Het dicht gaan de kamerdeuren maakt enorm veel geluid. Dit kan niet zachter, maar je wordt er steeds wakker van. Je hebt pech als gasten midden in de nacht terugkomen/ weggaan.
