Både ute- og inneområdet var rent og pent, helt i henhold til bildene. Praktisk med to små toalettrom i tillegg til to bad m/dusj på hvert av de. Hver morgen kom en hyggelig mann som renset bassenget og vasket uteområdet. Ute var det laget til med flere soner! Utleier Ida er en superhost!! Hun kom med mange gode forslag til utflukter og restauranter. Hun svarte raskt når vi lurte på noe. Hun er virkelig skjønn:) Hun arrangerte et supert opplegg for oss siste dagen da vi hadde veldig sein avreise fra dbv apt.

We were a group of 11 family members, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful — immaculately presented, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Every detail had been thought through to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. It felt luxurious yet welcoming, with all the amenities we could have asked for the pool was large and the terrace was huge. The location was perfect — peaceful, yet just a short distance from the heart of Dubrovnik, allowing us to easily explore the town while having a tranquil home base to return to. But what truly made our holiday unforgettable was our host, Ida. Words genuinely don’t do justice to how incredible she was. From the very beginning, Ida went above and beyond in every possible way. She helped us organise day trips, arranged transportation, assisted with food deliveries, and was always available to help with anything we needed — big or small. Ida had the fridge stocked with food and drink for our arrival and she had gone out of her way to personally order a beautiful birthday cake for one of our family, followed by an amazing cooked bbq, we asked for all these things and Ida absolutely went above and beyond. She brought warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care to every interaction. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We’ve travelled a lot over the years, but Ida is, without question, the best host we’ve ever encountered. She didn’t just host us — she looked after us, and she made our stay feel truly special. If you’re considering a stay in Dubrovnik, Villa Ida is an absolute gem, and you’ll be incredibly lucky to meet such a wonderful host. • Catarama (10/5): Best value for money ever! - Everything! We really loved the location, as is 7 min walking distance to the old city. The villa is very very beautiful and clean and has a very beautiful garden with a nice pool, which is cleaned on a daily basis. And most important, the host, Ida, is exceptional!!! She helped us with the plane transfer, reservations, lots of important information and everything we needed! Whenever we needed anything, we called Ida and she gladly helped us, like a personal guide to everything in Dubrovnik! -
• L (10/5): Excellent - The Villa is located in an excellent area for walks into the old city. The rooms are all spacious and cleanliness excellent. Ida the host is very kind and helped with suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to dine in. She also arranged transfers and taxis when required…. An amazing host! She arranged for cot and high chair for our little grandchild. The area is secured with a wall surround and keyed entrance. The Villa is situated where the sun remains until sunset with lots of areas outdoor to enjoy the views or to sit quietly and read or lounge and sunbathe.
• Henrik (9/5): Difficult to picture a better place for a holiday in Dubrovnik - Location is excellent! Close to old town in south-east and close to excellent restaurants to the north-west. Bedrooms and beds are good and clean. Pool and outside area was perfect for chilling when you did not have the energy to go the beaches close near by. Overall we hade a superb week in Villa Ida. The hostess was exceptionally helpful and had even filled the fridge with wine, cheese and prosciutto as well as fruits for our arrival! Only smaller minus would be if you are more than 6 persons and the wether would happen to be rainy all the time, then the dining area and inside facilities would get small. But also that would be manageable.
• Lorryb (10/5): Gorgeous villa, perfect location, wonderful host - loved our stay!💕 - Ida welcomed us with a lovely surprise of some food and drinks then showed us round the gorgeous villa, gave us lots of advice on the area, places to eat and things to do and then handed us the keys. The villa is amazing!! There were six of us - two couples and two children. We each had a double room, the beds extremely comfortable with air con in each room. There are two bathroom/shower rooms and two separate toilets. The kitchen is very well equipped and a comfortable lounge. The pool and garden is cleaned every morning and the villa was immaculate overall. The location of the villa is perfect to walk to the old town (10mins) and also to explore the other side - marina etc. it’s secluded and quite so great for relaxing after exploring. Ida was contactable for any advice/ideas and a super host overall☺️ 100% recommend you stay here!

Had plenty of kitchenware and very well organized, provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this house due to its location as we wanted to be close to the Old City but not actually in it. Just 10 minutes’ walk. We just loved the pool where we spent a lot of time just hanging out. Would recommend this house to everyone and maybe someday we can come back. We also loved the fact that our fantastic host Ida checked in with us from time to time to make sure we were OK, if we needed anything and came with good suggestions. To me that is great customer service. Nothing to complain about

It was within walking distance of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If weather was bad, there wouldn’t be a lot of space indoors for socialising together as a large group. Kitchen was a bit small for preparing family meals.

We visited the old town, took an Elaphiti Island boat to - We were welcomed with a sparkling clean house that accommodated our two families (4 adults and 4 teenagers) wonderfully well. We were in walking distance to a nice bakery and a Konzum grocery store. The pool was a perfect place to relax and hang out. When we ventured to the old town or the beach, it was an easy and pleasant walk for all of us. Ida herself was amazing — she was an exceptional host who was immediately available to help us plan activities or reliable transport. She was kind and helpful and also very knowledgeable about history and context for this gorgeous setting.

The Villa has everything you need and more! Ida is an outstanding host who takes the time to share her local knowledge and expertise. Her excursion recommendations were great and all 9 of our party had the most fabulous time. Villa Ida is an outstanding property which is presented in top class condition. Within a 10 minute walking distance off Dubrovnik it is an ideal place from which to explore this amazing country. Absolutely nothing!
