• Tian (1/5): not recommended - totally disappointing! The service staff even shout at me! can't believe I spent 177 euros for such a bad experience! It's funny to see that the coffee capsule can't fit the coffee machine!

• Christopher (3/5): Misleading room description - Clean & close to Milano Centrale. Photos show a bed & a sofa bed & state a balcony! The sofa bed is hidden by the bed in the only space in the room & cannot be used. The balcony is a shared space between yours & your neighbours front doors, not for relaxing on & a notice on the wall stating that nobody should loiter or gather in these areas, a balcony should not be advertised with this property!

• Aleksandra (10/5): My stay was very pleasant and comfortable, and I would happily return. - The location was excellent, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with the hosts was fast and friendly, and the overall stay was very pleasant. I would definitely choose it again. There wasn’t anything major that I didn’t like. Overall, my stay and everything was comfortable

• Amanda (7/5): Custo benefício aprovado - A localização próximo a estação de trem foi ótima. Facilitou muito o deslocamento, chegamos deixamos as malas e fomos bater perna! Tem metrô perto. Tem bom custo-benefício. No início achei o check-in estranho pois o anfitrião deixa o endereço de um local perto(na esquina) para pegar as chaves. Mas foi bem tranquilo! Vídeos que ele manda não deixa dúvidas! O contato com ele é excelente! O quarto é MUITO pequeno. Muito mesmo. E tem uma Mesa “de parede” que ao tentarmos descer ela caiu no pé e machucou bastante. Vale o anfitrião mandar um vídeo mostrando como funciona a mesa.

• Morgane (7/5): Notre séjour était agréable. - Super emplacement, bien sécurisé. Le bâtiment et la chambre sont propres. Le matelas est un peu trop dur, dommage qu’il n’y ait pas d’égouttoir pour la vaisselle. La porte du grillante d’entrée avait parfois du mal à s’ouvrir.
• Heejoon (2/5): - 1. The property’s central location is a definite advantage, being very close to Central Station and the Penny supermarket. However... 2. The actual room size is significantly smaller than what appears in the photos on Expedia. Once the wall-mounted bed is pulled down, there’s hardly any space left to walk around. 3. There isn’t even enough room to sit and eat comfortably. 4. What you see in the photos is not everything — the space is so limited that there’s barely room to place your luggage. Please keep this in mind.
• damarys (2/5): - Check in was awful. Property is so tiny you can barely open your luggage. Cannot walk. Bathroom door cannot be open if you do not put bags in the bed. Shower door unsafe fell on me. My husband had to fix it! Area is dirty and you see homeless people sleeping near front gate.

• Prokop (6/5): Small but fine; okay for one night - Clean and close to the train station. IT WAS SO SMALL! I was not prepared for it to be so small that we had to edge around the bed. It was not great and I was relieved we were only there for one night. Okay if you plan to only come back to sleep and spend no time in the room.
