Guest Reviews
- Tracy (10/5): We had a lovely stay. The location is within 20 minutes walking to just about everything you want to see. - Spacious. Comfortable. Good location.
- Amber (9/5): We really enjoyed the space and would gladly stay there again. - The location was excellent, the facilities were great and we appreciated having a washing machine. The door code check in was tricky as only one of us had access to data on our phone. It wasn't very convenient.
- Clara (8/5): Very good - Location, clean, size Air conditioner and bathroom were too noisy
- Diane (8/5): Very good - Breakfast not applicable. Location was brilliant. A small problem with access but hosts were brilliant with help.
- Davide (2/5): Terrible experience - The only positive thing of this place is the position It’s a dark and very old apartment, dirty, and ugly. The shower cabin was broken, with a sharp piece of plastic coming out and that almost cut my leg. The door of the bathroom was broken and not possible to be closed. In the bedroom there was a yellow sticky stain near the window. The headboard of the bed was really really dirty. I forced myself to sleep there. Also, I needed to make self check-in, wasting time in putting my personal details in a stupid platform. During this terrible experience I tried to text, call and email the host and they NEVER replied. This is not even da decent service, especially after paying more than 300 euros for two nights. Don’t go to this place.
- Brown (7/5): Great experience for Rome - The location of the apartment is fantastic and the furnishing and how spacious it is are all great attributes The bathroom is outdated so makes a lot of noises and we didn’t end up with hot water majority of the time when wanting to take showers
- Joanne (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (7/5): FIGURE OUT HOW TO PREPARE RENTERS BETTER REGARDING THE FRONT DOOR - Location, clean, The door to the building was a problem - the phone number I was sent to dial in order to open it DID NOT WORK, but after 45mins in the rain of trying different combinations of numbers, I tried it without the '+39' and that worked. The instructions need to be improved. Also - when I went to leave before 10:00am on the final morning, that front door WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE. After 30 mins of my trying, and a gentleman with a key on the outside also unable to open it, he finally was able to open it.
- Frank (9/5): Great visit to Rome with very nice accommodations. - Location was great. Just a few steps to eating and shopping options. A few minutes high end shopping. Easy 15-20 minute walks to several big sites. Loved having a washer and a patio. Would stay there again. Plumbing was noisy and there seemed to be a slight odor from the restroom. Bed was too soft and lumpy. Door locking took a few tries to get down correctly. Those are our only complaints.
- Robert (6/5): Pleasant - Big flat with lots of space. Needs some maintenance done. The shower is quite cramped.
- Anonymous (9/5): amazing will recommend friends - location, very clean and friendly stuff when you turn on heater and stove or hairdryer same time- knocks out electricity
- Daria (6/5): Pleasant - Location is super, the apartment is big and has almost everything you need. My friend had to wait for the host for 1,5 hours and it was super stressful for her because she didn't have internet (which we communicated in advance to the host)
There were also regular electricity power outages when you turn on the kettle e.g. (3-4 times per day even though we weren't so often at home)
- Conor (9/5): very good location, a lot of space, overall very happy. - location shower was very small
- Neil (10/5): we had a fabulous week made easier by having a great place to stay. We love Rome!! - the central location was great. we could walk everywhere we wanted to in no time.
the property was well equipped for what we needed, it was clean and comfortable.
being met at the property when we arrived and being given great information to help us and the promise of more help if we needed it and to just get in touch.
air con was nice to have even in October! it was hotter than we were expecting! it is tough to say as we did love it but the street was still a bit noisy at times, however, that comes with a central location and so is not a negative for the property just more the location.
- Julie (9/5): Great flat - home away from home - in a wonderful location - The flat was wonderful. Very spacious and nicely decorated with a great kitchen and a private terrace (perfect for having breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening). The bed was extremely comfortable and the location was perfect - steps away from Campo de' Fiori and minutes on foot from Piazza Navona (the most beautiful piazza in Rome). The poor plants on the terrace were suffering from the horrendous heat - we watered them every day and they seemed to revive a bit. Perhaps these should be better looked after (as they certainly add to the ambience of the place).
