• Alex (6/5): - Mi è piaciuto molto l'ordine, la pulizia e la posizione strategica dell'appartamento. Lo staff sempre pronto è disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi ora ma.... Non mi è piaciuto il sistema dello staff di comunicare con me Nel senso che qualsiasi posto dove una persona soggiorna gradirebbe parlare con una persona reale, parlare al limite al telefono dietro un citofono qualcosa nonché una persona per 1 ora deba chattare coi bagagli in mano in mezzo alla strada. un sistema molto ancestrale. Infatti ho incontrato serie riguardo il sistema di apertura sia. Del cancello dell'appartamento che la porta dell'appartamento stesso. Penso che si poteva risolvere semplicemente con la cara vecchia buona chiave. Oppure con una scheda classica. Poi un'ultima cosa sicuramente ignoranza mia, pensavo che le lenzuola degli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno come qualsiasi hotel o hotel. Ma mi sono sbagliato in due giorni è stato cambiato una volta sola Ignoranza mia.

• Chrzan (8/5): - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, mieszkanie olbrzymie i czyste. Jest wszystko co potrzebne, zmywarka, pralka. Okropna kanapa.

• Davide (8/5): - Ottima posizione e spazi generosi dell appartamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Difficoltà all’ arrivo nonostante avessimo comunicato che saremmo arrivati al mattino. Poca disponibilità del gestore, al cellulare indicato non rispondono perché funziona solo la mail del servizio clienti quindi cosa lo mettete a fare, per far vedere che avete il servizio ?
• Ganna (9/5): - Апартаменти знаходяться в дуже тихому місці. Апартаменти були просторими, є три ванни, що дуже зручно. В кожній кімнаті та на кухні є кондиціонери. На кухні є все необхідне. У повідомленні від власника напередодні заселення було вказано, що о 14 годині дасть вказівки як зайти в апартаменти, однак нічого не приходило і ми були змушені самі писати листа з проханням, щоб надали доступ. В двох ваннах не було гарячої води, лише після повідомлення власнику написав, де її потрібно включити. Диван на кухні був дуже брудний. В двох ваннах дуже погано працював злив.

(6/5): Preis und Lage sind gut, Ausstattung eher schlecht - Die Lage war sehr gut, wir mussten nur wenige Meter bis zur Metro laufen und es gab ein paar Geschäfte sowie einige Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Unser Ansprechpartner hat schnell geantwortet, als wir ein Problem mit dem Boiler hatten. Die Wohnung war groß genug für uns mit sieben Personen. Die Klimaanlage hat meistens gut funktioniert. Der Strom ist regelmäßig ausgefallen, weshalb wir die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen konnten. Die Matratzen waren unbequem. Die Ausstattung war teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und wirkte wahllos zusammen gewürfelt. Es gab nicht ausreichend Besteck für sieben Personen.
• Ingrid (10/5): - Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans ce lieu. En arrivant nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'appartement, on ne l'imagine pas aussi spacieux sur les photos. C'est très confortable d'avoir autant de salle de bains. Les chambres sont très grandes. C'est super d'avoir la climatisation. La localisation est très agréable, juste à côté d'un supermarché et d'une station de métro, et dans un lieu de Rome peu touristique. Pour l'heure d'arrivée nous avons pu la modifier en dernière minute et les gestionnaires se sont montrés arrangeants avec nous. Dans les 2 chambres qui donnent sur la rue on entend assez fort le bruit de la circulation.
• Linh (10/5): Exceptional - Really close to subway station which goes directly to most important tourist spots like vatican, spanish steps and trevi fountain. Huge flat with room for everyone and nice kitchen. Very clean.
• Knopp (7/5): We got what we paid for. - Location & security No electric coffee pot, no condiments(ie salt,pepper,olive oil) basics. Lack of seating area. Nasty sofa with throw cover over it. No comfortable seating. Lack of privacy,lace curtains on windows & they don’t even cover the window. Lack of lighting & kitchen fixture has a light that is constant flickering.would suggest checking wiring. Hair dryer cord was wrapped in tape. Ants in kitchen, not a major issue but an issue.

• Roushdy (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at this property for a short visit in rome , it was an amazing experience, very specious and cosy apartment, extremely clean. Easy access to the metro station so you can easily room around Rome landmarks , the apartment is well equipped and works perfectly for a big family. Also instructions to access the apartment was easy and clear. The check in time was late 2pm , and checkout was early at 10pm. There was no that much of flexibility in these timings.

• Béla (8/5): Basically good apartment with quality weaknesses. - I liked the most the location and the arrangement of the rooms. 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a big kitchen was very comfy for the team. It was very easy to catch public transport. At one end of the street there was the underground station, at the other end the bus stop. These two options were quite enough to reach the famous places in Rome or the airport (Ciampino). Average BNB quality accomodation. It was the more the less clean, well equipped, but the clinks and the door were creaking, the beds were of the simplest type, cheap bed frame with bed mattress, which were slipping on the frame when moving on it. Thats all. If these things were fixed, the apartment would be a really good, top rated quality accomodation.
• Christina (9/5): Great place for large group who want to enjoy the wonders of Rome. - The place was very clean and Stefano was very helpful and easy to work with. It is close to the Re di Roma metro stop and easy to reach from Termini Station. The kitchen is not well equipped with dishes ( only 2 plates and bowls) we were a group of 7. No electric kettle or nespresso machine so we had to go out for coffee in the morning. There was coffee for the coffee maker but no filters.
