• Yanru (9/5): 位置好，房间大 - 位置好，房间挺大的，客厅可以打开好几个箱子，工作人员响应快，地铁站很近，去许愿池也很近 洗澡那里密封一般，容易溅到外面
• Zuzana (5/5): - Lokácia Počas nášho pobytu sa rano v apartmáne zjavil realitný maklér aj s ľudmi na obhliadku. Okrem toho sa nám prvé rano rozpadal jedna z postelí, ktorá už bol dost poničená prenajmami rovnako ako ostatný nábytok. Aj gauč, kde som bola donútená spať mal vyležanú priehlbinu.

• MUDr.Pavla (8/5): - Výborná lokalita v centru Říma, v pěší dostupnosti hlavních památek. Klidná ulička, okna s výhledem do dvora. Nedaleko metro. Chyběla klika od koupelny. V kuchyni není rychlovarná konvice, jen stará rozpadající se konvice na sporák. Chyběla myčka, čisticí prostředek na nádobí, utěrka.

• Mechbal Moustatya (9/5): Estupendo - Ubicación excelente, tenía todo lo necesario y muy cómodo. Estaba equipado con todo El baño tenía un poco de olor a tuberías, pero igualmente no era demasiado
• Ottmar (5/5): Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war enttäuschend. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Die Ferienwohnung ist an einigen Stellen sehr abgewohnt, viele Schrammen an den weißen Wänden. Im Bad blühen die Gipskartonwände am Eingang zur Dusche sehr stark aus und die Siliconkanten in der Dusche sind teilweise sehr schimmlig. An der Tür zum Bad fehlte die Türklinke zum Hineingehen. Die Wohnung war teilweise nicht wirklich gut gereinigt als wir angekommen waren. In der Küche gab es nur einen Schwamm zum Abwaschen, in dem Haare von den Vorgängern drin verfangen waren. Es gab nur ein Abtrockentuch, also man konnte es nicht wechseln. Das Geschirr bei der Ankunft musste auch noch einmal abgewaschen werden.

• Sandy (10/5): Overall it’s a great experience to stay, the unit is very clean and comfortable - Fantastic location!! waking distance to Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps close to bus and metro stations. Great bars and restaurants on the street level. Make sure you walk on tippy toes. Otherwise neighbor may not be happy.

Al apartamento en general parecía faltarle mantenimiento, se notaba que le pusieron poco esmero o cariño, a diferencia de otros apartamentos en los cuales se observa un interés en que el huesped tenga una buena experiencia. Por el precio esperaba más.
