• Elisabeth (9/5): - Appartement spacieux et emplacement relativement calme Cuisine manque de soins, vaisselle et placards pas très propre et four ne fonctionnait pas.

• Padilla (10/5): Un Rincón en Venecia - Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue su ubicación, estábamos solo a pasos de la plaza de San Marcos y muchos lugares de interés, a minutos de las paradas de los transportes acuáticos, de restaurantes, mini mercados, restaurantes, tiendas, etc. pero de igual manera permanecíamos fuera del bullicio y ruido que el ambiente turístico genera. El apartamento contó con todas las necesidades básicas para una estancia de varias noches y días, la cocina contaba con todos sus utencilios, cafeteras, horno, lava platos, etc. Nos brindaron privacidad, toallas, utensilios de limpieza casera, TV, WIFI, calefacción, aire acondicionado, abanico, plancha, etc. Adicional tiene una decoración muy bonita y tradicional. Disfrutamos mucho nuestras vacaciones por contar con este apartamento. Lo que no me gustó fue lo pequeño que es el baño en general, nosotros somos grandes y bañarnos en la ducha cerrada fue un reto. Nunca pudimos utilizar el TV porque no lo entendíamos creo que deberían dejar unas instrucciones por lo menos en el idioma inglés. Tampoco me gustó que nosotros tuviéramos que botar la basura en esos barcos y a la hora específica, en las estadías deben tener sus propios contenedores de basura/reciclaje y a personas que se encarguen de esos detalles, no los huéspedes.

• Nikita (5/5): Location: great, Host: Awful. I WON'T COME BACK TO THIS PROPERTY. - I liked the location, but for the first time it was VERY PAINFUL TO FIND IT. I had my 62YO mom with me, and it was not easy to find. The host had given instructions but it was the most hostile host I've ever encountered, so that person was of no help in anything. If you asked again, you'd get a rude reply, no matter how nicely you try to talk. It felt like you are talking to a robot with NO EMOTIONS. ROBOTIC/EMOTIONLESS HOST IS THE REASON I WON'T COME BACK TO THIS PROPERTY.

• Viktoriia (10/5): Felt like home! - It’s very cozy, comfy and huge flat! Full equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave and etc. was great to have my own breakfast and dinner. Don’t have to wash anything by hand, bcs there is a washing machine. Perfect. Felt like home. Good location, very quiet and safe. And super close to everything. Loved it!
• Melina (7/5): - The location was good if you wanted to be close to st Mark's square. The apartment was in a quiet street so there wasn't any disturbance from the street. Also, it was spacious. What really bothered us the most, was that temperature was fixed, with no possibility of us making it hotter inside the apartment, so we were cold, when we visited in late September. We contacted the owner but even so, they only brought it up around a degree, so we were still cold. Also, there were signs in the room that we are responsible for washing the dishes (!), and taking out the trash at specific times very early in the morning (!), which is not to be expected for the price of the room. Additionally, after seeing the city I would choose a different location to stay, because anytime we wanted to leave the apartment to visit other neighborhoods, we always had to pass through touristy areas, which we didn't love. Finally, on the day we were checking out, we asked if we could leave our three backpacks in the place, which was not booked for the day, for some hours, since the check out was at 10:00 (!), but the property offered to only keep it for the fulln price of the room minus a small percentage, which honestly seemed like a rip off. We ended up just renting a locker for 6 euros and putting it there. All in all, I believe that for this price we could have gotten a better and more honest accommodation in this beautiful city.
• RHIDIAN (8/5): Great base for exploring Venice and its festivals with very convenient location for the Zaccaria vaporetto. - Perfectly located. Quiet. Spacious. Good, functional bathroom. Good air conditioning. Decent bed. The kitchen facilities could be improved and benefit from some attention to details. The oven was broken. Only one saucepan. A couple of dishwasher tablets would have been nice as you don’t want to have to buy a whole box when staying for just a few days. Lighting design could also be improved as while there are an insane number of light switches it’s still a struggle to lift the gloom and get decent lighting in some areas (bedroom wardrobe area especially). Some strategically placed lamps might help.
• Anna (8/5): Para z Polski - Idealna lokalizacja, 5 minut pieszo do pl. Św. Marka, w cichej uliczce przy niewielkim kanale. Klimatyzacja na duży plus. Wyposażenie ok, niczego nam nie zabrakło. Łazienka pod względem czystości pozostawiła wiele do życzenia niestety, szczególnie kabina prysznicowa :-/
• jose ignacio (6/5): Lo único bueno es la ubicación - La ubicación El alojamiento promociona con fotos que incluyen horno y no funciona. Su anfitrión responde con ironía y de mala manera al mencionar que advertiría de esto a futuros huéspedes.
• Ranjit (9/5): Had a wonderful stay, great location and well maintained house. The hos was kind extended 1 hr extra during our checko - The location, the property, the kind host:) There was extra tourist charges collected post booking that came as a surprise. I think that should have been included in the booking price. As we already paid pretty good amount for the stay.
• Kokorina (9/5): Жилье не дешевое, считаю что можно лучше следить за чистотой - Неплохая квартира, небольшая, но для нашей семьи с двумя детьми нормально. Расположена в самом центре, все близко, но постоянно двигаешься в толпе туристов. В пяти метрах от двери квартиры выход к каналу. Посуда, фен, утюг и все необходимое есть. Не понравилась неопрятность, жирные шкафчики в кухне, грязный пол, муравьи. Хотели разложить диван в гостиной, там оказалась внутри грязная простыня и чья-то заколка. Пришлось сложить, дочь спала на сложенном.
• Neqita (4/5): Disappointing - The Location is good very close to the station The AC wasn’t working, I had booked another B&B with them in the beginning then they moved us to this one saying the Ac is not working is the other one . However The AC was disappointing in this one too. There was a small fan in the cupboard which kept us going.
• Sevak (10/5): Overall great experience & communication with Thomas was excellent, he was helpful, friendly, and made everything re - The house was cozy and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable stay. It was in a fantastic location, close to all the main attractions. Considering how central it was, the area was surprisingly peaceful. Everything was clean and thoughtfully set up , a lovely place to stay. N/A

• Aistė (9/5): Superb - Very nice and big apartment, everything is like from the pictures. Owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is in a really good location. Self check in is very comfortable! Apartment is located in a small and quite tricky street, not easy to find for the first time. Would be great to have description how to find it not only going from the ferry, but from train station as well.
• Elena (1/5): The dirtiest apartment i have ever stayed - Nice location, big apartment This apartment did not meet even the most basic hygiene standards. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell coming from numerous urine stains on the wall next to the toilet. The dried urine, left uncleaned, made staying in the bathroom intolerable. The shower also showed clear signs of never being properly cleaned. The worst part was the property manager’s response. Despite providing photos proving the stains and odor were from urine, he dismissed our concerns, claiming they were due to humidity—an unfounded excuse, as the stains were only on the side of the wall next to the toilet with no similar marks on the other walls, and the smell of urine is distinctly different from that of dampness. He then ignored our messages and never sent anyone to clean the bathroom. In general, the apartment was not clean. The kitchen, especially the inside of the cabinets, was dirty, and the same applied to the sofas. In conclusion, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Its lack of cleanliness ruined our stay. It is absolutely unacceptable to charge such high prices for a property in such a dreadful condition and to completely ignore complaints about cleanliness.
• Vesela (7/5): Overall good option for a shirt stay in Venice - Location was great, the apartment is big and has everything necessary, staff is responsive. AC works great. It is really noisy early in the morning, you can hear people outside as if they are inside with you. At a first glance it looks clean, but the more you look the dustier things you see, definitely could work on that. Washing the blankets should be done together with the sheets, cause they smelled very stale. TV is useless if you’re not italian, has only cable channels.

• Merve (9/5): Accessible and charming apartment with most of what you need for an immersing stay while at Venice. - The location and set up of the apartment was perfect. Nestled away from all the hustle of the Venice streets, but still so close to everything just right outside the door and a couple of turns away. Also, no need for a lift and navigating challenging stairs as this was a floor level gem. Perfetto! There were two pull-out sofas, but they were incredibly challenging to open and all rusted through onto the mattresses. We opted to sleep on the couch, which was uncomfortable to sleep on over 6ft tall, but we got some sleep.

• Emily (6/5): Pleasant - It was a cute apartment in good location The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly, shower could be better and check in requires WiFi access which can be difficult for international traveller.
• Harris (9/5): I would definitely visit Venice again and would be more than happy to stay in this property again. - The location was fantastic, the street was very quiet, yet within a 4 minute walk you could be in the heart of Venice. Secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Less than a 10 minute walk and you could be at either side of the island to catch a boat to another destination.
• Jeannete (10/5): Nice and well located - Is a very nice apartment, very close to San Marco’s Piaza and many restaurants. It has all that we need for a confortable stay. It is very modern and clean.
