- tony (10/5): - Was in Paris for 5 days. Villa M is in a nice quiet area of Paris. Very walkable and easy to get some of the sites. Easy access to the Metro across the street. Nice roof top bar/restaurant with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower. The stay was great except the building behind the hotel was under going construction. Luckily the windows were sound proof and could only tell when I opened the window. Plenty of brasseries and cafes to choose from as well.

- Jenny (10/5): - The star of the hotel is the staff, especially the breakfast staff and house keeping The location is good as the metro is just at the front. It is also within walking distance to some of the sights to see in Paris. Would definitely comeback again.
- Pascal (4/5): - This hotel has an excellent location and a lot of things going for it including a good breakfast and restaurant and a rooftop which was unfortunately not open during our visit. The price was also competitive However for a 4 start hotel, many details are just not acceptable and not consistent with what you can find at other 4 start hotels in Paris in the same category. Underneath the sheet the mattress was covered by a protective cover in synthetic fabric making the bed very hot. Other hotels have a cover in cotton. We had intermittent sewage smell in the bathroom which one day was very strong. The cleaning of the room was spotty with things missing, not replaced (one day coffee pods, another day milk etc...) and not cleaned thoroughly in the bathroom. One time we called the reception to have the 2 glasses usually in the room replaced and it took a second call and 1hour to get them. The staff was nice and courteous but ineffective. We raised these issues when checking out and the staff person left us to believe that her manager would make a gesture (we did not ask for anything) but in the end there was no gesture. So they missed the mark until the end. Too bad. We come to Paris often but wont be returning.

Proche Gare Montparnasse et juste en face d’une station de métro. Chambre agréable et spacieuse, literie de qualité. Tout a été vraiment au top! Bravo à toute l’équipe.

Pasteur Metro station is just across the street about 30 meters where you reach anywhere in Paris. The hotel is newer but on the second trip I see minor issues that they need to pay more attention to house cleaning and furniture upkeep Generally, I look forward to staying. In this hotel again and again.

- Yu Sing (4/5): - Their rooms are relatively small when I have already booked a larger room size. My room has ants issue. I found out when I checked in to my next hotel after opening my luggage. They should consider removing all the plants around the entire external wall area. It's causing pest issue. And the balcony, no one would go out there when there are many pigeons hanging around.

- Ziyu (4/5): - our room was not cleaned the second night and the coffee machine water was not refilled for the last two nights. Could never reach the front desk by phone or chat, needed to go to the front desk for inquiry. Very good shower appliances and comfy bed, but the cleanliness quality needs to be improved.
- Jessie (10/5): - Very clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice. It's on a busy street, so there's definitely street noise but that comes with the area. Within walking distance of many Paris landmarks. The staff were excellent.

A recepção é simpática porém o restaurante é muito desorganizado, eles têm realmente um problema de organização. Definitivamente o café da manhã poderia melhorar e os garçons deveriam melhorar muitíssimo!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Could be better. - I traveled with a group and we each had a different room. We were the first of our group to arrive in the morning and understood that the room would be ready by 3pm so we went out to explore the town. However, the remaindkng of the group arrived later in the afternoon and were first to get their room and I was given mine past 3pm. I was falling asleep in the lobby and it wasn’t until I decided to ask someone at the desk what’s going on, that I finally got a room. I’m not sure if this was because they booked directly with the hotel that they got faster service or what but that was very disappointing. And then to top it off, they only provide one toilet paper roll per day and one tiny bar of soap and when the room is cleaned they forgot to refill all the toiletries so I was constantly asking the front desk for these to be provided. My stay wasn’t terrible but if I’m paying almost $2k for 4 nights then I shouldn’t have to be asking for all these things.

- Dmitry (10/5): - Villa M is a very comfortable, newly refurbished hotel in the Montparnasse area of Paris. The rooms offer balconies which are fully covered in growing plants, which makes the view exceptional. Staff is very friendly, they do valet parking and EV charging, which is a particular plus.
- Zachary (8/5): Pretty hotel, AC issues, and overpriced: mediocre. - The good: Generally, the hotel is great. Really pretty from the outside. Friendly service. Rooms are modern looking. The bad: For such an expensive hotel, the AC in the rooms are almost non-existent (caveat, we stayed in summer). We had 2 rooms, and had the AC cranked up to the max and we’re still a bit warm. If you’re booking in the winter, no problem. In the summer? I’d recommend somewhere else. The only other negative was that the breakfast was outrageously overpriced for a veryyy small buffet (bread, fruit, some pastries, and eggs for 24 euro pp).

- Paresh (8/5): - Cozy boutique hotel in a great location with a metro station directly in front of the hotel. Initially I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room but the second day I was left disappointed when cleaning staff took shortcuts and didn’t replace towels or fully restock Mini bar. They folded my used, wet towel and placed it back on the shelf! When I asked for new towels I got one with someone’s long hair wrapped within it. The bed was comfortable but room soundproofing wasn’t the best. Some reception staff were friendly and polite but some staff were just not interested and came across a little rude. There is an amazing little Taco place across the road, two bakeries opposite and a really nice ice cream shop. I would recommend this hotel to friends but I’m not sure I’d return in a hurry. I may try somewhere else next time.

- Chulwoo (10/5): A very modern hotel in a very good location - This was my second time to stay at Villa M. Last time - a double room / this time - a single room. The single room is very small, but the modern character and the efficient organization of the room made me feel comfortable. I do not hesitate to recommend Villa M, which will probably be my first choice on my next visit to Paris.

- Heather (10/5): - My husband and I and our 2 teenage daughters enjoyed a 4 night stay at Villa M. We arrived by car after a long day’s travel and from the moment we arrived the staff were so helpful from assisting with the parking, to helping with the luggage and ensuring we were well settled in our rooms. The rooms are decorated very tastefully, clean and modern with all amenities needed. The restaurant is also good, with friendly and professional service, and all accommodating of English speakers. The hotel is located just across the street from line 6 and 12 metro so transportation was very easy for us to access all the city sites. Thank you to the Villa M staff for making our stay so enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

- Vinh (4/5): - The hotel and the rooms are beautiful, we’re drawn to stay here for a week in Paris for that reason. However, we’re very disappointed about the quality of service here, the check-in was painful, our room was not ready, room make-up wasn’t done, hot water was out, they put us in an accessible room without any shower door and forced us to check out at 12pm to check in again at 3pm. Worse yet, they proposed if we’re willing to pay $40/night to be moved to a different room that was ready if we didn’t want to wait?! The front desk team and especially the front desk manager were very unprofessional and extremely rude. There were a lot of problems with their operations, it’s such a disappointment that such a nice property is run by such an incapable team. The only good highlight was the friendliness of the receptionist at our checkout.

- M (10/5): WOW - This hotel is simply stunning. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the staff could not have been any more helpful. We booked a room with a balcony and it boy did it exceed our expectations from décor to comfort and amenities. The bed was huge with luxury pillows and bedding not to mention the amazing mattress and also black out blinds The en-suite is accessed through the closet and is mirrored from floor to ceiling. The shower has multiple options including rain shower with great pressure and a beautiful large marble sink. Valet parking was extremely convenient and accessed via a car lift. We will definitely be returning and have to say that the overall concept was executed perfectly. 10/10
- Ian (10/5): Great New Hotel - Hotel Villa M is a beautiful new property. The hotel design is great and the location us just a few steps from the pasteur metro stop. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly, particularly Frank who helped us with our bags and explained all of the high tech amenities in our room. We loved being able to order room service by chosing options on a tablet instead of having to call. We stayed in a room with a balcony and it had a great view with two comfortable chairs outside that made for a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a long day. The showers had three different nozzles that could all be turned on simultaneously which was great, though the shower itself could have been a little bigger to be perfect. The quality of the breakfast was very good (breads, croissant, spreads, and eggs), but the price was high and the options limited. We would not take breakfast at the hotel if we return. The hotel was hosting a large business conference during our stay and the staff was a little preoccupied with the large group at times. Villa M is the best hotel we've stayed at in Paris. It will be at the top of our list next time we are planning a trip the the city.
- Jacob (10/5): Best International Hotel in Ages - The room was comfortable, the staff was so accommodating and looking for anything and everything to make sure I was comfortable and happy. The building was beautifully designed and very welcoming. The food was fantastic. The parking was a bit expensive but that is to be expected with onsite parking in the heart of Paris. Will definitely book when back in the city.
