• YUNRU (9/5): 入住時網路有些問題，但屋主很積極協助處理，後續也順利解決。 - 有免費停車位。 鄰近超市、小海灘、公車站（需爬階梯）。

Marylin me ajudou bastante mesmo antes da chegada ao hotel com uma alteração de reserva que eu precisei fazer de última hora, sendo muito prestativa. No mais, instalações muito boas no apartamento, com 2 quartos amplos, sendo um com sacada, com boa localização, acima da Promenade Nada a pontuar

• Jaclyn (10/5): - Great place to stay for a couple of nights as a solo traveler over the Christmas holiday. There are two large bedrooms but I just used the one with the balcony overlooking Sunset Beach. The whole flat was clean and calm and well stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen utensils and cooking tools. The hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. It's a two minute walk down the steps to the lovely pathway running along the right side of the beach, or two minutes down the street to a local market and a high street with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. An easy 30 minute walk to Dubrovnik cruise port/main bus terminal or an hour walk to the old town, with lots of bus transit links to both near the flat as well. The host gave me information about which buses to take to get around easily when I arrived and there's lots of maps and activity guides in the kitchen for guests to use. Highly recommend this rental.

• Catherine (8/5): Lapad apartment with balcony - Friendly welcome, very good size rooms, great location near number 6 bus from old town and restaurants, supermarket in Lapad. Safe quiet area. Balcony has lovely views of mountains and water, and sunsets. Nothing I did not like really could have done with a toaster though. There are steps from the Lapad restaurants, which some may find difficult.

• Yu Ting (8/5): 還不錯的住宿 - 1. 有停車位 2. 房東爺爺很親切的指引我們入住 3. 房間很大很舒服，還有小陽台 4. 廚房有油跟鹽巴胡椒，還有咖啡機、微波爐 5. 陽台可以看到有名的日落沙灘 1. 廚房有一點點小，沒有客廳 2. 平底鍋很沾鍋😅 3. 吹風機是按壓式的，吹大概30秒會熱斷電 4. 10月入住時，晚上很冷，但是加熱器都不能用，房間可以開暖氣，廁所就很寒冷

As we'd advised our late arrival, a light on the property would have been helpful for us and for the taxi driver who kindly rang the owner and stayed with us till the host appeared. We do not speak the local language.

• Petra (10/5): Krásný apartmán v super lokalitě - Apartmán byl skvělý. Dorazili jsme asi ve 12 hod v poledne a majitel nás uvítal jak staré dobré známé. Byl velmi ochotný a nechal nás ubytovat dříve, což jsme po náročné noční cestě ocenili. Apartmán je plně vybavený, má dvě ložnice (každá vlastní klimatizaci), u jedné je balkón s krásným výhledem. Na pláž je to kousek dolů po schodech. Blízko je pěkná promenáda s restauracemi a obchody. Možnost zdarma parkovat vedle domu - místo je krásně chráněno zelení před sluncem.

Vreau să vă spun, că Croația este o țară foarte frumoasa, cu oameni amabili, zâmbitori și buni la suflet, binecuvântată de Dumnezeu. Pentru mine și familia mea Dubrovnik, va rămâne pentru totdeauna în sufletele noaste. Gasda a fost o persoană hospitaliera, gata oricând sa ne ajute la nevoie. Condițiile de cazare, au fost ireproșabile.

• Susan (9/5): Cosy apartment in the city - The rooms were big and cosy. The apartment came with additional facilities like Hairdryer, Iron box and parking spot for (only) one car. The host responded quickly to our queries.

Bedrooms however had an air condition and there was no issues whatsoever.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The bedrooms are very spacious with good size wardrobes and mirrors. The beds are very comfortable. Lovely small balcony to enjoy a drink in the evening. Close to restaurants and shops and close to a bus stop to the old city. The area is less crowded and more holiday-like compared to the old city, which is nice. Pleasant 15-20 min walking distance from Valamar Lacroma hotel where we had a conference. The hosts were very kind and responsive and changed the towels and bed linen halfway through our 9 nights' stay. Unlike the bedrooms which are very spacious the only common room is a small kitchen with limited and somewhat outdated furniture and cooking facilities.

The apartment was very spacious and was well equipped especially with towels and the host left wine and water chilling in the fridge for us, there was also a washing machine which was very handy, and the air conditioning was very welcoming. Every thing was perfect

The location was convenient, and the amenities met all my needs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay. However, I did have some issues with the communication through Booking.com messages with Direct Booker, which could be improved. Despite this, I still highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-maintained place to stay.

• Maryam (10/5): Magnificent time spent in Dubrovnik! - This apartment was a great choice! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, cosy kitchen with places to eat, some basics like tea and coffee, and of course the incredible balcony with amazing views. The location was overlooking the main promenade to the beach, which was just a few minutes walk away. There you'll find a few restaurants, I recommend Pizza Mamma Mia - staff were really friendly and the pizza was delicious. Not on the promenade, but just 5 mins across the prom it's worth finding a Korean restaurant called Bonto. We had a tasty meal for a very reasonable price (for Dubrovnik standards!) The Old Town is about 10 mins away by taxi and was also walkable. Find Ginger cafe/restaurant and have some Croatian food there. I highly recommend to do the walking trail that takes you to Copacabana Beach, amongst other beautiful places. You can start it from the beach, or from the street the apartment is on. The owner was very friendly and took time to show us the best things to do in Dubrovnik, and greeted us with water and juice. I would not hesitate to stay here again if (when!) I come back to Dubrovnik. Honestly, everything was perfect - I couldn't ask for anything more!

• Daria (10/5): Отличные апартаменты!!! - Отличные апартаменты около пляжа Лапад в Дубровнике! Очень уютно, 2 комнаты, потрясающий вид на балконе! Есть все что необходимо, много полотенец, Стиральная машинка, микроволновка, плита, холодильник, фен! Удобные кровати, кондиционер в каждой комнате! Хозяин очень приветливый мужчина, все рассказал и всегда был на связи. Подходит как для отдыха с друзьями, так и с детьми. Рядом магазины, кафе, рестораны!
